• Velandia (5/5): - La ubicación del hotel me pareció muy buena y lo escogí por ser categoría JW Marriott pero la verdad no cumplió las expectativas para ser un hotel de esta categoría y este nivel Algunos recepcionistas no prestaban en servicio de acuerdo a la categoría del hotel también la gestión sobre Cómo ayudar al cliente en servicio al cliente no escuchar atentamente las necesidades y requerimientos del cliente algunos botones estaban mejor entrenados por encima de muchos algunos otros empleados del hotel La verdad no cumplio las expectativas para ser un hotel de esta categoría
• Vartanian (8/5): - The location was excellent. The room and view were pretty nice. The restaurant was overpriced and dinner selection was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was not offered by the hostess nor waitress. We had to ask the second day to receive it as an option. The dinners we had were okay, but really not that great. Had better meals outside the hotel. The room came with a view of the Washington monument wgmhich was actually just a point showing behind another building which makes the promo for this higher priced room a bit exaggerated

Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption, extrem teuer, dazu fehlten auch Dinge wie Seife, der zweite Bademantel auf dem Zimmer und für den völlig überzogen und nicht gerechtfertigten Preis, muss man das WLAN auch noch teuer bezahlen, es sei denn, man verpflichtet sich zur Membership mit Angaben, dass man via Mails zugebombt wird mit Werbung. Parken kostet übrigens auch noch mal 50$ pro Nacht. Einfach zu teuer für erbrachte Leistung!

Room service was a disaster, the mini bar was empty, to speak to a person in the phone you have to talk ti a machine first, the elevator is a mess, you have to select the floor before boarding…. Total mess and unlike any other jw w I have stayed in before

Hotel is very luxurious on the exterior and entrance and staff match the elegance, room is average though and despite booking for 4, confirming we had 4 we kept only being given 3 towels and had to request extra each day which was abit frustrating. I also contacted the hotel several times prior to arrival to try and get details of the night monument tour that was included as part of the destination fee which we had paid and did not get any helpful information. As our time was limited we booked a tour effectively paying twice which is really disappointing. Having to pay twice for night monument tour Having to ask for extra towels when only the booked number of occupants stayed.

• Stephen (3/5): Old rooms, broken elevators, and misleading upgrades - Location. More expensive than Westin and Hyatt, not as nice rooms or facilities. Rooms were old, shower made high pitched screeching sound. The elevator was broken (all of them) for almost a day and had to use service elevators which would take minimum 20 minutes each direction. Told room was upgraded due to status, purchased another room for family which was lowest class and same size as upgraded room while also having a better view. Not going there again.

Front desk never offered to look up my Bonvoy account when I told her I wasn’t sure if I had one. For a high end hotel I would think this would be an automatic response but obviously not. Holiday inn express and all others do this for their loyalty programs.

Room service, food was great. Room had a great view. Elevators were not working. Had to use small service elevator which was very inconvenient. The room's bathroom "sliding" door concept is terrible. No vents in bathroom to help with steam. No check out using TV like other hotels.

• Annie (10/5): - Beautiful big hotel with great staff. The location was walkable to many sights. Elevator door system was too techie. Bathrooms need a hook or two or a shelf. Hard to know where to put your toiletries or even to hang up a hand towel or two towels.

• Deniz (4/5): Disappointed - Just location is perfect It was very dirty. I was disappointed. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and it wasn't like this. There were drops of something on the tables. I cleaned it up. I shouldn't clean the hotels I stay at either. The shampoo, shower gel, etc. bottles in the bathroom were half-full. I know I technically used the leftovers from the person who stayed before me, but why bother filling the bottles? I shouldn't have asked for the shower cap either. Leave it to someone else. I get annoyed with establishments that think they make a profit from such small things. You're a Marrot. I'd be fine staying at a shoddy Mahelle hotel... but what a disappointment.

• SAEED (4/5): very bad experience first day, then ok after changing the room - when I arrived, the room was not ready, and they give me double bedroom instead of king size room, although I had to agree because I was tired from 14 hours trip from Dubai, but I found the room does not have safety box and was not clean at all and had bad smell. when I asked them to change to originally reserved room they gave me hard time. this thing took almost two hours.
