• zouloue (8/5): Belle chambre. Petit déjeuner decevant - La maison est très belle, ainsi que le jardin. La chambre spacieuse, confortable et très propre. Idem pour la salle de bain. Parking privé. La possibilité de promener les chiens. La gâteau maison au petit déjeuner. Les conseils du patron pour trouver un restaurant proche. A l'arrivée, je n'ai pas vu d'indication "réception" ou "entrée" et les différentes portes étaient fermées. J'ai finalement dû appeler fort pour voir s'il y avait quelqu'un. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur booking, le restaurant est fermé. Il serait possible d'avoir un plat sur réservation uniquement et ça, je ne le savais pas. De plus j'avais choisi cette chambre car je pensais pouvoir manger sur place. Petite déception. Le petit déjeuner est très décevant pour une chambre de ce prix. Un morceau de bon gâteau maison et une confiture maison, des yaourts banane et cerise et des biscottes. Quand j'ai demandé du pain, j'ai eu du pain rassi de la veille. Même pas du pain frais ! Pas une petite viennoiserie, pas de proposition salée (fromage ou jambon). C'est vraiment la chose à améliorer.

• Marcin (10/5): Napewno tu wrocimy jak będziemyw tym regionie Włoch - Obiekt jest w odległości 15 min od centrum Pizzy w spokojnym miasteczku. Można tu się wyciszyć. Gospodarz bardzo uprzejmy. Zaproponował nam kolację oraz zamówił stolik w lokalnej restauracji gdzie zjedliśmy bardzo dobrą kolację, która była przystępną cenowo (pizza margarita 7 eur pizza z szynką 9 eur owoce morza z patelni 12 eur). Śniadanie jak to we Włoszech bywa na słodko ale bardzo dobre (domowy dżem domowe ciasto). Polecamy nocleg byliśmy tu już dwa razy.

• Daniela (10/5): Skvelé krásne ubytovanie, odporúčam každému :) - Veľmi krásne novo zrekonštruované ubytovanie. Izby aj kúpelňa veľmi čisté, voňavé. Postele pohodlné, je vidiet ze vsetko je este nové. Záhrada veľmi pekná upravená, parkovanie vo vyhradenom priestore v záhrade. Prístup majiteľa bol výnimočný, veľmi milý pán ochotný so všetkým pomôcť a vysvetliť. Dokonca nám rezervoval miesto v blízkej reštaurácii, kedze on nemal práve otvorenú kuchyňu.

• Ines (4/5): Disappointing Stay – Not the Peaceful Getaway We Hoped For - We stayed here expecting a relaxing and quiet environment, but unfortunately, that was far from our experience. One night, the owner hosted a loud party on the property right in front of our bedroom with music blasting until 1am - despite us asking for it to be turned down. While the music eventually stopped, the noise continued well into the night. Importantly - we were not warned about this party before, or during, our stay. To make matters worse, the clean-up started at 7:30am the next morning, with loud clattering of plates and glasses waking us up far too early. When we addressed our concerns, the owner offered an apology only after we mentioned we would be leaving a negative review - and then proceeded to tell us “this is a B&B, not a hotel,” as if that excused the disruption. On top of this, the air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay, and the breakfast was very basic.

• Paul (8/5): Well worth it to avoid the crowds and the city yet close to it. - Very friendly and interesting host. The location is ideal, as Pisa’s walls are 20’ away by car and the village of Calci with the Certosa is nearby. The River Arno is very close. Fresh bread for breakfast (but we were kindly offered fresh fruit from the garden).
• Taras (10/5): A good place to stay if you have a car, very welcoming and helpful owner. I couldn’t get a to the airport and he was kin - A nice historical building, well kept with a great outdoor area, 15 min drive from the airport
• Marija (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect! If you ever find yourself in Tuscany, make sure to stay here—even if just for one night. It's absolutely worth it. Photos simply can't capture the warmth, the scent of nature, and the breathtaking views. The host is truly exceptional—after more than 40 years in the hospitality industry across the globe, he knows exactly how to make guests feel both at home and like they’re living a dream. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, and the hospitality is second to none. You won’t want to leave.

• Oliver (9/5): Very comfortable - The house is beautifully newly renovated in toscanish style! Breakfast in the garden war also really nice and fresh fruit from his garden were fantastic! Water pressure if the shower could make it better, but it might be related with lack of water in thuu in a summer.
