• Ashley (10/5): Good experience recommended. - Very clean and despite the amount of steps to go to road or beach(which is to be expected anywhere in this region) it was not as bad as I was expecting. Being able to park car without additional fees was very beneficial and car at roadside so just had to go down steps. Walkable to beach/marina area and to local grocery store and other restaurants. Very thankful they were prepared to have someone take bags up to apartment upon arrival Only used hot tub 1 time on a sunny day. Water does not really heat up so if you are thinking about a nice hot tub in the evening reconsider as. Cold plunge this would be great in summer but we had a cold front come thru so really did not use it as much as would have thought.

• Peter (9/5): Very comfortable and beautiful property. - The place is beautiful and comfortable with views of the Mediterranean. It was very spacious. There was a decent number of cooking implements. We decided to cook some meals and it was no problem. The beds were very comfortable. Praiano is a great village to stay in. The property was in a different place than it showed on the map so it wasn’t near a road. You can’t really go anywhere without going at least a couple of hundred steps. It wasn’t a problem for us but could be for some people.
• Donna (10/5): Large home, clean, wonderful outdoor spaces - would stay here again - Everything. This is one of the family’s home. It’s taken care of like it’s your own home. They have 5 homes in the area. We wish we had more time to enjoy the spaces. The hot tub was a hit for our last night. We will stay here again or in one of their other properties Nothing about the house or its amenities. Just a note - There is 108 stairs to climb up to the front door and this means another 108 stairs to go down to the street. There is no elevator. It’s also another 50-75 stairs up and a short walk to get to the grocery store and then another 50-75 stairs down and a short walk to get back to the house. If you can’t do stairs very well, this is not the place for you

The facilities on offer were fantastic. The host was kind, considerate and helpful. A little away from things. Didn’t anticipate the amount of walking but that’s my fault.
• Barakett (9/5): Beautiful stay! - Very happy that we had free parking with the accommodations. The hosts were very hospitable. Francesco greeted us and helped with our bags up the stairs to the apartment. Loved the apartment. New and bright!! It was spotless. Beautiful views on the sea. We enjoyed sitting out on the small terrace, enjoying our morning coffee or afternoon drink. There was a washing machine which was great to clean our clothes since we were on vacation for a few weeks. The host provided us with a map and suggestions of where to eat. There was a bottle of Prosecco and a nice hand written card welcoming us to Casa Zi’ Tonin. A beautiful touch! The steps leading up to the apartment. 200 steps!! Great for cardio workout. Steps seems to be a part of life in Praiano. So this is not only an issue of this apartment, it’s an issue with the area.

The property was modern, impeccably clean, well-equipped with everything needed, and spacious. Its convenient location is close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Would highly recommend!

• Faith (7/5): Beautiful stay in Praiano for a good price. - Very easy. Hosts gave great communication and even helped take the bags up all of the stairs. He gave us the keys upon our arrival. The check in was very easy, he gave us a tour of the property, wifi info, and a welcome bottle of Prosecco which was very nice! The peppery was very clean and comfy. The view was beautiful. It was a great option given the affordable cost of the property. The neighbors are very quiet and friendly. This property was also very close to the beach. Only a 10min walk. The parking space was really great and helpful. We also made use of the laundry machine. We did need to purchase our own soap. Hosts were very nice and respond right away. During our stay there was a leak with the air condition. Although the house stayed cool with the upstairs unit. There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels so we bought some. The stairs are painful, but not really a complaint here… we learned stairs are normal for the region. So you have to look at it as great exercise!
• Sophie (9/5): Cute little house with great facilities - For two people you get the small house, and it is perfect for 2. There is a mini kitchen with loads of plates, pots and pans so perfect for some cooking. The bedroom was really big and spacious. The house itself is great. Quite close to the nearby beach, which is beautiful, just have to take many stairs down but it’s around 10 mins. There are a decent amount of stairs you need to take to get there so keep that in mind.
• Jelle (10/5): Just an amazing apartment which has everything you would want for your holiday! LOVE IT - I really loved this place a lot! There is not a lot of parking space around the Amalfi Coast, but they offer a parking spot especially reserved for you... and it is near a bus stop, which means you can get anywhere from there. My kids (and I) just loved the hot tub with an amazing view. And Elisabetta was just really really friendly. She helped us with a lot of tips and we had a lovely conversation with her about life in Amalfi and other things. For me there is only one address now when visiting the Amalfi Coast. Don't hesitate: this is the place you would want to book!
• Daniel (8/5): It was clean and nice and big but only having one key made exploring difficult. - Location Cleanliness View 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms Only 1 key. We were 2 couples using the place and it meant we had to go everywhere together. That the air conditioning was set at 24 Celsius which is very warm especially when trying to sleep.
• Paul (9/5): 4 wonderful nights on the Amalfi Coast. - We had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at this beautiful accommodation. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is very spacious and ideal for a family of 4 or two couples. It has all the modern facilities you need should you decide to not eat out but stay in for a meal. It is located right in the centre or Praiano and relatively close walk to the main beach and restaurants. It has partial sea views. This is not a reflection on this lovely apartment but more of the whole of the Amalfi Coast area, and that is, that you need to be prepared to climber a lot of stairs up and down to get to most places. This apartment is no exception.
