- Madalina Gabriela (4/5): Dezamagitor !!! - am rezervat o camera foarte frumoasa conform fotografiilor din anunt si am primit cu totul altceva motivul fiind ca nu tine de ei ci de cei care se ocupa cu rezervarile .... dezamagitor si trist Atenție !!! Nimic nu a fost conform anunțului decât prețul !!!

- Ruxandra (6/5): Pentru un somn confortabil, cautati in alta parte - Apartamentul este intr-o zona bua a orasului, aproape de Palas, pe malul Bahluiului si are o priveliste frumoasa de la et. 9. Cel mai mult m-a deranjat faptul ca usa de la balcon nu se inchidea etans si se auzeau masinile, ambulantele, vecinii care stateau de vorba la miezul noptii pe balconul de la etajul inferior. Pe langa asta, lenjeria nu era de bumbac, ceea ce mi se pare complet inacceptabil. Patul se misca odata cu mine, iar usa de la dormitor nu se putea inchide pentru ca lipsea o parte a clantei. Intrarea in boc si liftul erau destul de murdare. As fi preferat sa pot ridica cheia dintr-o cutie fara sa fie nevoie sa ma sincronizez cu cineva.
