- Eva (7/5): - L'hotel è posizionato appena fuori da Riva del Garda ma a pochi minuti dal centro, immerso nel verde e con una bella piscina coperta da sfruttare anche d'inverno. Purtroppo nelle stanze non abbiamo trovato il set di cortesia e il frigo bar era vuoto.

- Marko (6/5): - La camera (mansardata) recentemente ristrutturata con un ottimo design e spazi ampi e accoglienti. buona posizione dell'albergo e ampio parcheggio gratuito. La piscina coperta aveva una temperatura dell’acqua piuttosto bassa, non ideale per un momento di relax. Lo stesso problema l’abbiamo riscontrato con l’acqua della doccia in camera, che risultava più tiepida che calda, poco adatta al periodo invernale e in contrasto con la buona impressione iniziale avuta entrando in camera. Anche l’area bagno presentava alcune criticità: il lavabo e la doccia, aperti sulla stanza, avevano il termosifone spento, mentre la zona wc, separata da una porta, era completamente priva di riscaldamento e quindi molto fredda. Il riscaldamento della camera era affidato a un climatizzatore incassato nel controsoffitto, leggermente rumoroso.

- Fidanzata (9/5): Gerne wieder. - Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Riva del Garda. Ins Zentrum braucht man zu Fuß etwa 25 Minuten. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig gelegen. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Den Indoorpool haben wir nicht genutzt, da uns die Zeit zu knapp war. Er sah jedoch sehr einladend aus. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Sehr positiv finde ich, das Eierspeisen und Wurst erst auf Anfrage gebracht werden. So wird alles sehr nachhaltig angeboten und individuell zubereitet. Sehr positiv.

- Heide (7/5): Wir waren wirklich enttäuscht vom al Maso. Wenn es nicht gewünscht wird, uber booking com zu buchen, dann darf man dort - Das Hotel liegt schön in den Weinbergen. Der Außenpool ist wunderbar, aber im Oktober schon eingewintert. Wir haben bisher immer ein Südzimmer bekommen, dieses Mal ist „alles neu“. Als booking com Gast bekommt man nur noch die schlechtesten Zimmer auf der Nordseite (Erdgeschoss). Auf Nachfrage hieß es: „alles neu“ und außerdem wären die Südzimmer ausgebucht, was definitiv gelogen war. Das Hotel war höchstens zu 1/4 gebucht, auf der Südseite noch mind. 6 Zimmer frei. Zum Frühstück wollte ich ein weich gekochtes Ei (wird auf der Karte angeboten), das mit den Worten abgelehnt wurde: Am Buffet liegen hart gekochte Eier und man kann nicht wegen 1 Person ein weiches Ei kochen! Rührei und Spiegelei war machbar… ;-)
