• Christine (10/5): Hotel lindinho - O quarto é uma graça! Muito bem decorado. Excelente localização, fizemos tudo a pé. Esse sistema de entrada com senha facilita muito. A cama, como na maioria dos hotéis, é sempre um problema. Em NUMA também achei o colchão muito mole. Mas vai do gosto de cada um. No momento em que me hospedei, havia uma obra bem barulhenta na rua onde iniciavam às 5:30 da manhã. Isso foi um pouco incômodo. Mas a obra não era do hotel.

• Carlos (8/5): Great and Cosy - I have stayed in several hotels, and I have to stay that this one has a really superb breakfast, which combines diversity, tradition and freshness! The staff working there is super kind and helpful. Location is really good and facilities are beautiful. Super straightforward the digital logistics around my stay, inc. check in/out, lockers and etc. -The lift was not working and I my room was on the 5th floor. -There were works in the street during my entire stay. Including overnight from 00:00 to 5:00 am. Although this is not the fault of the hotel, I could hear everything the entire night, making it difficult to sleep (even with the windows fully closed). Other guest were also complaining about it.

The first room we were given had dirty floor so we contacted the Numa team who promptly addressed the issue and gave us another room. The floor was still a bit dirty but didn’t impact our stay negatively. Would just recommend their housekeeping team clean the floor more thoroughly

• Bettina (10/5): Es war ein super schönes verlängertes Wochenende in Salzburg! - Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Man kommt überall zu Fuß hin. Das Zimmer auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und das Cosy Fox wo man Frühstücken kann, kann ich nur empfehlen und das Personal super lieb und sehr zuvorkommend.

• Barrera (4/5): - The location waa perfect. 5 minutes walking to city center. And the room was very nice. The room was not properly cleaned. We found a used condom on the trash can and a sock that wasn't ours under the bed.
• Madeline (8/5): Empfehlenswert - Super Lage mit fußläufig erreichbaren Sehenswürdigkeiten und guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Außerdem überzeugt das Hotel mit seinem charmanten, typisch österreichischen Charakter. Verbesserungswürdig war, dass kein tägliches Wasser aufs Zimmer gestellt wurde – gerade bei früh schließenden Läden wäre das wünschenswert. Zudem könnten einige Wände im unteren Bereich mal wieder gestrichen werden.

• William-Alexandre (9/5): J'ai passé un très beau séjour à Salzbourg - J'ai aimé l'autonomie que procure le système de clavier à code sur la porte de la chambre, ainsi que les équipements de celle-ci (machine à café, petit frigo, ...). Dans l'ensemble, tout s'est très bien passé, je n'ai pas de point négatif qui me vient en tête.

• Nina (5/5): Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier garnicht! Ya - Das Design Zimmer eher klein, Dusche ohne Tür, Klo hat stark nach Urin gerochen, sehr warme Bettdecke, Zimmer im 4. Stock sehr warm (keine Klima bzw funktionierte nicht), Baustelle vor dem Hotel (dies wurde uns am Anreisetag bekannt gegeben, Baubeginn täglich um 7 Uhr!!), bei Ankunft funktionierte der Aufzug nicht, eine Person unserer Gruppe kann aber keine Treppen steigen - sie wurde auf den 2. Stock umgebucht, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen, ob der Zugangscode gleich bleibe, entstand ein totales Chaos mit den Zugangscodes und Zimmernummern. Die Konsequenz war, dass ich um 7 Uhr abends mit einem weinenden Baby vor der Zimmertür saß und versuchte über den Guest Service jemanden zu erreichen und mein Problem auf Englisch zu erklären.
• Christina (8/5): Salzburg war wunderbar und die Unterkunft ideal - Für unseren Städtetripp perfekt. Bequeme Betten, alles vorhanden. Wir haben kein Personal gesehen, was kein Problem ist solange alles klappt. Ich persönlich würde eine zeitweise bediente Rezeption ein nächstes mal vorziehen.

The room had everything necessary for a short stay, and all the main appliances and bathroom facilities worked properly. A practical budget option for a trip focused on exploring Salzburg and the surrounding region. The room could use some updating, as signs of wear were noticeable and the cleaning could have been better. There was also roadwork outside the windows, which meant some distracting noise in the morning. Although this had been mentioned in advance, it still affected the overall comfort of the stay.

• Enrique (10/5): EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN, ENTRADA AUTÓNOMA - Excelente ubicación. Muy cerca del Salzburg Hbf. Desde la estación central puedes llegar caminando al alojamiento Entrada autónoma, lockers para guardar tu equipaje gratis( antes del check in y después del check out). Restaurante en el Lobby (yo no lo usé). Desde el hotel puedes llegar caminando la Fortaleza de Hohensalzburg y sus alrededores. Pagué una habitación pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, incluía un frigobar en la habitación y un baño limpio y espacioso.

Die Sache so wie Z.B Teller und Bes Grundlegende Dinge wie Teller, Gabel, Löffel, Messer, Salz und Pfeffer waren nicht vorhanden, und in der warmen Jahreszeit gibt es im Hotel keine Klimaanlage oder Kühlsysteme, aber es gibt einen elektrischen Ventilator.

• Nadine (9/5): Schönes Zimmer - ideal für einen Städtetrip - Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon, auf dem Wir die frühlingshafte Spätnachmittagssonne genießen konnten. Bequemes Bett ohne Besucherritze, gut ausgestattet mit Kaffee und Tee Möglichkeit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Check in verlief einfach, ohne Probleme. Das Frühstück im Café ist äußerst lecker.. wir fanden es nur ein wenig seltsam, dass das Café eigentlich täglich morgens für Laufkundschaft ausreserviert ist und Hotelgäste, dann möglicherweise auch keinen Platz bekommen. Wir wurden an einem Tag „dazwischen geklemmt“ und mussten uns dann beeilen beim Frühstück. Das ist leider echt nicht schön, erst recht für diesen Preis. Auf die Frage hin beim Personal ob wir uns dann für den kommenden Tag ebenfalls reservieren sollten, folgte nur ein „Nein, das braucht es nicht“ Ja, hätte es doch. Also Tipp: gleich bei der Ankunft reservieren, dann hat man auch einen Platz und kann gemütlich frühstücken. Wir hätten uns am Fenster eine Möglichkeit zum sichtschutz gewünscht, da man direkt aus dem Büro gegenüber bei uns reingesehen hat. Eine Vorhängung für Jalousien war zwar da, aber die Jalousien haben gefehlt.

• Daniel (6/5): Good location, nice breakfast - Easy check in and the breakfast at the cafe downstairs was lovely. decent location, short walk to the main area. The first night we heard lots of yelling, smacking noises and groaning in the hallway and one of the neighbouring rooms. It sounded like they were having some sort of “party” which made us feel uncomfortable and quite frankly scared. Luckily they moved us to a better room away and sent security to check which helped us settle a bit.

Keine Preisreduktion. 300 Euro für 2 Nächte (auch über Ostern) sind für das zu viel. Deutlich teurer als Wien, obwohl nicht mal das Zimmer gemacht wird

Große Auswahl am Buffet - auch warme Speisen werden angeboten und frisch gemacht. Man wird sehr competent und freundlich bedient. Ich kann das Frühstück nur empfehlen. Sehr hohe Stufe zum Eingang. Die Tür geht nach außen auf. Mit dem Koffer nicht leicht zu bewältigen

• Kev (4/5): Great hotel in concept but cleanliness needs to improve. - Location was okay. Great technology and concept in theory but would be ideal with clean rooms and no need for adjustments. The free Locker Storage was easy to use. Our first room (original) had random hairs all over the pillow, sheets and blankets upon checked in. We are never fussy with out hotels but have not seen a hotel with this condition. Shocked, we reached out to the management via Whatsapp (no reception), and was offered an upgrade to another room, which was slightly bigger but also had hairs on the bed, much less than the previous room, so we accepted and moved on. This hotel and its tech is great in concept - here for it, but the cleaners need to do better and the management need to be better at ensuring sheets are in fact changed after every guest.

• Hani (9/5): Clean, quiet and convenient — just fix the aircon! - A really pleasant stay overall. The room was spotlessly clean and noticeably quiet, which made for a great night's sleep — especially helped by the very comfortable bed. The check-in process was seamless thanks to the app, making the whole experience feel modern and hassle-free. The air conditioning wasn't working during our stay, which was disappointing and made the room uncomfortable at times. Hopefully this gets fixed as it would make a big difference to future guests.

Con taquillas para dejar las maletas el último día. Yo no lei que no limpiaban la habitación en estancias de pocos días. A mi no me importó pero no lo leí al hacer la reserva. La tv no funcionaba, fueron muy amables y me atendieron para enviar a un técnico pero no llegó.
