• Joan (9/5): Very affordable place to stay - Very clean near of everything and friendly staff Just the room next to us room 10 always noisy no respect of the neighbour always knock loud the wall and bothered us at 2 am just to get in their room they knock so loud oh my god I can’t get back to sleep after.
• Joan (8/5): We booked for 2 weeks but we extend 1 more week for my medical care - Super clean, and accessible where ever you want it what ever you want. I really love this area too comfortable also the staff was kind and friendly. Too noisy the room number 10 next to us always clocking inside ,shouting, Ang knocking whe hardiflex wall for too long muinute .and also they knock the door too loud like they don’t have neighbours.

• Tocmo (8/5): Very good - Clean room, big space, convenient for parking, good location The host is not approachable,. Disturbance at night, random man keeps knocking one time. Hope the host can tighten security more
• Brigette (9/5): A quick escape - I like the room it is quite and cozy. We are comfortable with the place , hope to be there longer soon. Thankyou Summer Room B, its worthy to stay. I thought it is cemented but it is plywood only, i can hear the other room sometimes.

• Ronald (1/5): Price was Cheap but being bitten by Bed Bugs & Suffering for two days wasn't worth it. - The room was decent size. It was being mopped when we arrived after check in time. The bathroom had a flushable toilet and shower. The price was cheap. When my wife and I woke up in the morning we had several bite marks all over us. The bed must have been infested with bed bugs.

• Joco21 (7/5): Good - The apartment is situated in a quiet area, yet it's conveniently close to shops and within walking distance to CityMall, making it easy to access amenities. 1. The Wi-Fi was unstable, disconnecting 2-3 times a day, particularly when using a laptop, which was quite frustrating. 2. Communication with the owner was challenging, as he does not speak English or the local language fluently, leading to misunderstandings and hesitations. 3. We noticed some insects entering the room during our stay, which was unsettling. 4. The air conditioner was too small for the size of the room, failing to cool it adequately, especially during the day. We ended up purchasing a small fan to stay comfortable.

Spacious room - Had so much challenge communicating with the staff - The smell of the room and toilet was awful - The "mini" ref is not functioning well - The AC is dirty and took long before it gets cold - No utensils provided with the cup for coffee
• Knews (10/5): Nice and releasing much fun - Very comfortable bed and spacious room, ideal place to sleep with moped rental and many trike available. Twin lakes is a nice spot to visit 40 min away. Also natural doing is around 30 mins away while beaches are around 15 minutes away

• Chynna (10/5): Very pleasant!! Perfect for the price im paying - The room is very spacious and the place is quiet. They have enough amenities for you to use. There's a private bathroom. They have 2 tables perfect for working and another table for eating When we checked in, my encounter with the owner was kind of weird because before he handed me the key card to our room, he kept on using the card to wipe off his sweat. We can not communicate properly because of language barrier, i think he can't understand english. But this is not something that would refrain me from coming back to this place
• Paul (5/5): it was adequate, i had to buy my own chairs - very close to shopping and airport. very spacious courtyard to enjoy. the aircon takes too long to cool because doors have gaps and no insulation, walls are very thin,chairs are uncomfortable and small and i hear mice in the ceiling.

• Mike (8/5): Very good - The room was big, laptop friendly. AC is well sized and reasonably quiet. Location is outstanding. Pricing very reasonable. This will probably be my go to place in Dumagete. I asked for the room to be serviced on day 3. Never happened but not a big deal. Discovering that the key is obtained from room 4 was interesting. Only found about by reading comments about the place. Signage would be a plus.

With walking distance establishments(resto and mall). The staff is very accomodating and the owner immediately answers to queries Cleanliness and the necessities are not complete when we arrived (coffee stirrer, towel, soap). Though the staff seems to be working alone that time

• Emelda (3/5): Unhappy - Huge place and normally we can park in front of our room but now they don’t allow us., we have Plenty stuff in our car so I didn’t sleep much for thinking about that The next door at midnight make party and laughing too loud that causes us lack of sleep hence we’re traveling the next day home
• Joseph (6/5): There was no mirror in the bedroom for to shave . Other then that the air conditioning and refrigerator and the bed and - Location I wasn’t able to park my car by the room I was rented which before I did. Plus it was difficult to find anyone to ask for new towels and else.

• Marc (7/5): Good value, but needs a major improvement. - The place was big and spacious and even if the aircon was looked small, it was able to get the room nice and cold. They also provided mugs and a water boiler so that's a nice extra. The bathroom was pretty big too and the water pressure was nice. The drainage of the shower area wasn't working properly at all. It took overnight to drain completely and I also noticed that when I was using the sink, the water draining there would come up in the shower area which kinda felt gross.

• Graham (1/5): The location is good. But I wouldn't stay there again. - No bathroom mirror to shave and use as a normal bathroom Staff. No greeting, no smile, nothing said by the part owner. Staff, (Filipino girl) questioned if I paid or not for my booking. Knocked on my door at 9:30am to ask when I check out. Woke me up and waled into my room on my first day to check wifi for another customer.
• Behzad (4/5): it's cheap - not much the place is not a hotel, if no electricity then nothing works. bed is queen size for children. it's good for local people, only. internet is, no internet. no reception and no security gard. but it was cheap, and the the lady worker do what she can, with what she has.

• Alan (5/5): Fair - The rooms are new but the main doors (3 rooms) that we occupied were difficult to open using the keys. No cabinets and space for hanging your clothes. No screen in the windows and restroom window that is why there were so many mosquitos inside the room. The A/C units are functioning well but the Air-con filters were dusty. No TV set. Room 14 door going to the drying area (wet clothes) was not accessible. But the owner and staff were friendly

There was a bed, small refrigerator, a good air-conditioner, a big desk, and a mirror in the room. There were two wifi connections to choose from and they both seemed to be decent. I did not like that there was no welcome desk. I had to message the property to let someone know that I had arrived. I also did not like that there was not any toilet paper available in either of the rooms that I stayed in. The second room did not even have a toilet that worked properly. The tank had to be filled manually with water using the bidet that was available.

• Marjorie (10/5): Exceptional - brand new, super clean, and very cheap hotel. the ladies/ housekeepers were really kind and helpful. thank you ! hot water, washing machine available, scooter rental, AC, spacious rooms
• Mary (10/5): CLEAN & COMFY - this is my 2nd time staying here. and if I have to go back to dumaguete, this will always be the place that I would love to book each time. the room and facilities is enough to suffice my family’s stay. if you are the type who just sleep & go out then this is for you. but if you are the type who had to make this your home, you have to provide yourself an entertainment (there is no tv) and kitchen (coffee set/bar is only available). there is still no tissue roll refilled in the dispenser provided in the cr. the tissue roll provided is halfway done.
