• Ángel (10/5): Perfecto para pasar unos días. Relación calidad precio muy buena. - En general todo estaba en orden. Apartamento limpio, además de buenas instalaciones, y con posibilidad de conocer gente del edificio. Quizás si hubiera estado ligeramente más cercano al centro, llegar a pie a diversos sitios hubiera sido más fácil. Pese a ello, no está muy lejos del centro, y con Uber/taxi se tarda muy poco en llegar.
• Dara (3/5): Not the best - Availability for a united match 430 pounds for 2 nights was a bit expensive for somewhere in not the best location thats poorly looked after. Almost no glasses or cutlery. Smell in the room. Carpark awkward to find

• Katalin (7/5): - Proper size of the apartment, spacious. The cleanness of the cutlery was not appropriate. The couch in the living room is not suitable for sleeping. There are only 4 chairs ( I reserved the flat for 5). More attention should be paid for cleaning, than it will be a super apartment for staying.

• Karina (10/5): This was such a wonderful flat to stay in for the week! Felt right at home despite being in another country, and it was - Despite being a distance from city centre and the Northern Quarter, we loved how convenient it was! It was spacious enough for us and homey that we all felt right at home in the flat. Could have done with more plates and silverware 😅 also the Hoover didn’t work? We kept it plugged in but it would never stay on for more than a few seconds. Maybe user error but a bunch of us (Americans and Brits) tried it and it wouldn’t work.

• Ivana (8/5): - Nice and clean apartment, good location, good communication with the owner. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped. There were only 3 cups fór 4 people. Also no glasses fór water and only 3 forks. Everything else was nice. Also fire alarm kept beeping almost the whole tíme. In the end we even got used to it.
• Max (3/5): Stay away, not worth it - The building is new, the apartment is modern with 2 bathrooms. The noise from the people (neighbors) from 9 PM until 5:30 AM every day - slamming doors and screaming. If you would like to rest, good luck. Only 3 cups for 5 people, but 8 wine glasses. No fry pan, dirty fridge, dirty cabinets, broken bathroom door handle, missing blinds, the mattress needs to be replaced. The lack of communication when I asked for a possibility of an early check-in, even though I paid in full right away. I needed to contact Booking.com for assistance. I even provided my WhatsApp to the owner, but nothing. We arrived at 2:30 PM sitting outside the apartment, but needed to wait until 3 PM with three children. All this time, the apartment was free and available. Zero hospitality knowledge. He only provided me with his WhatsApp when I mentioned about all the damages inside the apartment after we checked in. He offered to send a cleaner and handyman, but I advised him to do it for the next guest. He never followed up with us during our stay. I sent a complaint and pictures to Booking.com to set a record of all the flaws. Note: He only sent the check-in instructions when I asked for it. This feedback is based on our experience.
• Salman (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, clean modern apartment with easy access to central and the helpimg owner who happily accommodated us for late checkout. Covered and secured parking. Definitely stay again for any future visits. Maybe the neighbourhood area although the apartment quality and location to close proximity to central and other food places outweighs this.
• Marie (5/5): Great location, 2 bed, 1 bath secure apartment - Spacious apartment in a great location for access to central Manchester and Salford. Clean and comfortable for a short stay. Two large bedrooms and one bathroom. Secure building and car parking. Kitchen could be better equipped for the expected number of people staying. Basic furnishings. Bedrooms near an entry gate which was noisy at night - take ear plugs!

• Samer (6/5): Pleasant - good location and quiet home. it was difficult to inter the house because they changed the code and we waited to get the new one from the owner! also the place it was not so clean, so we contact with the owner (Mr. Mustafa) and he was so helpful and he sent to us the cleaner again! another thing the parking area open just from the inside of the building, so you need someone to open it for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so we parked all the time in street parking

• Cartel (6/5): Big clean apartment let down by cheap beds - The size and cleanliness of the apartment were amazing. View across the gardens meant the outside noise was super low for the city. As usual though with rentals, the mattresses let the experience down. (they felt cheap compared to the rest of the flat!) Only other issue is the poor sound proofing.. one evening was spoilt my an neighbour playing loud music with lots of bass til late. (out of the hosts hands though i know)

• Anita (9/5): Would repeat again - New apartment which was extremely comfortable and very spacious. Facilities were new, and location very near to town centre. Instructions to carpark was not detailed enough. Had to drive around several times around the property to identify the entrance of the parking. Other than that, it was great.

• Britney (9/5): Very modern and convenient place to stay - The location, it was modern looking, the colour scheme, very comfortable and spacious for 4-5 people. Host was very friendly and helpful, he kindly put a mirror in the hallway after I asked if there was a mirror in the apartment. It didn’t seem that the apartment was properly cleaned before we arrived because the bins were full and I still needed to wipe some areas that had traces of hair and dirt. Other than that I was really happy with my stay.
