Nous avons beaucoup apprécié : - l'emplacement dans la Baie Orientale (proximité de la plage, commerces et restaurants, sécurité....) - la propreté, l'aménagement , la cuisine très fonctionnelle et la possibilité de cuisiner facilement, la literie confortable - La communication avec Stéphanie

• Angélique (5/5): Surprise à notre arrivée : ménage pas fait - Modernité de la chambre et décoration. À notre arrivée à 17h45, le logement n’était pas prêt du tout : draps et serviettes au sol, traces de pieds visibles et sable sur les meubles. Après plusieurs tentatives pour joindre la personne au numéro indiqué, nous avons finalement réussi à l’avoir. Elle nous a simplement proposé de nous offrir le dîner dans son restaurant le temps que quelqu’un fasse le ménage mais nous avons préféré dîner ailleurs car la carte n’était pas à notre goût. À notre retour du restaurant, seul le strict minimum avait été fait : le lit était fait et des serviettes ajoutées, mais le sol était toujours sale et du sable restait présent sur les meubles. Le ménage n’était clairement pas terminé. Nous avons malgré tout dû rester deux nuits, faute d’autres logements disponibles à Saint-Martin ce week-end-là. Ce type de situation est difficilement acceptable pour des clients venus passer un week-end, d’autant plus avec un bébé de 4 mois. L’accès au logement est également peu agréable, puisqu’il faut passer devant la cuisine du restaurant. La réserve est parfois ouverte et l’extérieur manque de propreté, ce qui donne une très mauvaise première impression. L’agencement de l’appartement est correct, mais cela ne compense pas le manque de préparation et de propreté à notre arrivée. Enfin, nous sommes toujours dans l’attente du geste commercial qui nous avait été annoncé suite à ce désagrément.

• Mitsel (4/5): Disappointing - First of all , this place has to be found, which is a mission. You have to call to France, then they tell you to find bartender who has keys and show you the place. That's ridiculous way to get the keys to the apartment. The location is in between storage and food preparation room to the restaurant and bar, next to the garbage container. In the bathroom is no accessories, even there is no shower head holder, it forces you to take shower with one hand. Apartment doesn't have a safe for passports, jewelry and money, it's very inconvenient to carry all the voluble's with you at all the time. There is no cleaning, even we stayed for 15 nights. No spear towels and no beach towels. Very few kitchen utensils, even a simple bottle opener is absent. Backyard is open to anyone, usually people walk dogs in there. In general I can say , to us is not comfortable and we would never return to it.
