Nos lo entregaron en perfectas condiciones y la ubicación no podría ser mejor ya que está en pleno centro, cerca de todo. Una de las habitaciones daba a la calle y había bastante ruido, con lo cual dificulta dormir a la noche.

Er is veel geluidsoverlast in de nacht van uitgaand volk. Als je een lichte slaper bent zoals ik, dan zijn oordopjes fijn om te gebruiken tijdens de nacht.

• Mark (8/5): This property met all of our expectation for our stay in Malaga! - I really like the location. I was on a high floor and away from the street noise. On weekend nights, I'm sure it could get loud, but bring some earplugs! The place was really clean and well taken care of. There is a grocery store nearby and great restaurants all around. Hosts were available and responsive on Whatsapp. Thank you Caleta Homes for making our vacation in Malaga comfortable and clean! Honestly, the only thing I can think of would be to provide more than 4 coffee pods. This place was just as advertised.

• Örpen (8/5): Nice apartment with some issues - Spotlessly clean, great location We had problems with electricity. Main lights in both bathrooms ( only dim lighting around the mirror) weren’t working. My husband couldn’t shave, taking a shower was very uncomfortable and putting the n make-up was impossible. The lamps above the dining table or the bedrooms weren’t working either. The staff responded swiftly when we adressed the problem and did send someone to try and fix it. Unfortunately the problem could not be solved during our stay. We understand that not all problems can be solved immediately. However, as guests we expect everything to be checked prior to arrival or to at least provide some kind of compensation ( only apologies) as it did impact our stay. Pillows are thick; a variety of pillows would add to the comfort of the guests. We let the host know.

Il proprietario mi ha contattato qualche giorno prima per darmi tutte le info sul check in e successivamente sull'accesso all'appartamento, che è stato semplicissimo. La chat di whatsapp è veloce e il proprietario molto gentile e cordiale! L'appartamento si trova nella zona centrale di Malaga ma è silenziosissimo perchè dotato di doppi vetri e infissi moderni; dentro è pulitissimo, grande, due bagni pulitissimi. All'arrivo c'erano dei cioccolatini con del passito e le cialde per la Nespresso a disposizione. Durante il soggiorno mi hanno scritto per sapere se era tutto ok e per rendersi disponibili qualora avessimo avuto bisogno! Mi è piaciuto persino l'odore dei bagnoschiuma che forniscono! Lo consiglio a tutti. NIENTE! TUTTO BELLISSIMO!

• Stefania (10/5): The most amazing apartment I’ve ever rented - This is probably the first apartment I rent that looks exactly, 100% like the pictures. Quite often the photos are professionally taken so that the apartment looks clean and elegant, but not this one. It was above all our expectations. The moment you enter the building you can smell the elegance, the work that the team puts into this place to feel so welcoming. The first thing my friends said was “are we in a palace?” Everything was spotless, the beds and even the couch was incredibly comfortable. We would definitely come back each time we come to Malaga. The host is very responsive and helpful, i got a reply within minutes every time I had a question The windows are quite thin. We could hear everything from the outside, but that wasn’t really a problem, we expected some parties outside, given the location. However, the wind often went through the windows and it could get a bit cold at night if your bed was right next to it.

• Vanessa (9/5): Precioso apartmento en el centro de Málaga con una atención excelente - El apartamento era precioso, nos encantó la decoración, la distribución y el edificio. Lo tienen muy limpio, nuevo y muy cuidado. Te proporcionan todo lo necesario, no le falta ningún detalle. Las camas son muy cómodas. Atención muy buena en todo momento, pudimos entrar antes de la hora prevista, lo cual fue un gran detalle. La ubicación es excelente, tienes todo cerca. Nos encantó todo y si vuelvo a Málaga repetiremos! 😊 Por decir algo, echamos de menos un armario. Y al estar en el centro, si duermes en la habitación que da a la calle, escuchas ruido por la noche, fuimos en Navidad, pero puedes dormir bien.
• Laurian (5/5): Not good for families, in particular with a car - Design, location, cleanliness Size of rooms and bathrooms way too small, noise from the street and neighbours was super annoying. We had to put the bedsheets on the bed in the 2nd bedroom ourselves. We weren’t communicated the number of the flat upon arrival. No parking facilities and the closest ones were always full therefore we had to park in car parks 15’ from the flat.

• Tina Julia (8/5): Es war wundervoll, wir kommen gerne wieder - 100% zu empfehlen! - Top Lage, absolut Premium-Appartment, alles neu und sehr gepflegt, feinste Bettwäsche, gemütliche Betten, ganz traumhaft alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war die Tage über der Fahrstuhl kaputt, aber der Anbieter hat uns gleich zwei neue Apartment Optionen angeboten und war sehr zuvorkommend und kommunikativ und hat sofort Lösungen geboten, das war wirklich toll.

• Barbara (1/5): Soggiorno da una stella - L’arredamento Arriviamo nell’appartamento e nel momento in cui dovevamo farci la doccia scopriamo che non c’è acqua calda, dopo vari tentativi ci mandano un tecnico che sistema la caldaia ma niente acqua calda prima di 40 minuti. Eravamo in 5 e avevamo un appuntamento a cena quindi non potevamo più aspettare, qualcuno di noi si è iniziato a fare la doccia con l’acqua fredda e all’improvviso black out, niente più corrente in tutto l’appartamento. Sconcertati richiamiamo la reception che dopo un po’ ci manda nuovamente il tecnico… tutto questo ha comportato più di un’ora di ritardo al nostro appuntamento e ci ha mandato all’aria i piani. Inoltre il bagno era in condizioni pessime, il wc non era stato pulito. Aggiungo che la reception è a più di 1 km dall’appartamento, molto scomodo per il deposito bagagli e che è richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 200€ che non è possibile lasciare in contanti ma necessariamente con carta e ad oggi, 5 giorni dopo il check out, ancora non mi è stato restituito.

Hissi meni toisena päivään rikki eikä sitä saatu korjattua. Suihkuista ei tullut oikein lämmintä vettä. Asunnossa ei ollut siivousvälineitä esim. roskien lakaisemiseen ruokapöydän liepeiltä. Mutta nämä tuntuivat pikku jutuilta eli olimme tyytyväisiä asuntoon.

• Cristóbal Millán Calvente (10/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels war unkompliziert. Wir konnten bis zum Bezug der Wohnung die Koffer im Office deponieren. Da in der Umgebung das Nachtleben laut sein kann, hat die Wohnung den Vorteil, dass sie klimatisiert ist und man die Fenster schließen und somit ganz gut schlafen kann. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Geruch im Treppenhaus....weniger Raumduft wäre sinnig.

• Steven (8/5): Lovely weekend break in Malaga - The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. On arrival wasn’t easy to find in the early hours of the morning and could be a bit noisy early in the morning.
