• Helmy (9/5): Tuan bilik bagus.. - Penyapu disediakan, itu yg baguihnya...plastik sampah dan tisu disediakan..bagus2..kekalkan.. Sabun pon jenis byk buih, bgus2 bkn guna sabun muraaa...hahaha... Alatan makanan smua ada ckup even kami xpakai pon sudu2 apa smua tu.. Tv dh baru tp tenet xdak.. Ade sediakan sejadah n quran, terbaik... Toilet a bit slippery lg2 kalau pakai slipar yg disediakan .kene provide slipar yg ssuai utk toilet. Toilet kene ade bbrapa keping tuala utk lap kaki. Hotel ade lipas kt luar tp ade juga msuk dlm bilik n jmpa anak cicak..mgkin tsesat letuw..no issue pon just nk minta slalu kerap spray guna bygone spray kt bwh2 katil n langsir2 n toilet everytime housekeeping n sdiakan juga spray bygone.. • ita haris (7/5): - So far kami menginap 6 hri 5 mlm spanjang hari raya hari tu, alhamdulillah semuanya ok..tv baru🤭,channel byk👍.klu nk tgk netflix, YouTube kena pakai line internet sdiri..parking mmg senang.klu xnk kena saman ngn Mpkb,parking je bawah basement..hari tu kmi kena saman sebb lmbt trn..😂 Ekon ok..sejuk,air laju,iron, peti sejuk, microwave & kettle disediakn..terima ksih juga sebb sediakn penyapu & penyodok..👍👍 Owner pun ok.. senang bawak berbincang👍 Yg lain ok,cuma masa kami menginap kat dapur ada lipas..tp xpe,ada spray..kami pakai spray tu je.. alhamdulillah lpas tu dh xde lipas..bilik air klu blh,mnta housekeeping bersihkn dinding sekali...yg ain semua ok.. InsyaAllah next trip blh booking lagi👍👍

• Iman (7/5): - The studio is quite spacious and clean for a couple. The host is very helpful and accommodating to customer requests. Parking is easy to find, and the place is conveniently located near Pasar Siti Khadijah. Overall the studio is good for 1 night stay. The studio has a bit of an old or unused smell, especially from the bedsheets (kind of like when clothes are kept in the cupboard too long 😅). Still, everything is clean. I just need to sprayed some of my perfume before lying on the bed. Maybe the host can wash the bedsheets with some softener or fabric freshener to make them smell nicer for future guests. There’s no WiFi provided, so you’ll need to use your own hotspot.

• Nadiah (3/5): Bad Host - The Location - very close to Pasar Siti Khadijah about 5 minutes walking distance, 3 minutes driving distance to Masjid Muhammadi. Friday morning - Pasar Pagi in front of the Complex. Room spacious for 3 people but this unit is not managed well by the host. We stayed for 7 days, 6 nights and suffered all these: The toilet - marks of black stain on the floor too visible to the sight. Even after we asked for room to be cleaned, the stain was still there. The Mugs - all 4 mugs are chipped off. When mentioned to host, he said, that's OK. The amenities - empty dish washer paste is provided for guest to replace! The dust - too much accumulated every other day, I have to clean them daily during my stay. Dust came from the lint of their curtain/sheer. This has caused severe attack of my sinusitis. Bad management of rubbish collection - according to host, we can just leave it out at the front door and someone will manage it. Unfortunately, after 3 days, no one has been seen collecting our rubbish. It is also difficult to spot a rubbish bin at the complex. Room service - available upon request but not very responsive with the time I left the key at the reception at 7.30am, by 12 noon, the room was still not managed. Gotta reschedule for another cleaning time. Common sense of the cleaner is totally unacceptable - he just threw the dirty water after mopping on the toilet's floor. I have to clean it. 7 days stay we only asked them to come for 2 times due to the slacking of cleaning. The bed - could feel the spring coil when you sleep No complimentary of coffee/tea, not even mineral water.

• Nafisah (8/5): Very good - Everything except for toilet & kitchen area Toilet. Need to be thoroughly cleaned. The shower glass door, the mirror, some parts of the walls (edges). As well as the floor at the kitchen area, it can be cleaned a lot better.
