• Azamat (5/5): Отдыхали семьёй и в целом остались довольны отелем. Везде было чисто, номера хорошо убирались, отдельная благодарность ж - Чистый отель, вкусная и разнообразная еда. Отдельная благодарность поварам и персоналу, который поддерживает чистоту в номерах. Работа аниматоров. После выигрыша билета на яхту в бинго нас несколько дней кормили обещаниями и так и не организовали поездку. Остался неприятный осадок от такого отношения к гостям.

• elena (9/5): - Вкусно готовит кухня, спокойные гости, доброжелательная атмосфера. Номер дали в соответствии с бронированием. Пляж просторный, лежаки стоят невплотную. Кондиционер, музыка весь день, нет одноразовых тапочек в номере, уберите их из описания в букинге, в номере сильно пахло канализацией в первые два дня.

• Kozhevnikov (9/5): - Персонал, питание, номера всё на высшем уровне. Отель не новый, но абсолютно всё в рабочем состоянии. Просторные номера, хорошие доводчики на дверях, двери при закрывании не так громко хлопают как в других отелях. Удобно что дверь открывается не картой, а чипом, который крепится на браслет, такого нет даже в более дорогих отелях. Удобные матрасы и подушки. Сауна и хамам работают и включены в стоимость проживания. Видно, что в отеле думают о комфорте гостей. Понравилась вкусная еда. Рыба, мясо, курица - всё очень вкусное. Персонал отеля большие молодцы! Позитивные и отзывчивые. Пляж в пяти минутах ходьбы от отеля по тихой улице. Однозначно данный отель это лучшее соотношение цены и качества. Это место в которое мы с удовольствием вернулись бы ещё раз. При такой цене и качестве услуг, глупо искать минусы.

• Суханова (9/5): Мне понравился отель - Понравилось все: расположение, обслуживание, спа-процедуры, хамам, сауна, массаж - все есть. Персонал приветливый и во всем идет навстречу! Кухня - просто отличная. Чистота - везде! Музыка выключается ровно в 23.00, что немаловажно для тех, кто приехал отдохнуть, а не повеселиться. Рядом с пляжем - небольшой буфет из отеля имеется! За такие деньги - просто прекрасно. Спортзал бы немножко привести в чувства

• Figen (10/5): mükemmel - Otel deneyimimden çok memnun kaldım. Personelin samimiyeti ve ilgisi gerçekten takdire şayandı. Hepsi son derece ince düşünceli, nazik ve yardımsever insanlardı. En ufak bir ricamda bile hemen yardımcı oldular ve her detayı özenle düşündüler. Bu yaklaşım kendimi gerçekten değerli ve rahat hissetmemi sağladı. Başta resepsiyondan Kubat Bey ve otel müdürü Süleyman Bey olmak üzere emeği geçen herkese gönülden teşekkür ederim. Böyle bir hizmet anlayışıyla karşılaşmak çok güzel. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim.

• Yuliia (9/5): - Очень хороший отель на свои деньги. Персонал вежливый, спасибо большое ребятам на ресепшн, они умнички , помогали во всём, хорошо говорят по русски . Прекрасная природа , море , горы , воздух , обожаю Турцию за это . Вкусная еда , было и мясо и рыба , голодные не были никогда , и это учесть что только начало сезона ! Вкусные десерты, фрукты и овощи всё свежайшее. Разнообразные завтраки . Хорошая сауна , хамам , массаж , всё просто супер. Наталья это вообще ваше сокровище , берегите её 😊 Большой чистый бассейн, в котором я плавала каждый день с удовольствием. До моря 3 минуты спокойным шагом , на пляже есть бар , где можно и покушать и выпить разные напитки. В целом впечатления хорошие , благодарим этот отель, за то что мы себя тут чувствовали как дома . Можно улучшить мощность кондиционера. Очень слабо работает , но я грешу на то , что сейчас только начало сезона , возможно они так настроены, потомучто жары как таковой нет .

• Elena (8/5): - Останавливались на одну ночь после долгого пути. Желание было поесть, дождаться вечера и поспать. Отель небольшой и несколько уставший, с не очень приятным запахом в коридорах. До моря надо идти, но это не напрягает. На пляже есть территория отеля, и даже бар. Номера крошечные, но с балконом и достаточно удобными кроватями. В номере было чисто, единственный минус - отсутствует чайник. Есть мини аквапарк, я конечно могу ошибаться, но мне показалось, что время его работы крайне ограничено. Питание, как и сам отель на твердую троечку, но голодным на ужин и завтрак вы точно не останетесь. Ах да, полотенца для пляжа депозитные. Мы бронировали этот отель за неделю до заезда, и как мне показалось по итогу, цена для отеля завышена. Тем более, что вечером было очень громко. Но. Какое бы впечатление не сложилось у меня, больше всего меня поразило количество абсолютно довольных постояльцев. Так что отелю процветания!

• Jana_L (8/5): Отлично подойдёт для тех, кто говорит и понимает по-русски - Мы провели в отеле 12 дней в конце октября компанией из 12 человек возраста от 3 до 85 лет. Всем остались довольны. Выбор еды отличный. Каждый день рыба в меню. Несколько видов фруктов, овощи и зелень, вкусные торты. Анимация не навязчивая. Лежаков было достаточно. Полотенца на пляж под залог выдавали в спа. Сауна отличная. До пляжа 5-7 минут пешком по тихой улице не торопясь. WiFi работал на всей территории и на пляже тоже. Территория огорожена, выход только через центральную дверь. Рядом с отелем ларьки с сувенирами, одеждой, косметикой. Все отлично понимают русский. Так как был конец сезона и отель закрывался 01.11, детская комната не работала, узнали мы это только заехав в отель. Учитывайте, что вечерняя анимация довольно громкая с 21.45 до 23 часов отлично слышна в номере.

Szívesen hallgattunk volna nemzetközi zenét. Napközben török zene szól, az szuper. Igazából a szálloda 90./‘ orosz vendégekkel van tele, valahol megértem.
• Haris (9/5): - Veliki izbor jela i pića, svako može pronaći nešto za sebe. Osoblje vrlo vrijedno i ljubazno, uvijek na usluzi. Odličan internet u čitavom objektu i na plaži. Ukratko, vrlo ugodan boravak i vidimo se opet.

Приветливый персонал, вкусная еда, море, солнце. - Отель заслуживаеит самых теплых слов: с первого момента чувствуется забота о гостях, комфортные номера, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Вкусные завтраки, обеды, разнообразные и вкусные ужины - спасибо шеф-повару и всему персоналу ресторана. Всегда были разнообразные овощи, фрукты, вкуснейшие арбузы и дыни, десерты, рыба, мясо и т.д. В фитнес центре все продумано для отдыха и расслабления, приветливый и профессиональный персонал. Особенно хочу отметить работу массажиста Мурата. После массажа ощущение легкости, расслабления и приливы сил. В отеле работают прекрасные аниматоры, каждый день новая интересная программа. Особенно ценно для меня было, что после 23 часов наступала тишина - и в самом отеле и вокруг него - можно спокойно расслабиться и выспаться. От отеля до пляжа 5 минут. Пляж, чистый, во сколько бы не пришел всегда есть свободные лежаки. Отелю и персоналу желаю процветания и всего самого наилучшего. Единственное, что мне не понравилось - кофе, хотелось бы, чтобы сорт и обжарка кофе были вкуснее.

• Anna (9/5): Чуть уставший 4* неужасный отель , с неплохими ужинами - Достаточно Просторный семейный номер с балконом, и с отдельной спальней, ужин был неплохой, в субботу рыбный день, были раки, какие то японские роллы, есть свой пляж, на пляже наливают пиво, вино, другие напитки, в обед там можно и перекусить В номере у пары тумбочек отсутствуют ручки, несколько лампочек не работали, в некоторых местах отходят обои, не самые новые матрасы, завтраки и обеды не впечатлили, но на завтраке был человек, который готовит вам яичницу или омлеты
• Odil Karimov (8/5): - Добродушный персонал. Чистота номеров. Уборка номеров каждый день. Ремонт номера и мебель в номере в хорошем состоянии. От ресепшена до море 3-5 минут ходьбы. В ресторане кормять не плохо. В ресторане летали мухи, что создавало дискомфорт. Когда мы сообщили об этом ответственным ресторана, они пообещали принять необходимые меры.

• Anna (8/5): Хороший, но шумный отель - В целом отель понравился: очень хорошая еда (сравниваем с двумя другими отелями того же уровня): каждый день рыба, много овощей, арбуз и дыня целый день (а не только на ужин). Вкусный кофе из кофемашины. На обед отличные супы (ездили с ребенком - это было важно), есть сухарики к супам. Есть детская комната, но очень маленькая и преимущественно пустая - дети туда редко заходили. Мы жили в номере эконом (последний этаж), опасались жары, но кондиционеры работают отлично! Уборка - просто фантастика! Все число, белье постельное меняли через день и белье белоснежное! Первый раз такое встречаю:) Парковки у отеля нет, но рядом на тихой улице всегда можно найти место. На пляже бесплатный бар: напитки, фрукты, можно даже пообедать бургерами в баре, не уходя в отель! На пляже лежаков очень много - всем хватает. Идти до пляжа 3-5 минут. Очень хороший бесплатный вайфай в отеле, ловит даже в номерах. Бесплатный сейф. Мы ездили с ребенком и для нас этот отель был очень шумный по вечерам - музыка нереально громкая до 23.00. закрытые окна не помогают. И в отеле нет ни одного тихого номера - окна либо на бассейн с шоу-программой, либо на шумную улицу. Наш малый не мог спать, хотя проблем с засыпанием никогда не было. Пляж - лежаков хватает, но заход в моря узкий для такого отеля, в море было очень много народу - постоянно с кем-то сталкиваешься. У берега вообще не реально расслабиться, только отплывать дальше. Пляж прямой (без бухт) и были волны каждый день. Мы ездили купаться на бесплатный пляж в Кемер. В целом в городке вечером очень шумно - из отелей гремит музыка, у моря нет тишины. В отеле нет места, куда дети могут пойти поиграть. Вроде есть детская комната, но никто в нее не ходит. В итоге - постоянно были рядом с родителями или в бассейне.

• Maria (10/5): Excellent stay - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Suleyman was exceptionally kind and attentive, always making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. In general, the whole staff was very professional and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, always clean and well maintained. Overall, everything was excellent, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!
• Frank (8/5): Eine schöne Unterkunft - Sehr gutes Essen. Super freundliches Personal. Immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Nette Animation, wobei an Kinder besonders gedacht wurde. Es gab immer Warmes Wasser. Balkontür defekt. Es war schwierig zu öffnen und zu schließen.

Комнаты хорошые, 1 двухспалка + 1 для одного, санузел норма, но в душевой тесно. Wi-fi - супер скорость, ловит визде. Аниматоры супер развлекают Душевая тесновато. До море 5 минут пешком

• Allas (7/5): - Nice facilities within the hotel premises! There was a water slide which was perfect for the kids! Staff was nice and food was good with quite a lot of choice! Hotel is 5minutes walk from the beach with a beach bar that serves burgers and pizzas! Hotel and rooms were clean and most staff were friendly and helpful! Mini bar was also available and replenished regularly! Had 2 beds in one room thus not much space left! Bathroom was old style and requires some improvement!

• Tatsiana (10/5): Good place to stay - Location was good, around an hour from the airport by taxi. Close to the beach (5 minutes walk), next to the shops, pharmacy. Food was nice, friendly and helpful staff, great hammam and massage, clean rooms. Not too busy at the pool or the beach. High chairs in the restaurant for kids. The only issue we had was with late check out. We had 3 rooms booked (6 adults and 3 children under 2 years old), 2 of which required late check out as the flight was at night. We asked for late check out when we arrived, but we were told to come back the day before check out. No one mentioned additional payment of €50 per room for keeping the rooms until 6pm until the day before the check out. Then on the last day we were only offered 1 room for late check out, but then the manager found another room so that we could keep 2 rooms until 6pm, for €100 in total. If there was a fee that we anyway had to pay, it would have been nice to know about it in advance and have the rooms booked for late check out in advance as well to avoid unnecessary stress on the last day of holiday. We also did not see any kids programs, although it was not a big deal for us. The water in the kids pool was cold.

• Dmitrii (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was just perfect for its price. The food is various and delicious, the pools are clean. The beach is quite close to the hotel, reachable within 5 min from the lobby. Not too many people in the hotel, so it's always possible to find sunbeds at the beach and near the pool. The animation and the evening shows are definitely not the strongest side of this hotel, but we didn't expect anything outstanding.

• Doğan (10/5): Exceptional - The Hotel is really sweet like a home :) The staff made me and make the other guests feel good all the time.They are always helpful and kind.That's the main point if you wanna have a good holiday.I can say this definetely is a family hotel so youngsters can disappoint a bit but for me was ok cause I was looking for a calm place to save energy for my next adventures :)) Although the all staff were perfect,I want to big thank to Restaurant Chef Ümit and Waiter Mehmet for their nice energy and smiley faces. Thanks a lot lads.By the way food is delicious,cleaning service take care af your room every day.Normally I don't go to same resort for holiday again but this one will again be a top choice for me. Big thanks Pine House. Everything was ok but only I would be a bit happier if there was more red meat.Anyway,not a complaint just a recommendation. :)

They are very hospitable and there for every need. Special thanks for the cake, made my son’s day unforgettable. We get a variety of foods every day, all taste delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

• Artem (7/5): It was ok - very nice and friendly staff. Hotel has a nice variety of food for an all inclusive, they change food choices every day. They have sauna. The location is not very good for this hotel, the whole Chamyuva does not have many interesting places. It was ok to leave the hotel once and walk around, but boring to do that again. All shops in the area are intrusive to people passing by. Pool is cold in May. They serve only local alcohol with all inclusive, which is of low quality. Even cheap imported alcohol costs extra. Kids animation was not very good and very short.
• Zeltas (10/5): Outstanding - It was the best. The food was so great (also i am vegan and they arranged the menu accordingly), 3 times a day. Every evening, they had some entertainment events and it was so fun. The staff was friendly, kind, nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to the sea and has its own private beach. The price is very convenient for such a service. Absolutely recommended.

• Olga (8/5): Very good - Good for the budget hotel. Food is simple but cooked good, you can definitely find something to eat. Fruit, ice cream on the beach, really nice. We got compliment from hotel: wine and fruits. Don't expect something fancy but for the money we paid they did a really good job

Reception: we arrived at 12 noon, but the guy at the reception checked us in immediately, so we didn't have to wait until 2pm. Room: we loved our room with pool view. air-conditioning works perfect, so we didn't even feel the August heat, while being in the room. good thing is that air-conditioning didn't blow directly towards the bed, so we could leave it turned on at nights. room cleaning and towel change was every day. very polite and caring cleaner lady. there is only soap in the bathroom , but we had our shampoo and tooth pasta with us, so no problem at all. shower is great which is important because we took it min 4 times a day:))) Catering: eating and drinking all day long:))) besides 3 times a day, there were pitas, cookings, ice-cream, fruit, coffee, tea at the pool and beach area. from alcohol we drank beer and Malibu with coke. local wine, juice and other cocktails are not good quality. water in small bottles available in all areas: beach, pool, restaurant. service during meal time was great. this was our first time at 4 star hotel and I must admit that the service was like 5 star and deluxe resorts. the whole staff at the hotel including the manager who was always there trying to create comfort to the guests. Beach: I always went there from 7am-10am, so that time there were lots of sunbeds. also at the beach there was always a guy who used to pick-up coffee and water empty glasses. the water super clean. if you dive you will see fish swimming in groups. the road from hotel to the beach is sooo beautiful with flowers and trees and mountains view around. it takes 3-5 mins I think. I never set the time, I just enjoyed the surroundings:)) Entertainment: they did everything they could to make us enjoy our holiday. morning gym, volleyball, darts, fun pool games at 12 noon, water polo, table tennis, aqua aerobic in the sea. water slides turned on twice a day per 1 hour each time. The whole holiday was great, but I would list one that needs to pay attention at: shower at the beach and at the pool was freezing cold. would be great to warm it up a little thank you Pine House!!!!!

• Mihai (7/5): Lovely location. - Breakfast was mediocre. Location was great . Lunch and dinner mediocre. Food tasty but repeatable. Animation and Reception team very friendly ,helpfully and polite The internet speed very low , no wifi connection in the room. Some of staff didn't speak English at all.
