The property is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The beautiful garden created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, and the house itself had a warm and welcoming vibe 🙂 We especially appreciated the large smart TV, the well-equipped kitchen, and the safe parking area. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, which made us feel immediately at home. Thank you for your hospitality and for preparing the house so thoughtfully. It was a very good stay overall, and we would be happy to come back.
• Dewi (9/5): Zeer goede prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding - Het is een compleet uitgeruste accomodatie. Van alle gemakken en luxe voorzien. Complete keuken, airco en fijne bedden. Er is een groot toegangshek en je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats. Het is ruim en een fijne buitenruimte met buitendouche. Tevens is het er rustig. De gastheer is goed bereikbaar. De locatie is niet helemaal centraal maar opzich wel gunstig. Kan eigenlijk niks negatiefs bedenken.
• Markus (9/5): - Man hat alles was man braucht. Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Haus mieten In der Nähe war eine Disco. Die Musik war am Freitag und Samstag extrem laut.
• Consuelo (10/5): - Cucina super attrezzata, ed abbiamo apprezzato molto che ci fosse l’ombrellone per la spiaggia e due sedie molto comode. Anche i lettini del giardino molto confortevoli e apprezzatissimi.

• Dmitry (10/5): We will return definitely - Perfect place to spend your vacations in Villasimius. We are a family of 4 felt like home staying in this amazing and comfortable villa. Spacious patio with a lot of private space and sun beds, cozy and clean rooms, kitchen with all the necessary equipment, hospitable and nice owner who helps us during the all our stay. We needed a quiet place, not in the middle of night life and this villa perfectly met the requirements. There were no problems with the clean linen, towels and hot water. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The villa really has everything you need. Even perfect solid beach umbrella and a dryer specially adapted for blowing barbecue coal. Anyway you need a car to reach the beautiful beaches of Villasimius. Roberto gave us all the links and recommendations, so we found Simius beach the best (see the attached picture)! Thank you, Roberto, for this unforgettable time on Sardigna! And special thanks to the nice compliments in the fridge :) Our stay in the villa was too short (
• Nataliia (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment! Here you can reach everything what you need for spending the best vacation: fully equipped kitchen, air conditions which cools all rooms, cozy bedrooms, a large grill with various accessories, an outdoor shower, sunbeds and an incredible terrace with soft chairs and a swing for complete relaxation. The area is very quiet. Roberto, the owner of the apartment, is very friendly, he answered to my messages very-very quickly! One more advantage of this apartment is location. Just 5-10 minutes by car and you get to one of the best beaches in Sardinia. There are a lot of them here, crowded and more wild. The nearest of them and our favourite is Spaggia di Campus, just 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. We recommend you come here and walk along the beach all the way to the left, cross the large stones and you will find a micro beach, where besides you there will be only 1-2 couples with sand and an incredible sea. There are also supermarkets and restaurants near the apartment, 7 minutes to the city center. Only positive impressions were formed, I hope that we will return again!
