Casale Il Fontanellino is the perfect combination of a peaceful countryside retreat and a strategically located villa close to all the most beautiful Tuscan towns, shops, and restaurants. The house offers everything you could dream of for a luxury holiday in Tuscany: a private swimming pool, a huge and perfectly maintained garden, and stunning panoramic views over the rolling hills and the Pistoia mountains. Every corner of the property is cared for with passion and attention by Serena and her kind, discreet family, making you feel welcome while fully respecting your privacy. What makes this place truly special is the authentic connection with nature. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful trees, and seasonal flowers that change week by week, creating a unique experience every day. Nearby, a local farming family adds a genuine touch of Tuscan life, offering high-quality olive oil and traditional products. Despite being immersed in the quiet countryside, everything is incredibly convenient: a charming town and a well-stocked grocery store are just a few minutes’ drive away. The pool area is simply spectacular — relaxing in the water while enjoying the breathtaking landscape is an experience we will never forget. We were amazed by every detail, even discovering prehistoric shells along the path down the hill — a magical touch that made our stay even more unique. We took countless photos and truly lived every moment. Our children absolutely loved it and are already asking to come back — and honestly, we would return tomorrow if there were availability! If you are looking for a private villa in Tuscany with pool, surrounded by nature but close to everything, Casale Il Fontanellino is a dream come true. • Csaba (10/5): Első pillanattól otthon érzi magát az ember, ideális pihenőhely. - Csodálatos hely! Nagyon alkalmas pihenésre. Kirándulásokhoz is tökéletes kiindulópont. 8 napra 7 embernek kevés volt a 4 tekercs wc-papír. Az 5 mosogatógép tabletta is. Bosszantó apróságok.
• Anna (10/5): comfortable and spacious country house with private pool - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casale Il Fontanellino! The access to the house was very easy, which made our arrival completely stress-free. The house is beautifully situated on a hill, offering the most lovely and peaceful views — just perfect to relax and enjoy the panorama. The large park is a real highlight, and the private pool was simply a dream! We felt very calm and undisturbed the entire time. The house itself is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with all the appliances you would find at home, making cooking a real pleasure. The bathrooms are immaculately clean, recently renovated, and the shower is spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms are bright, airy, and very spacious. We enjoyed many dinners outside and made good use of the barbecue — it was so nice to eat in the garden while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. For us, it was truly a wonderful vacation, and we will definitely be coming back soon!
• Liam (10/5): Amazing location with stunning views over the Tuscan hills & private pool. Wish I’d stayed longer! - I absolutely loved my stay at Casale il Fontanellino. The first thing that won me over was the huge, beautifully kept park around the house — perfect for morning walks, reading under the trees, or just relaxing outside. The private pool and the outdoor area are fantastic too, with plenty of space, comfy sunbeds and shaded spots. Inside, the house feels spacious, cozy and super comfortable. There’s air conditioning, though we hardly ever used it because the place stays naturally cool. The three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room were all spotless and had everything we needed. You can tell things are taken care of with a lot of attention. A big (and pleasant!) surprise was the total lack of mosquitos. Serena, the owner, told us she regularly treats the area to keep them away, and it really works ! we enjoyed the garden and the pool in the evenings without any trouble. The location is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature, but still close enough to visit Tuscany’s towns, vineyards and historic spots. And Serena’s hospitality makes everything even better. Honestly, I wish I could’ve stayed a whole month!

Veel spelletjes beschikbaar, plezier voor de hele familie. Alles goed onderhouden. Welkom gevoel. Alles op en aan! Zwembad goed onderhouden en mooi gelegen, maar vrij klein.

• Lairyn (10/5): Tuscany Dream Realized - Location was proximal to city adventures with the bonus of waking to a rooster crow. The house is impeccably clean...seriously, it would pass a white glove test with flying colors. Kitchen is fully stocked and inviting with lovely family room adjoining. Both bathrooms are pristine with no hot water issues or anything. There is a sitting room in the front with games, books, and toys for guests enjoyment. Outside the windows, you are welcomed with rolling Tuscan countryside views including a vineyard, the beautiful town of Miniato, and gorgeous foliage. I have only one complaint...that I can't move in and own this amazing house 🤣 Quick facts: 25 minute drive to a Villa Constanza Tram Station that has parking. From the station, it is a 20 min tram ride to the city center. San Miniato is THE truffle location.
• Kentaro (10/5): Clean, cozy, quite country side home with all necessary functions for family stay - Good middle point for our family trip between Florence and Pisa. The facility has everything we need for 3 night stay with 2 kids. As the previous reviewers commented, all rooms including kitchen and bathrooms are super clean and function well. Laundry washer and dryer at the property were great bonus. Visited here at end of Nov, but not too cold to enjoy beautiful yard and garden with spectacular country view. Due to recent flooding, WiFi was still down on Day 1-2, and recovered on Day 3-4. The owner reached out to us and gave headsup 3 weeks before our stay re WiFi issue so we were able to make informed decision to stay beforehand. She is extremely responsive. Her recommended restaurants around here and in Florence were awesome. We would def return here. None

The house is magical and reflects a real traditional Tuscan house, the rooms are really big, the beds are very comfortable and large, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped, the two bathrooms only improved the overall impression. The garden and the area around the house are very nicely decorated and really spacious, lots of olive trees, vineyard flowers, trees and green lawn. At the foot of the garden there is a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Although we were only adults, the accommodation also offers a number of facilities for children, both in the house and in the garden, and it is very safe. The surroundings are very peaceful, the neighbors are quiet, and there are domestic animals nearby, which only enhances the peaceful village autochthonous Tuscan atmosphere. The location is excellent because the main Tuscan cities such as Firenze, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano are only an hour's drive away. Be sure to visit the nearby town of San Miniato, a real fairytale place with a dominating tower on top of a hill. The hostess Serena is more than excellent. She met us in front of the house, explained the details in detail, was very pleasant and ready to help in any way, and her recommendations for local restaurants, wineries and attractions in the area greatly helped us to fully enjoy beautiful Tuscany. In any case, recommendations for everyone. Considering the affordable price, this accommodation exceeds all expectations. Dear Serena, thank you once again for everything. An amazing, spacious house with great attention to beautiful details in every room. A huge garden with so many spaces to sit and enjoy the incredible view. A barbecue next to a table and chairs to enjoy dining outdoors day or night. A swimming pool with a view. A great location. I could go on.... Just perfect!!!
• Maurizio (10/5): Exceptional - We especially loved the location, in the middle of the Tuscany countryside, it has beautiful views of the surrounding natural landscape. It is very quiet and relaxed which was something we were looking for. The house is very cosy with high-quality standards and good taste in design. If you are looking for a traditional countryside Tuscany experience, this is the place to go. The hosts were kind and responsive and accommodate our late check-in request and we really appreciate that. The House is not far from San Minato center which is a nice town to visit and also it is about one hour ride to bigger cities like Florence or Siena.
