- Michael (4/5): Disappointing - house and facilities did not match the description- it’s a bit run down. - View and location * It was winter and 2 out of the 3 heaters did not work so if was cold especially at night! * We bought ingredients to cook 1-2 meals but unable to do so as the stove did not work. After over an hour we were told by management that it needed to be connected to a gas bottle and the earliest someone could deliver it would be in 2-3 days which was of no help to us. * One toilet and a couple of taps were leaking so there were a few puddles. * given the cost I would have expected sufficient toilet paper. There were 7 of us, 3 toilets and only 2 rolls of paper * we thought someone was staying at the place as we walked in to a full laundry

Too many stairs, esp for older guests, I can't see where this is mentioned on booking site or emails sent. Other issues we have sent to Property manager, as they need to be fixed for future guests.

- Karin (9/5): Great weekend away, would stay again - Great views, comfy bed, loved the table tennis, everything we needed. Sadly the spa bath wasn’t working. The towels weren’t very nice (small & not nice quality) The cleaner was there when we arrived which was later than the check in time.
