• Guest (10/5): Un buen hotel para estar en Narbonne - Las habitaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas. Todo limpio y con detalles para pasar la estancia. Además la comunicación con el hotel muy buena. Tuvimos un problema y contactar con ellos fue muy sencillo. Lo recomendamos!

• JAIME (5/5): Hotel mejorable aunque con buena ubicación - Habitación aceptable pero sin grandes pretensiones. Ubicación buena. Baño muy pequeño. No tiene ni una simple máquina de calentar agua. La luz del baño se estropeó por la noche y no había en el hotel nadie que la pudiera cambiar. Una de las ventanas estaba rota y no se podía cerrar. Por suerte, era la ventana exterior y había otra de interior que si estaba correcta. Nos pareció poco profesional que no nos ofrecieran ninguna otra habitación al mismo precio con la ventana rota

• sylvie (5/5): Pratique pour une halte à Narbonne - Nous avons passé une nuit à l’Hôtel du Midi. L’établissement est bien situé, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter Narbonne. En revanche, nous avons trouvé la chambre vraiment spartiate par rapport au tarif, un peu élevé pour ce niveau de confort. Correct pour une courte halte, mais sans plus.

• Albert (2/5): Gedateerd hotel, één keer, niet nog een keer. - Airco en dat het hotel beschikbaar was op de route. Bedden hadden vlekken, douchegordijn in de douche, reservering leek kwijt te zijn. Prijs kwam niet overeen met pro forma factuur. Eigenaar was erg gehaaid, soms tegen het onbeschofte aan. Auto alleen tijdens beperkte tijden beschikbaar. Voor deze prijs verwacht ik eigenlijk iets veel beters.

• Carol (5/5): If you’re looking for a good central position and a clean bed to lay your head then this is for you. Anything else forge - Good central location Access to property and garage were limited. Bathroom very small and no extraction in minute shower cubicle. ‘Buffet breakfast’ turned out to be in a paper bag with limited choice of choice of spreads etc to go in them. No cheese ham or eggs available which would have been expected for the price.

• Joan (6/5): Pleasant - Hotel was very nicely decorated. Breakfast was lovely My husband and I both seniors arrived early to the hotel during a heatwave 42c. We were struggling with the heat. The hotel was closed so I phoned to ask could we leave our bags, I didn't want to check in. The person on the other end shouted at me and refused our request. We had to stand outside until a guest let us in. Being spoken to like this was not what we expected and was very upsetting. We've never been treated like this in any hotel we've booked through booking .com. so dissapointed

• Anne (6/5): Pleasant - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very strange that it was closed between 12 noon and 5 pm on the day we arrived. But the proprietor was there so he let us in and allowed us to register. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. No kettle in the room for coffee or tea. The location was walking distance to old town, but in a rather depressed area of town.

• Isobella (1/5): very rude staff, oily tap water. would rather sleep outside the train station for the night - was able to sleep in a bed, however i think i would have preferred to sit outside the train station all night than spend my money here. it was lucky for me that the receptionist was still there when i arrived as my late check in request was denied (which i did not see until arriving in my room and getting internet access). they graciously kept my stuff and waited for me whilst i went to a cash machine so i could pay the one euro city tax that i couldn't pay by card as i forgot to get money out beforehand however they were extremely rude and condescending towards me and told me i "better leave a good review". i was not planning on staying in narbonne, i missed my train to lyon due to a flix bus delay (wouldn't recommend getting them by the way coz they drop you off in the middle of nowhere and i had to hitchhike to even get into the city because there were no pedestrian paths or taxis). someone else booked this for me because i had no way of looking for a place at that time and a late check in was requested- it was booked a few minutes before the final check in time- and when i arrived and tried to type the code into the door it didn't work so i waved to the person at reception who came to let me in and then lectured me at length for arriving late saying how "we're not a big hotel we don't have 24hr reception" and i apologised profusely and said thank you and tried to explain the reason i ended up late after having a hell day of travelling but i was talked over as i was told over and over again that i should have been on time then i was asked to pay one euro city tax, i realised i had forgotten to get cash out on my way from the city centre and i asked if i could pay by card and was told no and that i would have to go and get some money, i asked if they knew where a cash machine was and i was told to go to the shop next door to buy something and get cash back.

• David (8/5): A convenient stop for a cyclist doing a one nighter with view to exploring the town. - I arrived earlier than expected but was allowed to enter my room anyway. The staff very accommodating. A safe garage to keep my bike. Little natural light - there was no window out to the street, only to an inside area.
