• teresa (10/5): - The suite is spotless, very well kept. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen & the living room are all well-maintained. Place is spacious & has a very nice view at the balcony. Staff is very accommodating too. Stayed here for 6 nights & we were also allowed to store our luggages after check-out. Very convenient. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends. Thank you for making our stay in Hanoi a very memorable one. 😊 None at all.

• Mario (10/5): Precioso apartamento! - Habitación top! Smart TV, utensilios de cocina, baño equipado, limpio. Personal siempre a su servicio, no habla mucho inglés pero te entiendes! Tienen moto para alquilar 130k bastante bien, y va bien la motillo! Hay un seguridad que está siempre allí, ósea que se puede hacer check in cuando sea, top! Habitación grande y baño espacioso! Al menos la primera que nos dieron! Muy moderno! Hacen bien las cosas! La ubicación no es la mejor, no esta dentro de donde te suelen recoger para los tours pero se llega fácil al centro. Lo malo el tráfico.

• Amtul (9/5): Superb - I liked the staff the best in addition to very efficient communication, very good location, , perfect size of the property and the regular cleaning and provision of amenities. I would recommend this to everyone if they can afford it. It' can be slightly over priced for many budget travellers. I liked everything about this place although I wish that it was cheaper.

• Joanne (7/5): Good - Room was really nicely presented, spacious and clean with separate screened bedroom, full bathroom with bath and Japanese toilet, large sofa, full kitchen with washing machine and two air conditioners. Easy to get Netflix and lots of space to relax. Lots of hot water for bathing. There is nothing servicing the location in easy reach - mini marts, restaurants, bars are all a significant walk away. Security guard is rarely at desk and was absent at scheduled check in so I tried shouting downstairs, after which he appeared, and left room key on desk when checking out and messaged via WhatsApp. No wifi in lobby to assist new arrivals with check in. At payment, attempt was made to add 30% surcharge instead of 3%: I hope accidental but not very reassuring. It was hard to find a taxi to bring me back from the HCM mausoleum at lunch on Sunday, not sure why. Living room air con did not work which I raised at check in but didn't seem to be fixed. Road noise from freeway was audible in bedroom late at night.

My room had almost everything you could think of including a filtered water dispenser. (I can’t judge the location as I got in late at night and left first-thing in the morning.)

• Aysha (3/5): Can be a good place to stay if they pay attention to providing a more hygienic room - Amenities provided in the room This was one of the most disappointing stays during our trip. When we were going to bed, we spotted lots of hair on the “fresh clean sheets”. We were appalled by this as you wouldn’t expect it from a hotel room you just entered for the day. We contacted the facility manager and their communication wasn’t great. We were left waiting for a response. They finally moved us to another room, which we had said we’d not prefer as it had been a long day of traveling and we were exhausted . We asked for fresh sheets instead, which they couldn’t provide. So we had to then move rooms in the middle of the night, which was extremely stressful as we had a very early wake up call too.

The person who confirmed my reservation with me, was also very helpful. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about this property. Period.

• Piotr (9/5): Nice and quiet studio with TV and Netflix - Location away from tourist areas. Around an hour walking distance to Old Quarter. Fairly quiet and calm area, with some nice street filled with restaurant nearby. TV with Netflix. Advertised as nice view, however it was view inside other flat in opposite building. Literally, there was maybe 2 meters apart, but luckily this flat was not having any locators. Otherwise, we would need to have blinds on all the time. Generally it was clean, but when I dropped something and tried to reach it from under the sofa, I discovered lots of dust and crumbles, which haven't been cleant in w while.

• Mj (8/5): We loved the place. There were few small things that need improvement, but anyways, the stay was great! ☺️ - It was spacious, and though it is situated along the road, it’s pretty quiet. They also have a basement parking where we parked our motobike rental. The bathroom was superb with the spacious bathtub, hot and cold shower, and the smart toilet bowl. 👌 I hope they provided enough tissue right away instead of waiting for us to ask for more. Having a body size mirror would also be better.

Microwave oven, washing machine, television everything was perfect. I will definitely come and stay here next time when I visit Hanoi. There is nothing which I didnt like.

The tv was equipped with netflix and there was a filled water cooler. the location isn’t great, but we stayed one night and had already done everything in the old town so this didn’t really bother us. Also the man on reception was very nice but he didn’t speak any english, so communication was a bit difficult.

• Dung (8/5): Spacious room but the bathroom needs improvement - The room was spacious, with all the appliances. The washer/dryer was especially helpful. The suites were near a market that you didn't need to cross the street to get too (I found this out too late). The bathtub did not have a splatter guard, so every time you take a shower the water would splash everywhere. The bathroom floor does not have a drain, so the only way to dry it was through evaporation. The bedroom faces the main road so you can hear the traffic sound even when you close the sliding door and curtains.
