• Santillan (5/5): Passable - I like the location, its near to the touristic places. Also the staff are very nice and accomodating, I hope the management can improve the condition of the comfort room, as it was smelly and uncomfortable during my visit. A cleaner and more pleasant restroom would really enhance the overall experience. The smell of toilet, it was so strong that we need to open the windows.
• Dimdam (6/5): Good accomodation for a small family. The host provided utensils and everything in the kitchen. - The location is great, near to park, night market and shopping store. Kindly do something in the comfort room shower area, the drainage is clogged.

• Elena (9/5): Very nice and comfy place, we got the value for our money, location is very good. - Everything was excellent, except the water supply which stopped at 12 midnight, and resumed early morning. The water supply which stopped at 12 midnight( we were not informed), and resumed early in the morning the next day.

• Hipolito (8/5): Good for family or group (5 of us stayed) - Location,: accessible, central, walking distance Value for money: one of the low cost stay Lift and security guard Complete kitchen amenities including cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge, cutlery etc. Friendly and courteous staff Generally clean room Towels and linens: needs replacing, especially the towels, starting to fray Outside noise : there was a nearby gastro pub that plays music until around 0100 Overall, the room needs a bit of freshening up

Burnham Park is right just in front of the room. there was a whistling sound from the pipes on the restroom. it is annoying and causes me headache, especially if you have tinnitus, it will make it worse. the person who checked the room before we checked out that the main water source should be turned off if we dont like it, but it was never mentioned when we checked-in.
