• Edur (9/5): Super buena estancia. - La terraza es super txula. El unico inconveniente pueden ser las escaleras para subir a la cama. No es que no nos gustara sino que ciertas personas a lo mejor no suben.

• Winfried (4/5): Es gibt für den Preis sicher bessere Studios in Madrid. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Studio ist auch sehr ruhig und sauber. Die sehr steile Holztreppe hoch zum Bett ist sehr (!) unbequem, oben ist aufgrund der sehr geringen Höhe nur Platz, um auf das Bett zu kriechen (!). Die Terrasse ist für beide Appartments, also z.T. belegt. Es gibt keinen Schrank und auch die Küche ist nur zum Kaffe kochen geeignet. Das Studio ist noch "im Prozess der Genehmingung", dafür wird die gefährliche Treppe sicherlich ein großes Problem sein.

• Nick (10/5): Appartamento super!! - Ci è piaciuto tutto quanto! Indicazioni chiare e comprensibili da parte del proprietario, molto gentile. È stato facilissimo trovare ed entrare nell’appartamento. Posizione TOP a due passi dal centro / mezzi e ai principali punti di interesse. Appartamento ampio, accogliente, ben arredato, si vede che c’è cura, fornito di tutto il necessario, molto bello e grande il terrazzo. Cucina ben funzionante per fare preparazioni basic. Ottima la pulizia, sia degli ambienti che della biancheria. Per chi viene in macchina come nel nostro caso, c’è un parcheggio esattamente di fronte all’appartamento, non abbiamo neanche dovuto scaricare le valigie e andare a portare l’auto perché è a 15 metri nel vero senso della parola.. Buono avere la possibilità di fare il check out fino alle 11:30 perché in questo modo siamo partiti con molta calma e serenità! Grazie mille!! Non c’è stato nulla che non ci sia piaciuto, anzi lo terremo nelle nostre prime scelte per i nostri futuri soggiorni a Madrid, visto che è una meta che amiamo! L’unica cosa che ci era sfuggita nella descrizione (probabilmente a noi), è che il terrazzo è condiviso con l’altro appartamento, e viste le belle giornate/ serate avremmo voluto cenare o fare aperitivo fuori ma era spesso occupato dai signori della camera adiacente. Nessun problema per chi ama fare nuove conoscenze perché ci si sta ampiamente in tanti ma non era diciamo nei nostri piani! È una sciocchezza ma che è bene far presente per chi conta di avere il terrazzo privato soprattutto durante i soggiorni lunghi e nella bella stagione. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

• Christie (8/5): I would stay here again - Location was a five minute walk to the palace, host was prompt to reply and helpful, loft was clean and the bed was comfortable, reasonably priced. The patio was nice to sit in the sun and relax after a 26 hr travel day. The stairs are narrow and you can’t stand up in the loft. This wasn’t a problem for me, but it might be for others. Hot water in the shower was very limited so be prepared to take a very fast shower.

La grande terrasse partagée avec l'autre studio est très appréciable. Les escaliers de la mezzanine sont très raides, il faut faire attention en montant. Pour cuisiner il y a juste une petite plaque et un micro ondes mais c'était indiqué et on s'est adapté.

Nel complesso accogliente e ben rifinito. Problemi con apertura porta da remoto e con condizionatore non risolti durante il soggiorno. Zona notte molto scomoda.

También destaco la atención de Ana, tuvimos un problema con la calefacción, pero nos atendió de inmediato dándonos solución. Lo único es que el acceso al dormitorio es algo incómodo por la escalera, que es muy empinada, pero al final te acostumbras.

• LUCIA (8/5): Relación calidad precio adecuada - Apartamento muy buen ubicado, céntrico pero en zona tranquila. Limpieza. Apartamento para dos dias estupendo. Tal cual aparece en las fotos. Entrada independiente. Realmente es incómodo estar subiendo y bajando las escaleras tan empinadas para la habitación. Como detalle me gustaría que tuviera azúcar y unos sobres de café.

Lo único es que la cama está arriba y siempre me olvidaba del techo, así que me golpeaba la cabeza hahaha. Pero bueno, cosas que pasan… ¡Apartamento perfecto para una pareja, me encantó! La anfitriona Ana, es muy buena y atenta, siempre responde cuando necesitamos algo.
• Ironi (8/5): Studio with great location in Madrid - The studios have an excellent location, they are near the Palacio Real de Madrid and the Gran Vía and you can do everything by walking, there is also public transport options nearby. The studios are very comfortable and complete with many appliances and the host is super friendly. The studios are located in the ground floor of a residential building so they can be very noisy, you can hear a lot of noise coming from the neighbouring studio and from the central machines of the building (boiler, perhaps). The stairs to the bedroom can be a bit challenging at first sight - but you get used to it.

• Val (9/5): Fabulous location, great value ( low season). Owrfect for solo travellers - Its location was fantastic. I didn’t use public transport all week… I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. Very clever use of a small space . All very modern and clean. As I had been warned in reviews the bed is up a steep ladder and so you had to be very careful going up and down, especially if half asleep! Would not recommend it for anyone unsure on their feet. I was lucky that no one was in the adjoining apartment so could use the terrace; I don’t think I would have otherwise… no privacy.

Atentos en todo momentos y muy buena ubicación La terraza que aparece en el anuncio es compartida con otro piso, por lo que, no puedes disfrutarla con tranquilidad. Las escaleras para subir a la habitación son muy inclinadas, una persona mayor, niños o personas con discapacidad no pondría subir. La habitación tiene menos de metro y medio de alto, nos golpeamos varias veces en la madrugada cuando nos levantamos al baño. Estás tres cosas no las dicen en el anuncio y creo que es importante.

• Puya (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy space - I wish I could have stayed longer. Few minutes from plaza España. Ana was very responsive, the place was clean, very fast and reliable internet wifi wi-fi for remote work (zoom video calls). For some people getting up to the bed may be difficult as its very tight and steep. I didn't have any problems with it but something to keep in mind. Another small detail i appreciated - there were plenty of mirrors (many apartments i visit are lacking mirrors). Would stay again!

Was not made clear that the terrace was shared with other apartment. Poor range of crockery and kitchen cramped.

I was sleeping on someone else's bed.....it was terrible. It took me 20 mins with my taxi guy speaking to the lady at the reception to let me inside. It was raining outside. the lady spoke no English at all.after a long time she opened the door. she then did not know how to give me the internet access and password, as she spoke no English. it was impossible. I think it's very simple to write down the internet details on a piece of paper and leave it inside the room. Had my taxi guy left me at the address n gone, I would not have found anyway to enter the apartment. I was scared, I had paid money and now I will have to look for another accommodation walking around with my bags. it was just not professional at all. I would definitely not recommend this place and its professionalism.
• Luis (8/5): Cosy apartment in a convenient location to explore the centre of Madrid - Location was perfect and the hosts were very responsive to our requests despite not being present. We asked for additional blankets to sleep on the sofa and they were provided. All was done remotely but efficiently. The sink was not properly cleaned when we arrived (we could see some hairs), but this must have been a mistake from the cleaning lady as the rest of the flat was clean. You need to go up and down some stairs to get to bed, which can be a bit uncomfortable at night if you wake up to go to the bathroom. Not recommended for people with mobility problems which was not my case.

The kitchen could have been outfitted with some basics: salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar. The kitchen is spartan as is the rest of the place. The stairs to the loft seem dangerous—can’t be to code—scary :/
• Alexander (10/5): Perfect - Great apartment - Great host! - The apartment is fantastic! I'd had a terrible flight with a lot of delays and I was running late, but everything was super easy and convenient to check in. There was plenty of information provided and the apartment exceeded my expectations. I was there to meet my significant other in Madrid as she had been travelling Europe and this was the last time I could see her before she flew back to Uruguay for a while - she had an apartment with friends and had moved twice already, she had some real horror stories about some of the places! She was very jealous of this one! One of the nicest things about this apartment was thanks to the great wifi and the smart TV, we were able to spend an evening watching old Murgas after we tired ourselves out in the city. Compared to her horror story of an apartment, mine was great! The apartment is in a great location and there is a very cute little bar at the end of the street. Thank you so much for having me! It really helped make the last weekend with the person I love very special. When we return, we'll definitely be booking this together as a couple!
• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - I liked that the Estudio is very close to the city center (close to the Senate and Palacio Real), but at the same time, it is located in a very nice and quiet area so you have the benefit of a good night rest. The Estudio is newly furbished in a very modern style, and you have everything you need to enjoy a confortable stay. And most importantly, the host was very polite, respectful and very helpful, always available to answer my questions and to help me to check in safely. It was a pleasant experience!
