• Carol (6/5): Clean but... - Clean, restaurants nearby Is not in town but 15 minute drive to Alhama! Bedding, towels and teatowels all need to be replaced as are old and worn. Thousands of birds dropping their mess all over pavements and cars.

• Ricky (8/5): Cracking views for a good price. Happy to stay again. - Specular views. Lovely lake, then arable land, then mountains. Overlooking the pool too ! 5 minutes walk from resort bars and restaurants yet peaceful. Well equipped. Good wifi. A bit simplistic decor and furnishing wise, but fair enough for the price. Good value overall.

• christian (1/5): - I did like NOTHING AT ALL, neither the action of Booking nor of the owner of the apartment (I became aware that I would have to have contact with the owner, and not BOOKING, on April 9). I received a message from the owner in Dutch, which I do not understand. My communication was in Spanish, and afterwards in English. I made the reservation with one of my email addresses, and got replies on another one (which I did not check regularly because I was travelling for 12 days, and looked emails on my phone, and almost exclusively the email-address with which I made my trip reservations. The lack of responsibility from BOOKING, and the lack of understanding from the owner. The owner sent me a copy of a message to show she had contacted me in time. The copy was not addressed to me, and the reservation was for a completely different date, so another scam or fake.

• Martuchh (7/5): Apartamento en complejo aislado - El apartamento era espacioso con una gran terraza La iluminacion era insuficiente, y algun cojin no estaba especialmente limpio. La ubicacion era curiosa ya que estaba en medio de un complejo aislado de todo.

• Kilometerschrubberin (10/5): Gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Sehr sauber. - Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Ausreichend Handtücher und Toipa vorhanden. Auch Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Wichtig: das Resort ist ca. 20 km südöstlich von Alhama de Murcia entfernt auf der halben Strecke nach Mazarrón. Das Appartement befindet sich im Resort La Isla, gegenüber von Parkplatz 21c im 1. OG, Appartement C. Direkt an der Eingangstür befindet sich die Schlüsselbox. Spar 5 Minuten Laufweg entfernt. Gute Ausstattung, außer... den Betten. Diese waren für uns zu weich. Und keine Sonne auf dem Balkon, da es Richtung Norden liegt. Bei Ankunft war die Waschmaschine voll mit Handtücher. Wir haben die Maschine deshalb nicht benutzt.

• Anita (9/5): Fantastic - would recommend - The apartment is comfortable and the surroundings are breathtaking. The complex is beautiful and the apartment is within quick walking distance to the square with bars and restaurants. Some of the towels were dirty and a bin bag was missing but nothing major.

• Carmen J P (8/5): - Es muy acogedor y cómodo, limpio y tiene casi de todo lo que uno necesita, aunque nosotros estuvimos dos dias, disfrute de la tranquilidad del entorno . Seguro repetiremos. No hubo nada.

És el més positiu de la estada. - L'apartament estava una mica deixat (caixes d'electrodomèstics als armaris) - Es veia una mica deixat pel que fa al manteniment. Per exemple, les portes correderes dels armaris no funcionaven. Vaig haver de canviar una bombeta de llum perquè no funcionava. - La WiFi no funcionava. - Hi havia restes d'aliments d'anteriors visitants.
• Xenia (1/5): TODO SUCIEDAD! - El resort era precioso. El apartamento, estaba asqueroso, super sucio. Habian mil arañas, NO LIMPIAN NADA, pedimos que nos dieran una solucion, y primero nos iban a reubicar o limpiar el apartamento y luego en el ultimo momento lo unico que me ofrecian era cancelarlo. Me encontre un casquillo de bala usado, las toallas me dieron urticaria, en cada rincon que miraban habia mas suciedad o arañas. Las sabanas sucias, las paredes llenas de bichos chafados. Una verguenza, y booking no nos dio ninguna solucion, solo nos tubieron 2h en espera por telefono. Al final nos quedamos en el apartamento porque hicimos 600km para llegar hasta alli, pero fue todo vergonzoso. Las tazas por dentro llenas de suciedad, arañas hasta en la cocina… el horno lleno de grasa y comida, el congelador lleno de pelos. UN ASCO. Una pena el apartamento porque el resort era precioso.

• Donna (5/5): Meh - Proximity to the pools. Lack of kitchen equipment, not clean. Not even a loo roll left to start is off, knowing we were arriving Sunday late. General lack of thoughtfulness for guests. No welcome book with info/instructions. The owner tried to get me to pay in full for next year outaide of booking.com.

• Michael (8/5): A perfect base for a quick golf weekend in the sunshine. - Clean and tidy apartment very local to the golf course. The double bed was a little soft for my particular tastes.
• Sarah (8/5): Very good - A great balcony, with a lovely view. The TV broke down early in our 2 week stay and was not replaced or fixed. The apartment was not where Google maps specified. No bin liners.

• Martismos (4/5): Disappointing - The check-in instructions were incomplete, causing us to waste time. The owner's behavior was quite unpleasant. The apartment is next to an irrigation water pond, and the smell was very unpleasant. I do not recommend it.
• Catherine (4/5): UNCOMFORTABLE DISSAPOINTING AND DEFINATELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAID. - The location was fine., and the security staff very friendly and helpful. NO AIR CONDITIONING AS PER THE ADVERT FOR THIS PROPERTY. No way we could open the doors or windows as there was no Fly/mosquito nets. Very uncomfortable as had to keep the blinds down to keep the heat out. There were 2 fans supplied but they only passed around the hot air.
