- Nicole (9/5): Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή με ευχάριστο προσωπικό και ευχάριστος χώρος - Φιλικό ευρύχωρο νεανικό όμορφο Θα προτιμούσα κάπως έξω που βρίσκεται ο χώρος του τζακούζι να υπάρχει λίγο πιο ιδιωτικότητα ας πούμε με μία κουρτίνα που μπορεί να μπει εκεί στο χώρο ή με κάποια τέντα που ίσως κατεβαίνει μέχρι κάτω και κλείνει γενικά από αριστερά η δεξιά γιατί όσο εμείς χαλαρώνουμε στο τζακούζι με τον φίλο μου ακριβώς από απέναντι ήταν ένας κύριος στο μπαλκόνι και μας κοιτούσε
- Iris Sophie (2/5): - Das Zimmer war geräumig. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by several issues that went beyond minor inconveniences and significantly impacted the usability and comfort of the apartment. The toilet flush was malfunctioning and regularly got stuck, requiring us to remove the lid and manually reset the mechanism every time. The bathroom sink was missing its drain cover, making it easy for items to fall into the drain. In addition, the bed slats repeatedly fell out, forcing us to partially disassemble and repair the bed ourselves to make it usable. The apartment was also inconsistently equipped, with basic kitchen items missing or available in mismatched quantities. We were also disturbed by excessive noise from another apartment in the building, including loud music and shouting late at night, which negatively affected our sleep. What disappointed us most, however, was the handling of these issues afterwards. While we understand that some problems can be addressed during a guest's stay, these were not matters of personal preference but basic functional defects that should have been identified before check-in. Despite this, any request for a goodwill gesture, partial refund, or other compromise was rejected solely because the issues had not been reported immediately. The property repeatedly emphasized that they would have fixed the problems if informed during the stay, but this overlooks the fact that guests should reasonably expect fundamental facilities such as a working toilet, a functional bed, and properly maintained fixtures without having to inspect and report them themselves. Overall, the combination of multiple maintenance issues and the complete unwillingness to consider any form of reasonable compromise left us disappointed with the experience.
- ΜΑΝΤΗΑ (9/5): - Το σπίτι ήταν σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία και οι οδηγίες ήταν πολύ σαφής για το κλειδί. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρο. Ακριβώς από κάτω μπορείς να παρκάρεις αν είσαι τυχερός. Θα μπορούσαν να έχουν ένα νερό στο ψυγείο και μια μηχανή για ένα πρωινό εσπρέσο.

- Bart (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Niks! Het was ontzettend vies, vlekken en haren op de het beddengoed en de muren. Een kapotte keuken, een heel vieze badkamer. Zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan.

Μακάρι να υπήρχε υπηρεσία καθημερινής καθαριότητας γιατί το πάτωμα γινόταν βρώμικο με την διαμονή μας εκεί, αλλά όπως όλα τα ενοικιαζόμενα καταλύματα που δεν είναι ξενοδοχεία ακολουθούν αυτή την πολιτική οπότε είναι κατανοητό..

- Emirjon (3/5): Uncomfortable stay, no sleep due to cold, poor ventilation and no soundproofing - -Check-in was easy, they helpt us to check In one hour before 15:00. -Location is easy to find. -Free parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. -Clean sheets. I am usually very careful when leaving reviews, as I understand that many people build their family income around these properties. I often try to highlight the positives more than the negatives, but unfortunately our stay with my daughter in this property was not pleasant. -Despite being mentioned in other reviews, there was still no extra duvet for a second guest. Not all guests sleep in the same bed, and I ended up feeling cold the whole night as I had to cover my daughter with the only duvet available. The AC also did not provide sufficient heating. -One of the most disturbing issues was the smell. Throughout the afternoon and evening, the room was filled with strong cooking odors coming from a neighboring apartment, likely Asian food. Due to the ventilation system, the smell was constantly entering our room, becoming very uncomfortable and overwhelming. It was so strong that even our clothes absorbed the odor. -Soundproofing is very poor, as you can clearly hear everything from the neighboring apartment. -The electrical panel cover is broken and can fall if not handled carefully, which is also a safety concern. -The area itself is not among the best.

- Salome (1/5): - My stay at Nephele, The Luxury Suites in Thessaloniki was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was honestly terrible. First of all, the place looks much better in photos than it does in reality. The room felt poorly maintained and not nearly as luxurious as advertised. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher standard. Cleanliness was also a serious issue. The room did not feel properly cleaned and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. When you pay for a “luxury suite,” you expect everything to be spotless and well prepared, but that was definitely not the case here. Comfort was another big problem. The room did not feel cozy or welcoming at all, and it was difficult to relax there. It felt more like a rushed rental than a proper hotel stay. The location also didn’t make up for the problems. Considering the price, the value for money is extremely poor. There are many better places to stay in Thessaloniki for the same price or even less. Overall, this stay was a big disappointment. The quality does not match the price at all. I would not recommend this place and I would definitely not stay here again.

- Sidrit (1/5): Attention scamming alert with AC that doesn't work in hot and the host doesn't care - Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα και 0 αστέρι γιατί η οικοδεσπότης έκανα κράτηση αρχές Ιανουαρίου όταν η θερμοκρασία έξω είχε -2c και παγώσαμε μέσα στο studio το κλιματιστικό ήταν χαλασμένο δεν έβγαζε ζεστή ότι και να έκανες στο τηλεκοντρόλ το πηγαίναμε 30 βαθμούς και δεν έβγαζε το κλιματιστικό ούτε 10 c βαθμούς ζέστης ότι και να κάναμε μάλλον η είναι χαλασμένο το κλιματιστικό σας και δεν το κάνατε ποτέ στην ζωή σας σέρβις και δεν αποδίδει ζεστή η έχετε κάνει κάποιο τρικ για να μην ξοδεύουν η επισκέπτες ρεύμα λες και θα τα οικονομισετε από το ρεύμα είδα τα καλοριφέρ σώματα που έχει το σπίτι και αυτά απλά για εμφάνιση ήταν δεν άναβαν έστειλα μήνυμα στην οικοδεσπότη και μου άλλαξε θέμα με ανώριμες δικαιολογίες χωρίς να δώσει λύση στο πρόβλημα του κρύου κανονικά έπρεπε να το κάνω ρεπορτ στην booking και μετάνιωσα αρκετά για την αδιαφορία της κυρίας

- Aline (8/5): - Gute Klimaanlage mit hervorragender Heizung für den kalten Winter. Staub auf den Möbeln und viel Schimmel im Bad und das obwohl die Unterkunft eher neu ist. Ebenfalls etwas zu wenig Kundenfreundlichkeit; wir reisten mit unseren Reiserädern an und sie boten uns keine Möglichkeit in der Unterkunft die Räder sicher zu verstauen. Sie meinten wir sollten die Räder in einem nahegelegen Shop deponieren oder auf der Strasse abstellen. Beide Möglichkeiten sind gar nicht sicher oder komfortabel. Das Reinigungspersonal war jeweils sehr freundlich und hat uns immer gegrüsst.

Çevre sakinleri geceleri çok gürültü yaptılar ve kavga ettiler. daireye girdiğimizde çok keskin bir sigara kokusu vardı ve bu koku eşyalara sinmişti ,hatta bazı mobilyalarda sigara yanıkları vardı ,salon koltuğu çok kirliydi ,oturmak için bir şeyler örtmek zorunda kaldık .Özellikle İNTERNET yayını yok denecek kadar zayıftı.

- Dimitrios (1/5): Ελεος - Οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Τα παπλώματα δεν ήταν καθαρά δυσοσμία απο προηγούμενο πελάτη. Ζεστό νερό για 3 λεπτά μετά κρυώνεις. Το κλιματιστικό ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα στο κρεβάτι που είχε διαλυμένο προσκέφαλο και χτυπούσε τον τοίχο ακούγεται η εξωτερική μονάδα και δεν γίνεται να κοιμηθείς και το χειρότερο είναι ότι κάποιος μαγειρεύει νύχτα 12 ωρα στο δίπλα δωμάτιο και η μυρωδιές οπός και ο θόρυβος επίσης του αποροφυτηρα να ακούγονται μεσα στο δωμάτιο μου. Έλεος απορώ γιατί έχει αυτή την βαθμολογία

- Angelos (10/5): - Ωραίο κατάλυμα μας εξυπηρέτησε στο έπακρο εμενα και την παρέα μου,είναι άνετη η τοποθεσία του μόλις δυο βήματα από το μετρό βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο σε λιγότερο από 5 λεπτά,καθαρό το κατάλυμα! Η γειτονιά του καταλύματος είναι αρκετά θορυβώδες και δεν θα έλεγα αρκετά ασφαλείς για καποιον που ειναι μονος του με την κοπέλα του και επιστρέφει απο βόλτα στις 12 τα μεσάνυχτα
- Pappas (8/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ασφαλής, πρόσβαση παντού με μετρό και με τα πόδια. Τράπεζες,street food, ξενοδοχεία και η china town με τους ευγενεστατους Κινέζους να δίνουν multi culti vibes. Εύκολη είσοδος και έξοδος από τη πόλη χωρίς το jam του περιφερειακού Όμορφη minimal ξεκούραστη διακόσμηση home away from home Έλειπαν κάποια amenities όπως ένα ταξιδιωτικό σίδερο, κουταλάκια, ένα ρολό κουζίνας, οι πετσέτες θα ήταν καλύτερα να αλλάζουν στις δύο ημέρες γιατί ένα δύο ντους χρειάζονται με τόσο περπάτημα στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Επίσης το πανωσέντονο για λόγους υγιεινής χρειάζεται γιατί η θήκη του παπλώματος έχει έλθει σε επαφή και με άλλους. Ευτυχώς ως έμπειροι ταξιδιώτες είχαμε φέρει όλα όσα έλειπαν Επίσης ένα welcome basket λίγα κουλουράκια, καραμελίτσες και μια μηχανή καφέ με δύο τρεις κάψουλες ίσως έκαναν πιο δυνατό το homy vibe See you soon

- Tolga (6/5): - The check-in process was smooth and timely, and the overall cleanliness was at an acceptable level. The hotel’s basic services and facilities functioned adequately, and there were no major operational issues during my stay. Compared to my previous visit, the hotel seemed less well-maintained. The trash had not been removed, one of the doors was broken, and some equipment appeared damaged. Visually, the property did not look as neat and well-kept as before. While my earlier experience was excellent, this time it did not meet the same standards, which was somewhat disappointing.

- Filip (1/5): Impossible to Stay — Suffocating Cigarette Odor - The apartment was suffocating with the smell of cigarettes, as if someone had been smoking inside for months with the windows closed. The odor was so strong it seemed to be coming from the wooden furniture and cabinets. When we contacted the host, the only “solution” offered was to send a cleaning lady to freshen the place up. When we declined, they blamed us and said it was probably due to my pregnant wife’s heightened sense of smell. Completely unacceptable experience.

- Andreas (7/5): - Η απόσταση από το μετρό, μεγάλο και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Υπερβολική μυρωδιά τσιγάρου, φθαρμένες πετσέτες μπάνιου και έλειψη κρεμαστρών στο μπάνιο. Επίσης θα ήθελα κουρτίνα στο παράθυρο.

- OĞUZHAN Akbalik (1/5): Terrible!!! - Honestly, there was nothing to like—unless you count the moment we checked out. What a nightmare of a stay. Moldy toilet paper, dirty towels, windows you can barely see through, and bathrooms that were anything but hygienic. And just when you think it can’t get worse—it’s located in a sketchy neighborhood where you feel unsafe the entire time. I was there with my wife and daughter, and honestly, it turned into one of the worst experiences of our lives. And the best part? I actually paid €260 for this :) Don’t be fooled by the photos on Booking—once you step inside, you’ll quickly realize it’s all just a scam.

- Mihaela (2/5): - Mirosul era foarte tare de țigări. Camerele și lucrurile erau imbacsite de miros de țigară. Cu siguranță în apartament nu s-a fumat doar cu puțin timp înainte de a închiria, ci de foarte mult timp și nu s-a curățat, împrospatat. Canapeaua, patul, lucrurile miroseau puternic a fum de țigară, miros învechit de tigari. După o noapte de cazare ne miroseau unele lucruri a țigări, nefiind fumători. A mai închiriat soțul de la acest spațiu cu alta ocazie anul acesta, la alt etaj, studio, și nu a fost experienta aceasta negativa.

- Simonida (8/5): - The apartment is just a 10 minute walk to the main street that leads to the "Lefkos Pirgos" tower. It is a calm part of the city. We booked this apartment when we were very close to it and they put the effort to make it ready very soon. So we didn't wait too long and it was a very hot August day in Thessaloniki. The apartment was spacious for two people. The bed could be more comfortable. That was the only issue.

- Ercan (10/5): - Öncelikle ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Yataklar konforlu klimalar sağlıklıydı. Sadece 1 gece kaldım ve çok beğendim. Salonu çok rahat ve ferah idi. Aracımıda hemen yanında iş yerleri bulunan caddede yaklaşık bir gün bıraktım hiçbirşey olmadı. Aceleyle rezervasyon yaptığım için yaşları küçük çocuklarımı eklemeyi unuttum ve eksik fiyat çıktı. Daha sonra daireden ayrıldıktan hemen sonra rezervasyonumda çocuklarımı eklemediğim ve eksik fiyat çıktığını fark ettim. Bunu ev sahibine mesaj olarak belirttim. Türkiyeye doğru yola çıktıktan sonra ev sahibi 20 € bırakabilirsiniz dedi. sonra maalesef geri döndüm ve yarım saatim orda gitti. Ev sahibine birşey diyemiyorum hatamdan kaynaklı hakkı olanı istedi ama yola çıkıp geri döndüm buna üzülüyorum. Buna rağmen yine 10 puanı hak ediyor
