C'est déstabilisant de n'avoir aucune personne physique à notre arrivée. La vue de la chambre donnait sur l'escalier de secours. Pablo (10/5): Un lugar ideal para quedarse una o dos noches - La ubicación es increíble, en la plaza principal de la ciudad, pero sin ruido. Piezas grandes y cómodas. Es totalmente autónomo, aunque de todos modos el personal a distancia atiende de inmediato las dudas o problemas. Estaba muy bien. Tal vez no lo recomendaría para personas muy mayores o con problemas de movilidad. Hay que subir una escalera larga con las maletas.

Présence d’un frigo avec mini surgélateur pour y mettre boisson ou petite glace. Attention que ce qui est dedans est payant. La smart TV sans chaînes traditionnelles. Uniquement Netflix. Une fiche explicative de l’ouverture du cadenas serait la bienvenue à chaque étage et en plusieurs langues car j’étais avec un couple d’étrangers qui a éprouvé des difficultés aussi pour ouvrir sa chambre. Le tuto explicatif reçu est en anglais ....

Anastasiya (8/5): Great option for 1-2 days in Mons. - Top location, big room, clean. Soundproofing is so-so. You hear very well when people upstairs flush the toilet. Do not book if you need an elevator or have a huge suitcase - you will have to take stairs to get to your room.

Aurélie (9/5): Belle découverte avec une vue imprenable sur la Grand Place - Avant même d'arriver sur place, j'ai trouvé toutes les informations fournies très claires (e.g. un tuto était fourni concernant l'ouverture du cadenas de la porte). La chambre était propre, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La vue sur la place était magnifique. La salle de bain, un peu moins spacieuse mais d'une taille tout à fait raisonnable, était également très propre et bien équipée. La possibilité de régler facilement la température dans la chambre était un vrai point positif. L'insonorisation par rapport à l'extérieur était plutôt bonne et, malgré de la musique dans un chapiteau sur la place, cela ne m'a pas empêchée de dormir. Deux petits détails : l'insonorisation au sein du bâtiment et le robinet de la salle de bain. La porte de ma chambre étant proche de celle d'une autre chambre, j'entendais les autres clients parler et rigoler. Bien que cela ne m'ait pas dérangée outre mesure, je pense que l'insonorisation pourrait être un tout petit peu améliorée. Le robinet de ma salle de bain n'était pas très bien fixé, ce qui m'a valu une frayeur en pensant que je l'avais abimé, mais cela n'a absolument pas empêché sa bonne utilisation.

Difficulté à trouver la chambre. Petite pancarte à l'entrée où l'on indique que le personnel du restaurant peut nous aider, mais ce n'est pas vrai. Chambre poussiéreuse. Pas d'eau chaude après 21h. Chambre extrêmement mal insonorisé. Bruit de boîte de nuit jusqu'au milieu de la nuit. Impossible de dormir.

Wolfgang (8/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine Top Lage und ist sehr sauber. Die Zugangstechnik funktioniert sehr gut. Kein nerviges Warten am Empfang. Gleich ins Zimmer gehen und wohlfühlen. Der Treppenaufgang kann mit Koffern eine Challange werden. Die Dachbalken im Zimmer und im Bad bedürfen ständiger Beachtung, da sie ansonsten Schmerzen verursachen können 😀

La petite attention avec le verre offert et les moins 10% au restaurant sont très appréciable. Nous avons une très agréable nuit. Un tout petit rail sous la porte d'entrée ou l'extinction des lumières du couloir dans la nuit empêcherait à la lumière de rentrer dans la chambre toute la nuit.

Super moment passé ! À reprendre sans hésiter! Merci Juste au niveau de la réservation, vous nous envoyez un mail une semaine avant la date du séjour pour finaliser la réservation avec un lien qui n est pas accessible, que vous nous renvoyez la veille du séjour. Pas trop d interêt, si ce n est que nous poser des questions inutiles !

Alexia (9/5): - L'emplacement sur la grand place et donc dans le centre-ville. Le parking conseillé était à 2 min à pied de l'hôtel. Le contact avec la responsable par WhatsApp était super et rapide! La chambre était très propre, rien à dire. Peut-être l'isolation car nous entendions les personnes dans le couloir et les voisins... mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de dormir car la nuit tout était très calme!
Ines (5/5): Mooie kamer , erg onpersoonlijk en zeer foute incheck procedure - Zeer mooie nette kamer Zeer ruim , mooi ingericht Comfortabel en kwalitatief Geen geluidsoverlast ALS JE VENSTER DICHT HOUD! ook al ligt je kamer aan de markt , het is stil Het inchecken is vreselijk Meer dan 2 u mee bezig geweest Mail met Link om in te checken om je persoonlijke gegevens door te geven , removed ( = werkte niet ) Telefonisch contact ( na veel keuzes te moeten maken , enkel mogelijk in het Engels Spaans of Frans ) Indien vraag in het Nederlands kan je enkel mailen Maar doen niet wat beloofd . - we moesten waarborg via Mastercard of Visa geven … Na 7 keer (!!) alle gegevens door te geven , steeds bericht SMS dat het niet ok was We moesten 250€ Storten op een rek nummer voor ze ons een code wilden geven … DEDEN WE NIET. Het was ondertussen 16u30 ! Via personeelslid van restaurant naast hotel die voor ons 1:2 u telefoneerde , dan toch een Code verkregen . Bleek dat eigenaar hotel in Madagascar zit en dat er NOOIT iemand van eigenaars hotel aanwezig zijn of te bereiken zijn. Dankzij restaurant personeel dat zeer vriendelijk was kunnen inchecken

Randi (8/5): Best oké met veel haken en ogen. - Redelijke kamer met fijne stoelen. Geen lift. Te klein bed. Geen king size. Dekbedhoes met kapotte knoopjes en kussen ook. Je stoot je hoofd aan een kant van het bed als je naar de wc wilt. Hotel gaat NIET op slot beneden zowel overdag als in de avond. Totaal idioot. Vanochtend om half tien was er een dakloze dronkaard!

Hilde (8/5): Midden in historisch centrum - Prima kamer, goed bed, uitzicht op marktplein. Geen persoonlijke receptie, bagage bewaren in restaurant op gelijkvloers.
De Cunsel (8/5): - Proximité malgré la difficulté de stationnement. Le Chek-in tout électronique, heureusement que le personnel du NOVA est d'une gentillesse exceptionnel.
