- mohamed (10/5): إقامة جميلة جداً، الفندق نظيف ومريح والخدمة ممتازة والتعامل راقي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون، ونظافة الغرف ممتازة. كانت تجربة - الفندق كثير مرتب والخدمة ممتازة، والمكان مريح ونظيف وبصراحة كانت إقامة حلوة. وشكر خاص للأستاذ رائد على الاستقبال الراقي والتعامل المحترم، وكمان شكراً لحسن على اهتمامه بنظافة الغرف وترتيبها الممتاز. لكن عندي ملاحظتين: المياه في الدوش كانت إما ساخنة جداً أو باردة، وما كان في حرارة مناسبة بالنص. وأيضاً الفطور كان تقريباً نفس الأصناف كل يوم بدون تغير
- Balqis (10/5): - The hotel stay was a nice experience, good hospitality, staff were helpful specially Raed at the reception, he was very kind, Hasan as well (The housekeeper) was amazing and kind. The lobby was nice to spend time in. According to rooms, my room was very clean and tidy, I had a triple bed room with a very beautiful view of the sea, room amenities were available and whatever you request, they would bring it, beds are comfy and the room AC was perfect. The pool was clean and not deep, we had great time swimming in it. Breakfast was delicious, different varieties of food and suitable for everyone.

- Tatiana (10/5): - Я провёл несколько дней в этом отеле в Акабе, Иордания, и остался доволен своим выбором. Номер был чистым, просторным и уютным, с современной мебелью и удобной кроватью. В номере также была необходимая техника: кондиционер, телевизор и мини-бар. Персонал отеля был дружелюбным и готовым помочь с любыми вопросами, включая рекомендации по местным достопримечательностям и трансфер. Завтрак предлагал разнообразные блюда местной и европейской кухни, свежие фрукты и напитки. Отель удобно расположен: рядом находятся, магазины и кафе, а центр города легко доступен на транспорте. В целом, это место подходит как для отдыха, так и для деловой поездки. Рекомендую этот отель для комфортного пребывания в Акабе.

Everything was very clean, and the view was amazing — especially the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were extremely professional, and I would like to especially mention Raed Abu Obaid, who was very helpful in guiding me on how to visit Wadi Rum and arrange a snorkeling experience. The swimming pool was clean, and the sauna was also a great addition. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay and I highly recommend this hotel nothings
- Agnieszka (7/5): Ocena - Hotel zadbany, czysty, śniadania smaczne, lokalizacja bardzo dobra, widok na morze Zimny basen w hotelu, chyba jest tam tylko do ozdoby, bo nie da się w nim kąpać. Brak zamykania pod prysznicem, woda przez to zalewa łazienkę. Rezerwowałam pokój 35m, a otrzymałam pokój, który nie miał nawet 15m, był wąski i ciasny, ciężko było się przecisnąć do szafy. Odpowiedź hotelu na reklamację była wymijająca i udzielona dopiero w momencie oddawania kluczy.

Netekla teplá voda v našem pokoji- což se snažil manažer vyřešit, ale po dobu našeho pobytu se tento problém nepovedlo vyřešit.

- Christian (10/5): Hôtel très confortable, pas loin du centre - La qualité globale de l’hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très réactif. Le surclassement. La proximité de tout. Et surtout la vue sur le golf… Le bruit des aboiements de chiens a l’extérieur durant la nuit, mais on s’y habitue vite. Sinon tout était très agréable.
- ... (9/5): - The hotel is nice and clean, and the location is good. The room offered a balcony with an amazing view of the sea, and the staff was very welcoming. There is an external laundry service available with same-day delivery at a very reasonable price. Breakfast included a buffet with mainly savory options (adding an extra sweet choice would improve it and instant coffee could be replaced with a coffee dispenser for better quality). The hotel faces a busy street, and during our stay, it was quite noisy at night due to cars and barking dogs.

- Vincent.M (6/5): Agréable mais peut mieux faire - Hotel qui a de l'allure, bien placée géographiquement pour pouvoir se balader à pieds dans tout Aqaba. Chambre super confort avec une belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons eu le droit a une réduction sur place et à un upgrade pour chambre avec vue sur mer. Le personnel et surtout Raed nous a super bien accueilli, nous a conseiller des endroits pour se poser, manger et se balader. Merci Raed. Petit déjeuner moins bien fourni que les autres hotels que j'ai pu faire pendant mon séjour en Jordanie. En face de l'hotel en bas il y a un terrain vague avec une sorte de mini bidon ville, ça ne fait pas très sûre et les chiens ont aboyés TOUTE la nuit. L'hotel est vraiment mal fini, il parait bien mais quand on regarde rien ne va : la porte de la douche qui s'est décroché, l'eau chaude qui met 15 minutes à arriver, le sauna et le hammam qui n'etait pas du tout allumés pendant les heures d'ouvertures, la piscine intérieur est glaciale, les porte fenêtres et la porte d'entrée de la chambre ferment mal,... Je pense que le soucis vient surtout de la fabrication du bâtiment en lui meme... C'est mal fait.
