• Laura (7/5): - Perfekte Lage, zu Fuss über die Brücke ist man gleich in Old Town. Auch vom Sitzplatz beim Frühstück kann mann die Oldtown sehen- wunderschön! Auch das Frühstück kann a la carte bestellt werden und war sehr fein, personal überaus freundlich! Grosses Plus sind auch die gratis Parkplätze. Leider hat unser Badezimmer äussertst üblen Geruch. Das hat leider das ganze etwas negativ gemacht.

• Ute (9/5): - Super Lage im ruhigeren Stadtteil gegenüber. Es gibt einen Hotelparkplatz und man kommt über die Brücke ganz schnell in den Ort hinein. Ein Restaurant gibt es direkt nebenan. Die Betten sind wunderbar! Das Frühstück ist etwas lieblos und einfach.

• Clare (9/5): Fabulous view, great location, helpful staff - This is a lovely old building in a fantastic location, looking across the river to Berat old town. The road outside isn't much used and the hotel is set back with a courtyard in front so there was little traffic noise. Breakfast included cooked eggs and was served on the terrace looking at the view. The room had a beautiful wooden ceiling and original stonework. There was a parking place nearby. The staff member on duty had limited English but was very helpful. When we visited in April the restaurant wasn't active - only drinks and desserts were available during the day. This may change in high season.

• Carlos (8/5): Agradable - Gente amable. Ubicación perfecta, junto al río Osum, que divide la parte antigua de la ciudad en dos. Se llega a todo caminando sin distancia. No es una zona ruidosa. Pude aparcar en el pequeño espacio anexo de que dispone el hotel (octubre). Quizás ofrezcan alternativas si hay más clientes, es un hotel familiar, con pocas habitaciones. Desayuno a la carta, tienen opciones suficientes. Cama/almohada cómodas. Baño correcto. Limpieza buena. Nada

• David (10/5): Lovely hotel and staff with free parking! - The staff were really friendly esp. the young breakfast waiter who was very helpful. Check in was easy. We parked for free 50 yards up the road in their 5 space parking behind a security chain. We had a very large room with 3 windows that looked sideways at the main town opposite with wonderful views of the St Michael's church half way up the castle mountain and the castle too. The TV worked wonderfully - the only one in our 10 day stay in Albania - and was internet connected so we could get BBC World News! The internet signal was strong and let us listen to Radio Caroline and check emails. A shame the garden/patio was too cold to have breakfast on but we had nightcap wines out there when suitably reinforced with prior food and wines in town! It is a great location not in the busy town but just across from via the pedestrian bridge.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit der wunderschönen Holzdecke und Burgblick, für albanische Verhältnisse recht teuer, aber Ausstattung und Komfort waren es wert. Frühstück kann man sich a la carte selbst zusammenstellen und ist sehr lecker. Das Wetter, deswegen konnten wir die schöne Außenterrasse nicht genießen.

E questo hotel lo è: il migliore dove siamo stati nel nostro viaggio itinerante di 2 settimane. Posizione ottima! Camera ampia, con bellissima vista e arredata con gusto in stile locale. Bagno grande, con un box doccia chiuso, addirittura doppia finestra. Dotato di scaldasalviette che è stata la nostra salvezza per asciugare i vestiti dopo la pioggia! Parcheggio comodo di fianco la struttura. Ci hanno anche permesso di lasciare l'auto dopo il check out. Colazione buona ma alla carta. Veramente un buon modo per salutare l'Albania! Se fossero attivi anche i servizi di bar e ristorazione sarebbe il massimo!

L hôtel bénéficie d une excellente situation grâce à sa magnifique vue sur la vieille ville ottomane. Le personnel est adorable. Notre chambre était grande et confortable. Le petit déjeuner, à la carte, est varié et très bon. Avec cela une place de parking privée et gratuite devant l hôtel, que demander de plus ? En soirée, nous avons pris un dernier verre sur la petite terrasse avec vue sur la ville. Le top du top.

Le parking est petit on devait laisser nos clés de voiture à l'accueil pour qu'ils puissent bouger notre voiture si elle gêner pour en garer d'autres.

We were only there for one night, but if for longer, they had plenty of hangers in the closet (a small thing but hangers seem to be a rarity in Albanian hotels). Fantastic breakfast. A few TV channels in English. Great location, easy parking. And we had an amazing view of the thousand windows from our room.

Staff were very friendly, location is key, no traffic to arrive/departure, no climb. The breakfast was great and with the gorgeous view of the city. Small douche area but nothing to complain about it

• Emese (10/5): Toplocatie en uitstekend personeel - De view op Berat terwijl je op 2 min wandelen van de stad staat is subliem. De betere restaurants en kalmte om rustig de auto te parkeren en de perfecte foto te nemen is in deze buurt. Personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kamers prima, ontbijt heel ruime keuze. Ze hebben ook een wijnbar, enigste goede wijn die we zijn tegengekomen op 17 dagen Albanie. Echt een tophotel voor Berat! Alles pico bello

Ook supervriendelijk personeel. Hebben een privé parking en ze helpen met de koffers. Echt helemaal top. -

La maison de style ottoman avec tout le confort moderne, le parking, le petit déjeuner. Le personnel était très prévenant. L’emplacement est idéal pour les visites et offre une vue magnifique sur Berat.
• Nina (10/5): Great Views on Old Town - There are only reasons to go there: The hotel is on Gorica and has both a nice secluded terrasse garden and (in the evening) front seating along the quiet road. Both give you wonderful views to Berat Old Town while you eat and alone for that the place is going to. The nonsmoking rooms are quiet, beautiful and clean with both air conditioning and windows you can open. Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is wonderful with amongst others (if you want it) fresh juice, cappuccino or expresso, fresh fruit and tomato/cucumber and the usual delicious Albanian breakfast items. There is a parking lot only for the hotel and only for hotel guests which is directly at the street, so this was the most relaxed parking situation in 4 weeks of Albanja. Nothing - note that (i. contrast to the pictures on Google), in the evening no Albanian food but instead Italian cheeses and meats and wine and cocktails are served which we liked because it was for a starter something different - and there is plenty Albanian restaurant around the corner.
