• Guest (9/5): - Que Matteo, l'hôte, prenne le temps de tout m'expliquer, les petits snacks offerts, la climatisation, le calme. Même si je ne les ai pas utilisés, j'ai trouvé sympa qu'il y ait quelques livres, des dominos, un heu de carte etc.

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto solare e disponibile Purtroppo ho tolto un punto per la polvere che ho trovato ,non è servito l’antistaminico ma propongo di essere più attenti a questo ed anche al frigo che purtroppo non funzionava egregiamente anche perché il prezzo lo pretende

• Veronica (7/5): Good - Walking distance to the Duomo. Pretty quiet area The refrigerator wasn’t working, there empty bottles from previous guests and the shower was pretty dirty.
• Kaja (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice little studio - clean, comfortable, has everything you need and we were here for 5 nights. Location is not very central but this means it's very calm. I would stay here again as it is very good value for money. Not much sound insulation, you can hear occasional noise and talking from the hallway.

• Robert (10/5): Excellent accomodation in Florence - A lovely apartment in a quiet area of Florence with easy walking to the tourist hotspots. Matteo was extremely helpful. Nothing, it was great.

• Guilherme (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable, clean, out of ZTL and easy to take buses… Is a good place to rent a car, there are many places to park on the street. .
• Tobias (8/5): Very good - The room was a good size with a small kitchen area and a little table for dining. There is also an outside sitting area if you want to enjoy the weather while relaxing. The staff is very communicative and makes sure all your needs are met. Communication is through Whatsapp, so be sure to have that before the stay. It was very comfortable and clean and easy to find. When I was checking out, they even offered to call me a taxi to get to the train station. The shower was really small, barely enough room for me to wash properly without hitting the door or the walls. The location isn't ideal if you're wanting to see the historical sites. It's about a 30-40 minute walk from the central station and then another 20-30 minute walk to the central area where the attractions are. Public transportation in Florence is pretty unreliable, so you'll either have to get a taxi, rent a scooter, or walk wherever you want to go.
