• Kevin (7/5): Bonito, cómodo pero con atención mejorable - Está muy céntrico, es bonito y cuidado tiene excelente relación calidad precio , al no tener huésped para el siguiente día me dejo dejar las maletas un rato más. No está automatizada la entrada con lo cual dependes de que se conecte el host por booking y te abra; se ha promocionado con cocina ( y justo llevaba la comida de año nuevo para cocinar y tuve que tirar todo por no poder cocinar aparte de tener que salir y comer cualquier cosa por ser 31 de diciembre a las 11 pm ) ; también la atención para ese momento dejó mucho que desear desear fue literal “ entiéndete con booking” no vi una buena actitud de conciliación / resolución y aunque me han ofrecido una compensación no es equivalente al mal rato ni a lo que gasté por 1/3 platos que tuve que pagar de emergencia

• Véronique (8/5): - Super emplacement, le propriétaire super aimable et réactif avec de bonnes adresses et conseils, appartement spacieux et bien agencé. Manque une vraie cafetière, faire juste attention de bien prendre les clefs quand on sort de l'appartement et que la porte se ferme sinon on est enfermé dehors.

• Enric (8/5): - Està molt equipat, te tot el que necessites tant de cuina, llençols i coixins. La nevera no tancava, lo dona de la neteja va passar el parte i ningú en tres dies de la meva estada va venir a arreglar-la.
• andrea (1/5): - El check in era a las 15h y hasta las 16h no pudimos entrar porque no funcionaba el telefonillo y no teniamos manera de entrar,, al final nos abrió un vecino...encontramos la nevera rota, el lavabo no tragaba, la ducha no tenia alcachofa y la mampara rota, y nos dijeron que venian a cambiarlo en breve y aparecieron en el piso a las 21h de la noche, el wc se tambaleaba al sentarse y de la lluvia nos encontramos el apartamento encharcado, estaba mojada toda la planta de abajo con la tv y enchufes mojados...Lo único que estaba en condiciones del apartamento eran las camas. El dueño dijo que nos devolvía la mitad del importe o que nos fueramos del apartamento si queriamos...no teniamos donde quedarnos asi que aceptamos la devolución

• G_Naselli (3/5): The house is ok but the owner/manage is the worst I had. Highly NOT recommended. - The location, very close to the cathedral The worst experience was interacting with the owner, his/her manners were extremely poor He/she was rude. Half of the kitchen did not work. The only reasonable sized pan was in a very poor state, the anti-sticking material was falling off (impossible to use for cooking, see picture). The hair drier did not work We mentioned the issues through eh Booking.com chat, but rather than focusing on the issues he/she started to say we were rude, we did not know how to enjoy the city and that he would expect us to leave a bad review A childish behaviour. We explained that the appliances needs to be checked before the guests arrive in the house (as we cannot wait for him/her to come to dry our son's hair). Some times, you just cannot wait for things to get fixed (it was 9:30pm), faulty equipment should be checked before arrival. The apartment has not great light
• Elisabeth (5/5): Buena ubicación pero sucio - La ubicación Entramos 1 y 1/4 más tarde porque no estaba terminado, el baño sucio, la televisión con tres dedos de polvo, y el secador no funcionaba. Creo que la noche no sale nada barata para que se cuidasen esos detalles...que mínimo que esté impoluto. Una pena porque es coqueto y muy bien ubicado.
