Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Das Apartment bietet zudem eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage: sowohl der Hafen als auch die Innenstadt sind in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und immer absolut hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation inkl. Check-in-Prozess erfolge per WhatsApp, was das ganze zusätzlich erleichtert hat. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort bleiben! Nichts

Esperava ainda mais produtos locais (como por exemplo ananás, banana, etc) Poucas mesas, pouco apoio em termos de funcionário. Os hóspedes é que limpam e arrumam a sua própria mesa para que outros possam servir. TV no local poderia estar a mostrar fotos e locais da ilha mas por sua vez está a transmitir uma lareira.

- Anna (10/5): - The staff were extremely helpful and available when it came to planning the next steps of our trip, putting us in contact with a really excellent local guide, advising on hikes and logistics, and opening breakfast early for us one morning. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an apartment that had 2 bedrooms, and it was really lovely, with a lot of space, and 2 terraces with wonderful views from the sea over the town to the mountains. Breakfast was very good, and the jacuzzi and sauna a big hit with the teenagers. Pool area was lovely when the sun was out, though in April the water was still too cold really to swim. Location is great as long as you don't mind a stroll into town. Everything at the hotel is very fresh, clean, modern and tasteful. Nothing, we had a great stay.

- Karanjit (7/5): Clean, spacious, ample parking available! - Alto do forte The accommodation has ample parking although the entrance to get in and out is intimidating, but once you get used to it, it’s easy to navigate. The parking is safe, secure and you can get the lift straight to the rooms to the garage and vice versa. It isn’t as clear though where the lifts are inside the parking garage so signage could be clear to avoid people hiking back up the steep decline the car came in from. The accommodation is beautiful, very modern and plenty of space to put away your clothes with towels being changed everyday and rooms cleaned everyday. There’s plates, mugs, cutlery, utensils, frying pan and a kettle and coffee maker. I’d advise you to buy some sugar or sweetener if required and bring some fairy liquid and surface cleansing wipes just to maintain the hygiene whilst cooking or making food at the apartment. They do provide some dishwasher tablets however! I brought my own dish cloth and hand cloths for wiping dishes and hands after reading the initial reviews and im glad i did, as the apartment doesn’t provide this. I also brought my own tea bags as we drink at least two cups a day between us. The apartment could do with providing some cling film, foil or some sandwich bags/ lunch boxes which would be super helpful for families staying here, we went to the local supermarket and brought some. We also brought some additional toilet rolls not realising there’s some spares under the sinks if you push press the draw. The apartment had a hairdryer but not a very powerful one so I did bring my own, I’m glad I did. They do provide you an iron and ironing board upon request and there is a washing machine and some laundry detergent as well as some laundry pegs although I haven’t quite discovered where to dry the laundry yet. The bathrooms are modern, clean and well maintained. The drain sometimes can be slow to drain but the showers are hot and hand wash and shower gel is provided. See above

- Louise (9/5): Wonderful and would plan to return here again! - Great quality and spacious for a ‘small’ appearing hotel. We had a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen and dining area very nice! We used the pull out sofa bed in the living area. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms didn’t feel cramped with the sofa bed pulled out like traditional hotel rooms. Ground floor lobby was very inviting and breakfast area comfortable and good quality. One dish of hot cooked eggs seemed to be the standard each morning, and the rest was continental style. Very responsive staff and very friendly and helpful in communications before arriving and throughout our stay. Enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub! We went late March and the AC units were also for heat which kept the room very comfortable. Location was excellent for walking to the marina where we had meeting points for activities. And walkable to all the main areas in Ponta Delgada. Steps away from the iconic church. If I had to really find something it’s that our room was next to the road so we didn’t want to open drapes wide for privacy, and there wasn’t really a view. But there were 3-4 floors so one level up probably felt more private. It was however a very quiet road and it felt like good sound insulated windows. There was a safety/emergency exit light above the door which was extremely bright at night so we had to cover it with a small towel for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. We forgot to ask the front desk if there was anything they could do but we found our own makeshift solution.

Facilities good pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath. Underground garage to save your rental cars wing mirrors. Staff friendly. No message sent with key code for door, necessary as reception is not staffed 24×7. In addition staff took over 20 minutes to respond when fire alarm went off at the weekend as no one on site. This only after they were telephoned. If it had been a real emergency this could have been disastrous. Otherwise plastic covered sofa in room not comfy and limited hanging space for clothes compounded by no suitcase stands (try using a couple of dining chairs).

The kitchen was very well equipped, we even did a bit of cooking during our stay and could find everything we needed. The hotel staff was very helpful, they kept in touch on WhatsApp during our stay and gave us recommendations. They even helped us book tables at different restaurants. The staff was also happy to turn the sauna on when asked which we greatly enjoyed after a long day of sightseeing. Also, huge plus for the free underground parking garage. Nothing really, more like recommendations. There was no place by the entrance to hang our coats, even though there was plenty of space. A kitchen towel in the kitchen would've been really useful! Also, our towels were replaced most of the days, even though we didn't throw them on the ground (they were just hanging in the bathroom). Again, not an issue, just something we noticed.

- Ana Luísa (10/5): como residentes, iremos repetir! - funcionários super acessíveis e simpáticos, tivemos no apartamento número 8 que era super espaçoso. muito sossegado, nem parecia que estávamos praticamente no centro da cidade. aproveitamos bastante o jacuzzi, a piscina e a sauna. o pequeno almoço foi bom. a única coisa que posso dizer que não gostei, foi da posição da TV no quarto, que fica na lateral da cama e não de frente. mas isso é apenas um pormenor. gostamos de tudo na mesma

- Cláudia (10/5): Maravilhoso - A localização é ótima para quem quer ficar no centro de Ponta Delgada e o facto de ter funcionamento interno, naquela zona é ótimo. Pequeno almoço com a variedade essencial desde o pão aos ovos mexidos e sumos . Tivemos sorte porque não havia ninguém então o spa era quase todo só para nós. O nosso apartamento era bastante espaçoso facilmente ficavam ali 3:4 pessoas. Funcionários espetaculares, de uma simpatia tremenda , deixaram nos entrar 3h mais cedo o que hoje em dia é rarissimo. Não se ouviu ruído nenhum nem barulho da rua o que no inverno presumo que seja normal. Só um pedido de atenção as portas do duche internas, podem ser limpas de forma melhor.

- Andrew (9/5): Good location. Very new. Hotel + kitchen facilities is a great combo. - Very clean and new. Great to have underground parking, air-conditioning and fridge-freezer. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Close to the centre. Small shop just round the corner for buying food. Pool area is nice. Reception staff very helpful in explaining what to do with a parking ticket from elsewhere. Breakfast was a good self service continental buffet (+scrambled egg). Underground garage is a tight squeeze, going to struggle in a big car. Ok in an Opel Corsa.

- Sam0105 (10/5): Spacieux et propre et très bien placé avec un personnel au petit soin. - L'espace, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel même si la gestion du petit déj était difficile mais ils étaient tellement gentils et pleins de bonnes volontés. Nous avons été upgrade pour un appartement plus grand avec balcon. Il y avait de tout , pastille vaisselle, Nespresso, lessive. Plus un garage L'appartement plus avait malheureusement une très petite salle de bain et douche pour la taille de l'appartement

- Angela (10/5): - Das Personal war mega nett und super in der Kommunikation, vor allem Whatsapp. Das Frühstück war lecker, auch das für den Abflugstag gebrachte Frühstückspaket war prima. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und vor allem nicht so feucht am Morgen wie viele andere Unterkünfte auf den Azoren. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich top! Das Jaccuzi Wasser hat uns nicht so angemacht, der Pool ist leider kalt. In unserem Apartment hat man das Garagentor gehört. Das sind aber alles Punkte, über die man wirklich hinwegsehen kann.

O Staff, fez um trabalho excelente, davam sugestões do que fazer devido ao estado. Atendiam aos nossos pedidos e esclareciam todas as dúvidas. O apartamento era impecável. Condições maravilhosas. Tudo limpo e organizado. Espero voltar aqui, um dia. O fim da estadia.
