Guest Reviews
- Charikleia (6/5): Pleasant - Polite staff and quite neighbourhood
- Anonymous (1/5): I do not recommend this hotel - I do not recommend this hotel – terrible experience before our flight!
We stayed here before our early morning flight — and it was a huge mistake.
The condition of the bathroom was awful: one side of the shower door was missing, and water spilled all over the floor.
There was not a single bottle of drinking water in the room, despite the 40°C (104°F) heat. This is unacceptable — basic hospitality standards were not met.
When we checked in, no one informed us that there was ongoing renovation work in the hotel. This lack of transparency is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to guests.
The most shocking part — at 11 PM, construction workers began loud renovation work right outside our door. Drilling, banging, shouting — and it went on despite the fact that, according to Uzbek law, making noise after 11 PM on weekdays is prohibited. Violating this law can result in fines ranging from 1 to 1.7 million Uzbek soums.
At first, I waited patiently, thinking they would stop soon. But after midnight, the noise only got worse. I came out and demanded they stop. No one responded to my complaints, and I had to start arguing with the workers.
They told me they couldn’t stop because they had already prepared cement mix and “needed to use it immediately.” This is absolutely disrespectful to hotel guests!
My children and I couldn’t sleep, and we had to leave for the airport at 3 AM. Even after my serious complaints and confrontation, the noise didn’t stop right away.
The website claimed the hotel offered a shuttle to the airport, but in reality, there was no such service. I had to call two taxis because we had five suitcases. The only positive thing — the staff helped us carry the luggage.
Conclusion:
If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest before a long trip — stay far away from this hotel. They failed to disclose major construction, ignored basic legal regulations, and showed zero respect for their guests.

- Dmitry (5/5): Passable - The reception staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area. It has a good location, around 10 min. to the nearest subway station. There are shops, groceries, pharmacies, places to grab a bite, and a supermarket, all in the hotel's vicinity. The drain in the shower didn't work well in my room. Breakfast was more of a bonus, it came with a "Genius" discount, yet I want to point out that the quality of food and products isn't good and could be improved. I could connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, but there was no internet. The Wi-Fi signal isn't enough when nearly all the rooms are occupied by guests, so the Wi-Fi infrastructure should be improved. Thank you!

- Sandeep (6/5): Pleasant - The location and access to metro station and other transportation is good 👍 The Kitchen and the restaurant is full of cockroach 🪳 and the breakfast quality is very bad.. management should take care and fix the place get fresh breakfast.. they cook in evening and reheat the food and serve in morning 1
- Chy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Irina (9/5): Good to come back! - That is second time I got to stay in Arda and it was pleasure to meet kind of relatives with very friendly interactions from Hotel team. Full support with good chats started from "Welcome back" and until leaving and that is just some extra Bonus I got to my knowledge and expectation from this well balanced by cost/condition Hotel.
With my PM flight I spent 3 hours after check-out in the Lobby to work a bit with my docs in Laptop and that is another reason to say "Thank you very much!" to Hotel Staff and specifically to Mukhlisa and her colleague who offered me water with home pita noni and local cottage cheese kind of dry balls. And can you imagine or where it was possible - they printed me few business pages I need before my flight...!!! Highly recommend to reward such client-oriented personnel. Just as suggestion would like to recommend to inspect shower doors and glass curtains to restore water tightness as looks not too much to do with some engineering and to avoid water coming out of shower space for keeping surrounding dry and to serve longer...
- Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - Mukhlisa the receptionist is the best , she very welcoming and good person , made my stay wonderful Mukhlisa the receptionist is the best , she very welcoming and good person , made my stay wonderful
- Arslan (4/5): Disappointing -
- Nikita (8/5): Very good -
- Irina (9/5): Superb - Very good balance of cost and condition having some combination of business and travelling to visit Toshkent and other famous places. Healthy distance to Metro by walk. Quite rich breakfast by many different stuff including fryed eags, few salades, snacks, fruites and kind of cakes to combi e with tea. Very freandly and supportive team. So if you plan to spend most of the time to see something outside and have the bed for the night tyme - that is perfect economy choice! Some suggestions for improvement like to find the way how to fix the bedsheet to good matrassess were constructively discussed. May be some clinging tape on the edges would be an option.

- Peggy (6/5): Cheap and convenient place to meet basic needs - Cheap and convenient place to get a few hours of sleep in between an overnight train and a flight. Front desk staff (Shohruh) was very helpful when we had some issues with our room. The breakfast was not really edible - I wouldn't plan on eating it! We didn't have towels or an AC remote when we first got to our room, although this was quickly remedied.
- Shohruhbek (10/5): Exceptional - Administrators are very laborious and kind.
- Ibrohim (10/5): Exceptional - Service was good. Shohruh and Azamat are helpful adminstrators
- Ludovico (8/5): Very good -

- Kp (1/5): Bad - The room I stayed in was filthy, with stained bed sheets and dirty linens.
Bathroom door lock was not working. Room.
- Andres (10/5): Exceptional - I had wonderful help from Azamat during check in. The kind of person you want working as the host!
- Barbara (7/5): Good - It was in a quiet and nice location. The room was big enough. You don't have a fridge in the room, you don't get any water. It was not so clean and the air was dusty. The breakfast could be better.
- Angelina (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly polite staff Asked to pay an additional 5 dollars as tourist fee
- Iskandar (8/5): Very good -

- Murodov (8/5): Very good -
- Sultan (8/5): Very good - clean and comfortable no elevator
- Raj (1/5): Bad -
- Khan (4/5): Disappointing -
- Komyob (5/5): Passable - Location , good stuff, affordable price Poor breakfast! When i lost card of the room i paid 100.000 sum fine( card can cost max 20.000). Smell of the bath is terrible.
- Johnnywangminfound (6/5): it is ok. - Breakfast was not good, but because the price is cheap, so it is acceptable. Anyone can go inside the gym. I even do not know these people are customers or just someone working at the hotel or just their friends.
- Tursunova (7/5): Good - It's all amazing👌
Special thanks to Reception Only the bathroom has a bad smell
- Marie (9/5): Superb -
- Javid (6/5): Pleasant - The price was good, and the first person on Reception was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately as good was the first person at reception, other people who worked there were not that good.
I left the key and asked to clean my room (there was a small water leak at the shower), and also bring some handtowel (it was missed initially) in my room. When I return at night and picked up my key, there was no towel and no one cleaned at all.
Guy at nightshift asked 10.000 Som (local money) for ice tea, that cost me 5.000 at the first day (during daytime). I doubt that inflation in Uzbekistan is that bad.
- Mihails (5/5): Passable -
- Stepan (9/5): Superb -
- Raja (8/5): Very good - Room comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Nearest metro, Chilonzor Metro, many shop restaurants around. To/from airport by Yandexgo cost 20000som. Staff speak English. No kettle & glass. My last day, door couldn't lock.
- Marym (9/5): Superb - The room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi was good. There were different options daily for breakfast. Bottled water was provided every day. The hotel is very good value.
- Alicja (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, good location close to the metro station
- Hashim (8/5): Very good -
- Romana (5/5): Passable - The staff spoke very little English. When I came for breakfast at 9 (and breakfast was till 10), there was almost nothing left and they were taking the left overs away, not bringing anything new. My train was early in the morning, so I asked for a possibility to get the breakfast packed. They said simply no, with no intention on searching for options.
The mattresses were very hard to sleep on.
I didn't feel well accommodated.
- Susan (9/5): A decent choice in Tashkent - The room was spacious and clean.
The guy on reception who spoke some English did his best to help with some queries.
Breakfast included a wide choice of salads, meats, eggs etc
It was an easy 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station for getting around the city. There was a bit of a smell from the toilet waste pipe.
Some guests were very noisy until 1am on my last night; it would be helpful if there was a requirement to be quiet after 11pm.
Whilst the guy on reception tried to be helpful, he gave the wrong destination to the taxi driver though I had shown him my rail ticket (which was not in English so I didn't understand it). I was dropped at the wrong station and had to get another taxi at greater expense. If I hadn't allowed plenty of time I would have missed the train to Samarkand.
The bed was too firm for me.
- Anastasia (7/5): For 1 night is ok - Stuf is helpful and friendly. 1. Not fresh bed sheets. Bed covers were fresh. But blanket cover had a smell of many people 🤢 bed sheets as well. Towels were wet in the middle, exactly where it gets wet when you use it.
2. I had room with included breakfast. I arrived at 11 am and left at 5.30 am and asked stuff could I have some food at 11 or something to eat. They don't want to cooperate
3. In all over the world booking.com send a final price with all taxes. But in this hotel from somewhere 5$ appeared. I had bill from booking 12.36$ but manager charged me 17$, telling me about unknown tourist tax. I think it's local cheating. Because in all countries different taxis that's why booking send price without taxes and taxes charge and total price all together. I was very disappointed paying 5$ for unknown things.
