• Christin (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Gastgeber - Modernes, sauberes Appartement. Es war auch alles da, was man brauchte - sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Wäscheständer 👍🏼. Im Küchenbereich findet man auch soweit alles, was man braucht. Die Betten schlafen sich prima. Die Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers ist bequem per Email und WhatsApp möglich. 👍🏼 Leider hatten wir bei Ankunft ein kleines Problemchen, welches ganz schnell behoben wurde. Dies hatte aber nichts mit dem Gastgeber an sich zu tun, sondern mit Gästen zuvor, die sich leider nicht an die Hausordnung hielten. Der Gastgeber reagierte sofort & wir konnten sehr schnell eine Lösung finden- einfach top 👍🏼 ! Also Wohlfühlen ist dem Gastgeber sehr wichtig.

• Nina (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft! Gerne wieder! - Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Schöne Einrichtung und Atmosphäre. Gute Betten. Sauber. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Die gut schliessenden Fenster sind gut, besonders wenn man das Dauerrauschen des Bachs vielleicht nicht gut aushält. Muss man mögen.

• Tatiana (9/5): Nice apartment in Villach - We had a very nice stay in the apartment Top 10 for the 3 nights. It was easy to check in and park and the apartment was nice and warm and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners. The bathroom was fine and the host fixed one small issue next day. The host was responsive by WhatsApp and provided good answers and instructions. The residence and apartment was were quiet so we had great night sleep and rest after skiing. The location is also very good, easy to drive from autobanh, close to the supermarkets and gas station, where it was also possible to buy some food for Sunday breakfast. And it is close to several skiing lifts and cross country skiing points plus therme. So we had great stay. everything was fine
• Konrad (10/5): The best accommodation for skiing :) - To chyba najlepsza baza wypadowa na narty w okolicy. Duże przestronne mieszkanie (105m2), świetnie wyposażona kuchnia i porządny stół w jadalni. Bardzo blisko supermarkety (kilka minut autem). Pięknie wyposażone wnętrza w stylu, który uwielbiam - surowe ściany, a jednocześnie meble i obrazy które sprawiają że jest przytulnie. Dwie łazienki przy kilku osobach bardzo pomagają. Dodatkowo jest pralka i suszarka - bardzo się przydała. Wszystko było sprawne. Czysto i pachnąco. Warto wspomnieć o bardzo wygodnych materacach w sypialniach. Poza tym duża sypialnia ma świetną otwartą szafę i dużą ilość wieszaków więc łatwo dosuszyć ubrania po całym dniu na stoku :) No i na koniec diament, salon. Wygodne kanapy, poduszki.. koce i rzutnik. Ciężko to ubrać w słowa, ale czuliśmy się "jak w domu". Moje dzieci były zachwycone bo to był ich pierwszy wyjazd w alpy, a ta baza noclegowa tylko dopełniła całości. Na pewno tutaj wrócimy ;)
• Vejtey (8/5): Overall I am satisfied. I got what I expected. - It was big and spacious. Attic apartment. Located in a nice quiet location. Parking is easy. The Tschibo coffee is terrible, undrinkable. We bought capsules, that was bad too. Any coffee I've ever had tastes better. The kitchen utensils and dishes are incomplete and few. The first night it was cold in the living room, this was adjusted remotely upon request. The thermostats don't work. There are no blackouts on the kitchen windows, the street lights are shining in.

The only negative part of it is that shower is in the main bedroom bathroom, so there is no privacy for those who sleep there.

Nous avons rencontre une personne locale qui nous y a Menes. Elle meme apres plusieurs essais pour trouver l emplacement. Sans Elle nous serions encore en train de tourner dans la ville

Appartamento dotato di tutto l’occorrente e possibilità di fare la spesa nelle vicinanze. Unica mancanza avrei preferito ci fossero le zanzariere alle finestre perché di sera l’appartamento era caldo ma andando ad aprire le finestre entravano troppe zanzare/animali notturni.

• Thomas (8/5): Apartment am Bach - Großes, geräumiges, fast komplett eingerichtetes Apartment mit einer kleinen Terrasse. Liegt etwas Abseits der Hauptstraßen ist aber dennoch Zentrumsnah. Das Haus mit den Apartments liegt an einem kleinen Bach, was als solches 'romantisch' ist. Wer allerdings einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird es schwer haben einzuschlafen und/oder durchzuschlafen.

• Veronika (9/5): Bei den Fischen am Bach schlafen - Modern, super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Kontakt war flott und hilfsbereit, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Forellen konnte ich tatsächlich noch nie vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus beobachten. Nur die Matratze, die musste schon viel Gewicht tragen.

• Timo (7/5): Good - Very nice bathroom equipped with washingmachine that we happily made use off. The kitchen is also well equipped for most dinner plans. The location is a bit strange, almost at the edge of an industrial/construction estate, but as a result it was very quiet. You need to make sure to look at the blueprints, we thought we had a two bedroom two bed appartment, but the 2nd double bed was in the living room which was slightly awkward.

• Rafal_pl1 (10/5): THE place to stay in Villach - Great location, quiet - fantastic place to stay with a group of friends or family. The apartment itself is really unique. Everything is modern and super comfortable. The small River next to the tarasse (and a small hydro plant) only adds more character. Close proximity to Billa is also convenient. Definitely recommend!

Parking available outside but quite a walk into town (albeit along the river) We thought the property had a small terrace next to the stream but it didn't. This was our fault though as we didn't check which one we'd booked. The entrance corridor smelt a little damp.

The position is very good, there is a small shopping center a few hundred meters away, it's a 5-minute drive to the city center, and it's a 15-minute drive to the gondola for the Gerlitzen ski resort.
