• Philip (1/5): Due to stay 3 nights, we lasted 30 minutes - Very little. We only stayed 30 minutes, and 20 of those were using the WiFi to book somewhere else The pillows were grey, the sheets stained, the towel crusty and grey. We were expecting basic, but clean that was the impression the pictures had given. But this was far from clean and our request for a refund refused. We were offered another room, but had no faith it would be any better and should have been given that room anyway if available. Shocking!

Heavily photoshopped and nothing like advertised I have a few things to say how this was one of the worst experiences of hotels I had 1. First of all the front of the hotel photo is heavily photoshopped 2. The advertising says 25*7 and I could not even access the building 3. Gates were locked so no entry was possible at 1am in the night. My flight landed at 12:30 4. I called the support number which was not reachable 5. Booking was only confirmed after paying 490

I will never toled to anyone to stay here in future. Needs many more improvements. Nothing. They disconnect the room intercom phone so that hotel staff could sleep.

• Hector (8/5): I enjoyed my stay in this neighborhood hotel, and the vibe of its surroundings. - At first, the front desk told me there was no breakfast. He checked, and sent someone to get me some bread, coffee, and a banana. The location was fine because I like the neighborhood feeling. It may not be suitable for some people. Though the attendants were nice, I had to convince the manager to help me with basic tasks like printing a document or helping me get a cab at 5 AM.

• Francis (3/5): Awful, the reviews on booking.com isn't reflecting the truth. - Security is nice and helpful. The morning manager isn't really polite and follow his promise. When we agree on 12:30 to talk about possibility for extension of the room, he wasn't ontime. When he makes it, he is still having bad attitude. On the other hand, the night manager is more polite and follow his promise. Picture isn't reflect the reality, all details are dirty. glasses didn't washed properly, and all corner are dusty and dark. What I booked on the booking is the room with desk, in reality, they said that is not the right picture for what I booked. So they gave me a worse room. Unfortunately, I think you should think one more time before you booked, this seems not a good area for staying too.
• John (8/5): Very good - The apartment is bright and cheerful. Room is clean and neat. Although it's just beside the main street, it was very quiet inside the room. which allows for peaceful rest at night. Walking distance to Sealdah train station is about 25-30 min; not the nearest but still within reach by walk. There is a few eating place and restaurant within walking distance. Book Street also within walking distance. Over all very satisfied with the location.

• Shaylen (1/5): Terrible experience. Do not recommend to anybody - Decent size rooms AC was SWITCHED OFF in the rooms for 6 out of the 8 days we stayed. Absolutely rude and unethical staff and managers. Breakfast that was paid for was not provided. Extra comfort requests were denied. We were told at 20:30 at night we should go find another hotel if we are not happy by the call centre.

Breakfast is not always up to standard as they - Good service from the staff with what they had available ROCK HARD beds. Sore bodies every morning from sleeping on them. I have an elderly mum with a sore back that really struggled. Nothing was done to help the problem. Even after contacting the call centre and asking for extra comforters on the bed. I do not recommend this bed to anyone.

Mr Dav is very cooperative and supportive and guided us very well regarding our doubts and questions. I strongly recommend your hotel to my friends and my family members. Everything. Especially whenever we need hot water they have provided for us. If we need any clarifications they have cleared and they arranged the cab for us with the nominal rate. Thank you team in the Fab hotel.

• Shanaz (9/5): Superb - We liked pretty much everything. The room was spacious, the toilet was clean. The staff were well behaved. They provided two water bottles everyday and soaps for the bathroom. We just didn’t like the area but the hotel was good. Very near to Sealdah railway station. We had to pay for our 3 nights stay just after we checked in. It was already past 8 pm and we had to rush to the money exchange to convert money so that we could pay. When we requested the manager to pay later as we needed to convert currency, he replied that we can keep our luggage in our room but won't get the Key unless we pay which was disappointing.
