- Johnson (9/5): Great value nice room would stay again - Ideal location to visit family nice room clean and well appointed Hotel carpark was small but the pub carpark had plenty of space
- Mary (8/5): -
- Jonathan (9/5): - Friendly staff, clean and very reasonable. Very easy check in and parking no problem in the large private car park. All good. Rooms a bit dated but it was kind of retro really now!

- Stephen (5/5): - Good sized room & comfortable bed Toilet didn't flush, cistern not filling up with water so had to fill bin in bedroom full of water to flush toilet. Full English Breakfast served but bacon, beans & mushroom were cold or just warm but the breakfast was replaced & served to the correct temp. Need to improve on the quality of the sausage, bacon & mushroom. My collegue also had a cold mushroom on the plate & srambled egg was dry.

- Joyce (10/5): - the hotel was situated in a very quiet area, the surrounding walking area was easily accessible, and sign posted. The atmosphere this bank holiday was really relaxing. There were bouncy castles for the children, plenty of tables and chairs, staff were serving food and drink non stop, always with a smile and cheerful disposition. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was neat and tidy. My sister stated she thought it was the best hotel we had stayed in over the last 3 years. The service was quick, the food cooked and served fresh as ordered. The choice of meals was excellent, and really value for money. The bar was also well stocked. It is a great place for families as children were welcomed and well catered for The shortage of disabled parking spaces, and the fact you could not reserve a disabled space once you found one
- Prof Eddie (10/5): - Everything about my stay. from the moment I arrived until my departure. Super-friendly staff, excellent food, and a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. Nothing I can think of.
- Gary (8/5): -
- Rachel (9/5): - Nothing really to complain about, really comfortable and quiet hotel. We have rebooked for December. Only a minor complaint. Toilet roll holder in the wrong place when sitting on the toilet as it gets in the way!!
- Robin (10/5): Good stay - Was as expected. Bathroom needs a little attention. Shower taps loose. Toilet seat loose, needs tightening.
- Stephanie (10/5): Very nice hotel with lovely friendly staff and excellent value for money. - Lovely room, very comfortable bed with everything you need in your room. Nothing

Attached to a Hungry Horse, the breakfast was good and the menu for dinner was very good
Room was very clean and staff cleaning rooms in the morning were quiet which was good when i stayed for afew nights and didnt have to get up
Bathroom was a good size.
The Family room was a very good size.
A double bed & 2 Single beds. The pillows are either to thin or two thick
Single bed has double bed duvets which makes them very heavy and they fall on the floor
Towel rail in bathroom wasnt working so bathroom was cold but a good selection on different size towels
Reception lights were off at night which was where you had to walk through to get outside, which wasnt great, and very little lighting outside the main entrance too.
Very strong air freshner in rooms and in corridor
Doors close very loudly, not a major issue but was woken twice around 5am by people leaving
(Due to inconsiderate people rather than a hotel issue)
- Philip (6/5): Not great, with hindsight a score of 6 is too high. - Was able to book it 11th hour, friendly check in person. Bed could have been more comfortable and shower was poor.
- wendy (10/5): Very clean and local to our family near - It was local to our relatives who we were visiting Nothing
- Michael Dawes (10/5): - Always our first choice when stopping in the area.
- Kwadwo (8/5): - Proximity to my house Sometimes coming back late at night I struggled to get someone to open the main front door. They need to give access pass to customers so they can enter the building at any time

- Janette (10/5): Excellent 2 night stay and handy for Bletchley Park. - The food is very reasonably priced and to a very good standard. Breakfast was delicious and we ate our evening meals there. The bed was comfortable and the room a nice size, it was very clean. We will definitely stay there again next year. It is so handy to get to Bletchley Park, which was our reason for visiting Milton Keynes. Unfortunately there was no one on reception when we checked out as I would have liked to have said goodbye and thanked them. My husband had to go into the bar and give our key to someone.
- Ryan (10/5): -
- Annette (10/5): - The cleanliness helpful staff lovely food Bit of wear and tear
- Michelle (8/5): -
- Mary (7/5): -
- Karen (1/5): - My colleagues made a complaint and we are awaiting a refund - not sure if that has been processed yet
- Adnan (8/5): -
- Patricia (9/5): -
- Iain (4/5): Cheap for a reason - The location was ok but I knew this before booking. Very dated. Bathroom was old and worn out. Chips to the bath old sealer. Once the toilet has been flushed you couldn't flush it again for 30mins. Mattress was very soft and spongie not comfortable at all.
- Jordan (2/5): -
- Steve (8/5): -
- Sue (8/5): Driving from Cumbria to South East this was a good stopping point - The food was very good especially as one member is dairy and gluten intolerant.. nothing was a problem and the food came promptly and hot. It was rather noisy early hours, obviously with people going to work, but as we’d travelled a long way we didn’t need to be up early.
- Taranjit (10/5): Brilliant - It’s very clean staff are always happy to help we always stay here
- Scott (10/5): -
- Scott (10/5): - Barstaff great always friendly, clean and tidy. Breakfast this time not as good as previous visits
- Michael (8/5): -
- Sandra (9/5): - The bathroom could do with a bit of a make over as it looks like it was stuck in the 70/80s
- roger (9/5): Great location - Close to CMK. Good food at sensible prices
- Worthington (9/5): - large clean comfortable room. Bath with shower over. Large TV.
Very convenient for National Express Coach Hub

Pub next door but no noise had a great sleep Nothing
- Scott (10/5): - Great staff, excellent value N/A
- Joseph (9/5): -
- Christine (9/5): Exactly what we thought - Very welcoming No negatives
- Colin (9/5): Will definitely stay again. - Cracking little pub and the meals at breakfast and dinner are spot on. The rooms could do with a bit of TLC but for the price can't really complain.
- Louise (7/5): Comfortable clean hotel - The location was good for a stop over on route home after a long haul flight. The hotel room was very outdated and needs updating especially the bathroom but the beds were comfy and it was clean.
- Chris (9/5): -
- Len (9/5): Great staff - Great value. - Comfortable, good attitude of all staff and great value for money. Down-to-Earth food but delicious and great breakfast included in over-night fee. One mile from M1. Had to wait ten minutes or so for someone to check us in after using the dedicated "buzzer" at the entrance.
- Schofield (8/5): -
- Lauren jade (9/5): -
- Joanne (5/5): It was great for what we needed but we did checkout a day early due to the noise - The staff and location were lovely . We ate at the restaurant which was very good . The fire alarm went off a few times and scared us . On the monday morning we were woken up by loud drilling somewhere in the building which went on for a good while .
- Michael (3/5): -
- Lou JH (7/5): - The receptionist The bathroom
- Lukwinder (7/5): -
- Teresa (10/5): Great staff very welcoming clean comfortable room and good food - Tucked away from Milton Keynes plenty of space for. Children to run around outside Had a lovely sports bar but still large groups of football fan s took over the family bar got a bit rowdy and broken glasses but no fall outs should have gone to the sports bar
- amy (8/5): -
- Jones (10/5): -
- William (9/5): - The staff were friendly, the hotel was comfortable and clean
- Paul (8/5): -
- Sarah (9/5): - Always a good stay and very helpful staff
- IKECHUKWU (5/5): Not good - Staff
Bar Temperature
Heating
Bathroomware and fitting
- Jannette (3/5): Black mole spurs in shower room & toilet room. Electric socket with a hazard caution sign next to it & the bed. - Ok Nothing, on arriving in the room was freezing it was colder than the outside on a very wet evening. Not welcoming at all. Restaurant tables sticky and unclean, had to ask for cutlery response was round the corner.
Breakfast staff better but tables still sticky to touch, help yourself buffet Luke warm coffee.
- Ann (7/5): Pleasant stay, I would use this hotel again. - Good sized room, comfortable bed, room well lit. Although originally alloted a room on the first floor which would have been difficult for me without a lift it was changed to a ground floor one without any fuss. Heated towel rail in bathroom was not working.
- DENISE (10/5): Excellent -
- Guest (8/5): -
- Gilly (8/5): Good value for money - The hotel is amongst a housing estate which at first presented a problem in finding it but the the welcome by Kirsty on our arrival was lovely.
The room was adequate but could do with abit of updating to make it more appealing..
The food was excellent as it was well portioned & hot on delivery to the table & menu was adequate & not too pricey.
The breakfast was definitely worth the purchase & easily set you up for the day.
All in all it was good value for money.
We were well situated for our trip to Woburn which was around 15 mins away & close to Milton Keynes centre.. Their was nothing to really dislike..
- Sean (10/5): -
- Gillian (9/5): Usual good standard and friendly staff, however we did have a problem. The person in the next room had the TV on loud un - Convenient location and comfortable All good, stayed before
