• Cathy (10/5): - Julia's studio flat is perfect for 1 to 2 people. Comfy and cozy and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable and set up so it coukd be used as a sofa without it being a pullout couch. There is a lovely outdoor seating area which gets the morning sun, perfect for sitting and having a morning coffee. The place is close to all Hoylake has to offer- cafes, restaurants and bars, waterfront, views to Wales and Hilbre Island, and promenade. Two minutes walk to the train station for a jaunt into Liverpool leaving the car behind. Julia was very responsive to the couple of questions I had. I am in Hoylake every year visiting family and I hope to be back at Julia's place next time I come. I highly recommend it to anyone. Nothing, everything was great

• Sue (10/5): Great - The accommodation was well designed and comfortable. It was well equipped and extremely clean. The location was perfect for me and easy access to the Merseyrail network provided me with quick and efficient transport. A very enjoyable stay. There was nothing I didn’t like.
• Sara J (9/5): Excellent high end studio apartment. - A high end quality studio apartment, all appliances have a lot of the thought , the lighting , bed ,facilities of the kitchen and bathroom. I visit Hoylake three times a year and always stay here. The only slight problem is some noise from above , night times are quiet.
• Anne (8/5): Pleasant stay near station and village shops and restaurants. - Excellent location close to railway station. Difficulty closing over bathroom door due to missing hook. Tried to buy hook in local hardware store but it was closed.
• Lynne (10/5): - Ideally situated and very quiet. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities, everything we could need. Really pretty little studio flat. Highly recommend. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again. Lovely that the host provided plenty of tra, coffee and milk.
• Barbara (9/5): Stay at Julia's place - The location was great for visiting family. Very clean and modern. The facilities were good and everything we needed for our stay was available. Noisy up stairs. The towel rail didn't work so we had to use damp towels. Could not understand why the old door into the shower room has not been changed, no proper lock which meant you couldn't close the door shut from the living room side. The mattress was very soft.

It is so cosy, clean and well equipped - soft towels, nice toiletries in the shower, Netflix on the TV, tea, coffee and hot chocolate and fresh milk in the fridge. The bed is really comfy too.
• Libby (9/5): I would highly recommend this lovely studio if you have a need to stay in Hoylake - A beautifully appointed and clean studio apartment, within a short walking distance to Hoylake train station so an easy commute from Liverpool. The hosts were very accommodating, and offered timely communication

• Philippa (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay on the Wirral - Loved Julia’s place, it was very comfortable, clean and in a great location. Had everything you could possibly need for a short stay There was nothing I didn’t like but I would maybe lose the desk chair and add a second comfy chair

Restaurants and shops around the corner. Beach along the road no sea but went before tide came in. People were polite and helpful. Hoylake Spice was amazing for delivery of brilliant Indian food. Nothing not to like. West Kirby 1 mile away. Nothing not to like

• Ann (7/5): Great little studio apartment - Cozy little spotlessly clean studio apartment centrally located a few minutes walk from the railway station and town centre. Julia was very helpful, checking when we would arrive and letting us check in early. The only downside was the very noisy upstairs neighbours who have loud voices and even louder music.

• Carolyn (10/5): A wonderful property for our visit to see family. It fitted all our requirements and more. - Excellent location. Cleanliness was tops. Everything in the way of facilities was there. Plenty of free close-by parking. Having to make/unmake the bed each day. Other than that everything was great.

• Jenny (10/5): Everything I needed - Very easy - a lock box by the door with combination shared well in advance. Chucking it down with rain and had a panicked few minutes of thinking I had the number wrong, but it was just the mechanism is slightly stiff and it was very slippy. A perfect little flat for a few days, with everything you need. Nothing! Had an excellent stay. I was at a conference in central Liverpool and getting in and out was a breeze. I recommend the little caff next to the station in the morning - excellent fried egg and sausage sarnies for the commute.
• Christine (7/5): Perfect location, nice apartment, just needs a bit more attention to detail. - Location was great. Close to the station, restaurants, prom etc. and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Nice touch to have fresh milk in the fridge and free tea and coffee. Free WiFi, huge TV and access to Netflix. The big cushions on the bed are a great idea. Good to have shower gel, shampoo etc provided. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets where you needed them. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was black mould on the shower head, around the plug hole and overflow in the basin and the spout of the tap had limescale and black mould. It would have been really useful to have a couple of hooks on the bathroom door, both sides, and the old grey curtain could do with replacing. There was also black mould around the window frames which I know is difficult to deal with in an old building.
• Julie (9/5): Great little place - Very well thought out space with everything we needed. Good communication with the host re check in times. The blinds don't block out much light so summer mornings are very bright. Curtains would help.
• Heidi (10/5): Fantastic, well appointed & decorated - Comfy bed, thoughtful touches. Well appointed kitchen It was really perfect, it I had to be picky it would have been nice to have a full length mirror & a couple of extra pillows. However, I loved my stay & your attention to detail.

• Pat (10/5): Perfect and very comfortable. - The property is in a quiet location, easily accessible and a short walk from Hoylake station which gives frequent access to Liverpool etc. It has every facility required for a self catering break and was perfect for my needs. Hoylake and West Kirby have wonderfully long, flat promenades and are within easy reach of the property. Only the weather !

Excellent shower; dishwasher and even a washing machine. Everything worked brilliantly. A lovely quiet location. Communication with the kind, friendly, helpful and efficient owners was superb.
