- Vincent (9/5): Apartment is very nice for visiting Royal Holloway - I had a conference at Royal Holloway part of the university of London and the location was perfect. Apartment is modern and well equipped. I did no cooking or watch television, but the bed was comfortable. It’s not fair to Call it a “not like” I’m older with some mobility problems and the tub could use a decent hand, grip shoulder height for those of us who are a little unsteady, but it’s a lovely place

- Harry (7/5): It was very pleasant. Linda was most helpful. - Location was very central - easy access to bus stops and basic shopping. Wonderful walking areas close by. But being on a busy road, opening the windows for fresh air meant dealing with excessive traffic noise. For a 14-day stay, a change of bedding would have been welcome. The final "check-out instructions" message could have been worded slightly better - the monetary penalty in the event of the keys not being in the deposit box was a bit harsh.
- Laura (8/5): Clean and comfortable. - Near to where we needed to be as visiting the university with my daughter. Guests who are sleeping on the sofa bed have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom, not a concern for us as family however might be for others.
