• Lúcio Ferreira (6/5): - Unit requires some maintenance. Doors in kitchen needs new hinges and you must be careful so not to break them. The shower door was an issue to close and open. The lock at entrance of building needs to be wiggled to open door. Only one extra blanket in the cupboards for a family of four people and there were two cold nights and not even a heater available. Contacted the managing agent and no feedback.
• Marie Claire (5/5): - L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé Personne pour nous accueillir. Aucune réponse au téléphone. Nous avons attendu deux heures avant qu'une portugaise du quartier nous voyant avec nos valises nous a bien aidé en téléphonant au numéro qui ne nous répondait pas, c'était une agence qui lui a indiqué qu'il fallait se rendre à leur bureau pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement dans une boîte à clefs et lui a indiqué le code. Heureusement que nous avions loué une voiture pour se rendre à l'agence. Ensuite beaucoup de difficultés pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble. Notre séjour a donc très mal commencé et aucune excuse de l'agence Rental Valley le lendemain !

• Mastroianni (7/5): Abbastanza confortevole - Posizione comoda e tranquilla. L’attrezzatura da cucina: pentole insufficienti per quattro persone. Kit con saponetta, doccia schiuma e shampoo mini per una sola persona, tapparella in soggiorno bloccata, maniglie precarie, stendino biancheria piccolo per quattro.

• Ionut (9/5): - Great location, we had a nice portuguese coffeeshop nearby and it took a 20 min walk to Lagos center. Good house facilities. Kind staff. Doing the self checkin was tricky. We had to go and the the keys from their office that was at a different location and then go to the accommodation. Also the key for entering the main building doesn’t work so great, you have to insist a bit to open the door. Could help having a box for keys at the building entrance.

• Rolf (7/5): Aufenthalt ok, aber die beschriebenen Unzulänglichkeiten müssten unbedingt abgestellt werden. - Lage war gut, sehr sauber Nur eine brauchbare Nachtischlampe. Leuchtmittel fehlen in den anderen Leuchten. Schließung der Haustür und der Wohnungstür sind eine Zumutung! Bei der Haustür muss man zum Teil den Schlüssel minutenlang hin- und her drehen bevor sich das Schloss öffnete.Ist der Vermietung bekannt, wurde damit entschuldigt das man das Schloss im Mehrfamilienhaus nicht wechseln könnte. Andere Mieter hatten offensichtlich keine Schwierigkeiten, so das ich denke es liegt an einem schlecht nachgemachten Schlüssel. An der Wohnungstür muss man zieh oder drücken wenn man schössen oder öffnen will. Die Duschwände im Bad lassen sich nur sehr sehr schwer bewegen! Das Schließen und öffnen der Schiebetür zum Balkon geht sehr schwer, vor allen Dingen dann, wenn die Verriegelung einmal geschlossen hat.
