• Caleb (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great, so close to everything, and the room was clean We checked in at 7:45pm and were charged an extra €20, even though we messaged prior, and it was completely out of our control because our bus was delayed. After paying so much for a room this felt a bit ridiculous.

Next day, I requested to change the sheets and blanket, but the damage was done Other person also got rashes next day. Not cool for a place
• Irem (2/5): It’s not worth the money. We pay 483 euro in total. So ypu can book with this money to other hotel or rooms. - Location Huge Disappointment! We stayed at this place for four nights, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. A day before our arrival, I received a message on Booking.com stating that any check-in after 7:00 PM would incur a €50 fee. I was quite frustrated because this was not clearly mentioned during the booking process. After questioning it, they claimed it was in the initial message, but let’s be honest—most people don’t read every single message in detail. I have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels, but I have never encountered such a policy, especially at a place listed as a “hotel” on Booking.com. However, this is not a hotel—it’s essentially an apartment with a few rented rooms. When we arrived, we were shown our room, which I had specifically booked as an en-suite. The photos showed the bathroom inside the room, but upon arrival, we discovered a surprise: the bathroom was private but located outside the room, meaning we had to walk through a shared corridor to access it. While it was technically ours, it was inconvenient and misleading. The building was old, and everything inside the room was outdated. The furniture was shaky, and the entire structure creaked with every step. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance—but the street is incredibly noisy, with people passing by all night. Worse, our room faced a construction site, and we were woken up by loud construction noises every morning. The room itself was warm, but the bathroom was freezing, making showers uncomfortable. Plus, after showering, we had to walk back to our room, which wasn’t ideal. My partner, who usually showers daily, only managed to shower once in four days because they felt so uncomfortable. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of cleaning. We stayed for four nights (five days), and not once were the towels changed, the bathroom cleaned, or the room tidied up. The cleaning lady did absolutely nothing.

• Valeryia (9/5): A great room with the nicest view in a top location - The room was spacious and beautiful with a great view. The location is grand. There are two bathrooms shared with other guests but we had no problems to use them when we wanted. The bathrooms are spacious and clean, but their cleanliness during the day depends on your neighbours:) There's an electric kettle in the common area and cups+tea in the room. The check-in is very efficient where you try to close/open all the doors to learn all the tricks that come with an old building. There are some stairs you have to overcome without an elevator but we got help with our luggage. Overall, we liked our stay a lot! The area is surrounded by restaurants and it can become very loud at some point. During our stay there was some party nearby with people cheering all the time and playing loud music. However, by midnight or so, it subsided.

The room was basic but met our expectations, and the price was fair for Venice. The place was clean and quiet. Although the shared toilet is public for two rooms, it was manageable for a short stay. Overall, it’s a practical choice for a 1-2 day budget stay if you're looking for a convenient, central location. _

• Teodora (6/5): Pleasant - the fact that we were close to the center the host was open to complaints the cleanliness, we actually had mold on the wall in the room, we found dust bunnies on the floor, no one asked us while we were there if we wanted to throw away the trash

This was excellent value for the time and location and recommend to other traveller's. The air con unit does not really work well. Be aware no lift and a few stairs to go up if you have heavy bags can be tough, but doable.

Nice ropmo everywhere. - The room has enough space, the view to chiesa dei frari and a garden is beautiful, 3rd floor with shared bathroom, good to sleep. It would be nice to have a water cooker in the room - for a tea or coffee in the morning - cause you dont have a possibility like a kitchen to cook in this flat - or it wasn t shown. The sinks in the bathroom are fullfilled with something and the water can't run away.
