• Torsten (10/5): Perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Athen - Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, nur 5 Min. zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und zum Supermarkt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und neu, die Betten sehr bequem. Nichts.
• Adam (10/5): - Lovely modern apartment that is well equipped and well located. Only around 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Check in is very easy, nice quiet area in the evening to relax in. Owner is also great and responsive.

• Agnieszka (10/5): - W mieszkaniu jest wszystko, co potrzebne, nawet żelazko, kawa i ekspres przelewowy, dobra suszarka do włosów. Czysto, ładnie i blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Aten. Stacja metra jest tuż obok, podobnie jak supermarket, kawiarnie. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.

• NURETTİN (9/5): Öneririm - Ana caddenin hemen arka sokağında olması iyiydi, sessiz rahat bir daire. Dairenin temizliği iyiydi, mutfak cihazları ve eşyaları yeterince yanıt veriyor, balkon ve her camda olan otomatik panjurları sevdim, yataklar rahattı. wifi kesintisiz ve hızlıydı, banyo - duş temiz ve kullanışlı, taharet musluğu olmasına şaşırdım 😅 Bizim gibi aile tutacaklara öneririm Merkeze yaklaşık 2 km uzakta. Sabah sorun değil de, akşam dönüşte zorlanıyorsunuz.. ulaşım aracı kullandım bir akşam dönüşü

• Roman (10/5): - Apartmán je skvelý, výborne vybavený, priestranný a pohodlný pre 4-člennú rodinu. Je situovaný 3 zastávky metrom od centra mesta v príjemnej štvrti, kde žijú domáci, takže sme si mohli navnímať vibe mesta mimo turistických lokalít. Veľmi bezpečná štvrť s priateľskými ľuďmi, v blízkosti viacero kaviarní a supermarketov. Určite odporúčame a radi sa vrátime.

Situation idéale proche de commerces et du métro pour accéder rapidement au cœur de la vielle ville et accès aéroport et port en un changement de métro donc pratique.. L'hôte est très à l'écoute et est disponible en cas de besoin. Tout a été plus que parfait. Merci beaucoup
• Ana (10/5): - We really enjoyed our short stay at this place! The appartment is remarkably spacious and clean, comes with two separate bedrooms, is very well equipped and modern. Anneta was always very responsive and helpful, even our late night check-in worked absolutely smoothly. A subway station is just a 5 minutes walk away and Athens' main attractions can be reached in a few minutes. I can only recommend booking this place, it will for sure again be my first choice next time in Athens. The only disadvantage is that we did not stay longer.

• LDS7 (9/5): Un angolo di confort e relax dalla frenetica vita cittadina - La pulizia e l'aspetto della casa oltre la discreta insonorizzazione con l'esterno. Aver dovuto svuotare molte volte gli scarichi dei condizionatori.
• Dr Dimitrios (10/5): Comfortable and central - Very spacious appartment, nice neighbourhood, the host attentive and helpful. Parking space very limited and parking places are 10 min on foot away. The house provides several staff to make your stay enjoyable still some details are missing
• Denis (9/5): - Sjajan apartman. Dovoljno velik za četiri osobe sa svim potrebnim stvarima. Čist i uredan, odlična komunikacija s vlasnicom. Blizu metroa i svih glavnih atenskih znamenitosti.
• Dara (9/5): - Big apartment, a short walk from the subway. Supermarket close by. ACs in each room. Clean. There wasn’t a lot of supplies provided in the kitchen, not even olive oil to make a nice salad dressing or cook. And no laundry detergent.

She was super kind, the house is really comfortable, everything is new and clean, modern furnitures, super location, 5 minutes with a metro from Syntagma Square, the metro station is only 2 min away by walking. If we come back to Athens we will definitely choose Anneta’s House

• Milene (8/5): - Geweldige ambiance, zeer netjes ingericht en heerlijke bedden. Vanwege allergien in de familie boek ik appartementen met ruime keukens. Deze keuken is erg nieuw maar ik mis wel keukengerei. Er was maar 1 koekenpan.

Każde pomieszczenie ma osobną klimę. rewelacja. Czysta łazienka. Balkon na ulicę ze stoliczkiem i krzesłami można wypić kawę zjeść posiłek. Dla mnie cena do jakości 100/100. Przemiła właścicielka pomogła w podróży, szybko odpowiada na onformacje. Dziękujemy ! brak

• Monica (10/5): Exceptional - We had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything was perfect! The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed including iron and washing machine! The bathroom was great and spacious and beds were comfy. There was a very big balcony which was a nice surprise! Check in process was very smooth and communication with the host was seamless. Anneta was incredibly helpful - she kept us updated through messages and gave clear instructions on how to find the keys and access the apartment. The location was perfect, just a three-minute walk from the metro station, which made getting around so easy. The apartment itself was lovely - clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I honestly can’t fault it. It was absolutely perfect for our three-night stay!

• Ana (8/5): Lovely, comfortable apartment. Conveniently located close to tube. - Owner didn’t have a cot for the apartment but went out of her way to provide us one! Great service. More of a note - If you have a pram or a wheelchair, please note there are 5-6 steps to the elevator, and the elevator very small. Some prams wouldn’t fit.

• Andela (10/5): Nice apartment - The apartment is very clean and spacious, very nice decorated and it has everything you need. Host is very nice and helpful. Metro station is 300 m from apartment.
• Chantelle (9/5): Superb - The apartment was just great :) good location just 5 mins short walk to the metro (red line - circle) so close to get around the city easily. Rooms were all with ac and very comfortable. I felt very safe in the apartment being with our son :)
• Valeria (10/5): Feel like a local - Lication - close to metro and two stations away from center. Flat is renovated, with goox taste, modern and minimalistic. It has everything you need! From the first sight neighbourhood is not fancy at all. But calm and safe. Not so much places to eat, you need to go to the center, but great cafe Attica near for your morning coffee, sandwitch, greek savory or sweet baked staff.

We used the nearest (5 min walk ) fabulous underground to go to and from the city centre archeological must see sights and to restaurants and nightlife.

The location is perfect on a quiet street but within 2 minutes walk to the metro. The internet is great. The owner was very responsive and caring. If in Athens again would definitely return. Thank you very much for making our stay perfect.

Anneta was super responsive to all my questions during the planning of our trip. Instructions were clear and access to the building very easy. We loved our stay ❤️ It was further out than we expected from the main hub of Athens but the metro is very close and we made good use of that to get around.

Annetta was always available for questions and kept us up to date for our arrival and dep - The property was clean and fully renovated with everything we needed. The location was awesome, right next to the Metro, for a quick ride anywhere. All rooms had Air Con and there were great electric shutters over the windows for privacy, great blackouts for sleep and to dampen any noise. Beautiful balcony for sitting out breathing in the locations vibrancy and full kitchen and dining area for cooking and eating. Loved this unit.
• Adam (10/5): My stay at the apartment was absolutely splendid! - I had an absolutely fantastic time at this apartment! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The range of amenities, including the washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and air conditioning in every room, truly made our stay convenient. The balcony added a charming touch, and the serene neighborhood, along with the proximity to both a supermarket and the metro, made it even better. Being so close to the city center was a huge advantage, and the staff's kindness and helpfulness added to the overall wonderful experience.
• Vija (10/5): Taxi/Uber rides to various destinations we visited (Akropolis, beach, ferry port) were all close by - We were very pleased at how spacious the apartment was. We had lots of room in the shared spaces and in the rooms to unpack our belongings and not feel cramped.

The location was good, a short and relatively cheap taxi into the centre of Athens. Anneta was a kind and considerate host Nothing springs to mind!
