• HMcLeod (8/5): - The place was in the perfect location. There was a good restaurant next door, the harbor for our puffin tour was also within steps, and it was a very short walk into town. Not to mention, the view was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again next time we are on Mull. The apartment was definitely stuffy and on the warm side even when it was mild outside. The only way to get airflow was to open windows, but the ones in the bedrooms were facing the walkway and we did not feel comparable leaving them open while sleeping. The patio was great, but with the restaurant/bar next door, it could get a little loud with the door open.

• Carrie (10/5): What's not to like ? - This exceeded expectations, quite minimal but very comfortable, especially the beds. Very central to all facilities in Tobermory, free parking, balcony. Light and bright kitchen and living space, bedrooms darker but ok. Would highly recommend.

• Andrew (9/5): This is an amazing apartment and I'll definitely be back soon. . . . - The code for the key was sent via email and it was easy to use the lock box. The apartment was very well designed, layed out, decorated and equipped. It soon became a home from home. The view across the harbour from the apartment is fantastic, day and night. The car park in front of the apartment is free and there was always a space to park. All the shops in Tobermory are in easy walking distance, plus the bus goes from the car park to other parts of the island. The only negative point I can think of after reading some reviews was that someone had mentioned that the stairs up to the apartment needed grip strips putting on the treads. On my arrival I had noticed that this had been done. FF to the morning the snow came and as the snow iced over during the day and the treads became very slippy despite the grip strips. I'm not sure what the solution is but something needs to be done.

• Gordon (10/5): Excellent accommodation in a great location. - One of the best self catering properties we have stayed in. The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The location is excellent and walking distance to anything you need in Tobermory. No complaints whatsoever.

• David (10/5): - Great location, spacious rooms, excellent facilities, fully equipped and very comfortable. it would have been nice if the host supplied some paper back books and games. Some form of emergency lighting would have been beneficial as sadly we lost power for nearly 48 hours, lucky the apartment had an Air source heat pump so we had plenty of hot water.
• Philippa (7/5): Really enjoyed Tobermory and Mull. Apartment was in the best location in the town- fantastic. - Location was superb! Very spacious and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV etc. Quiet. V Lumpy mattress in en suite bedroom - springs felt in a number of places, really needs replacing. Heated towel rail didn’t work in en suite. Lacked balcony furniture to enjoy the views on the lively days. Sofa was v uncomfortable - more cushions could possibly help.

• Jodie (10/5): BEST ACCOMMODATION EVER - Stunning location, clean, comfy beds, easy check in, balcony was amazing. Washer dryer, everything was there for you - tea coffee dishwasher tabs cleaning products etc. home from home. Only things it could’ve done with is furniture on balcony but to be honest I enjoyed having the space too so took a chair and table out when needed. Also stairs are very slippy when wet so could do with that black sandpaper type stuff on them for safety reasons.

• Simone (10/5): Excellent comfortable apartment - Very comfortable modern apartment on an excellent location with plenty of parking space and a stunning view of Tobermory. All of Tobermory within walking distance and even a good restaurant next door (MacGochans - I expecially recommend the mussels).) There was a foul-smelling bottle of fragrance sticks (really sweet artificial smell). We put it on the balcony and could still smell it whenever we opened the window.

• Macfadyen (10/5): The inside of the apartment was just as pictured, and the outside slightly better. Well equipped and very comfortable. - Excellent location looking over the harbour. Plenty of parking even when it was busy. Toiletries provided in just the main bathroom.

• Brett (6/5): Good accommodation in Tobermory - Bath and showers were great and location was good and the free parking… close to all shops and pub We didn’t have any heating for 2days, the lid on the bin didn’t close properly (so we had to keep a heavy weight on the lid to keep the smells inside
• Craig (8/5): Very good - Excellent location and very tastefully furnished. Small lack of attention to detail on our arrival with there being lots of fingerprints on the kitchen cupboard doors and the kitchen bin didnt close. Also the rug in living room was turned upside down - I suspect to hide a stain or mark however it was therefore rough underfoot and a bit unsiightly. Just small points but had this not been the case the score would easily have been 10/10.

• Rosie (10/5): Clean, modern apartment with lovely view - Spotlessly clean, well furnished and stocked with everything you could need. Lovely views across the water and super close to everything. Parking was very easy and check in and out was simple. Highly recommend! Nothing. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage due to stairs, but highly recommend to anyone else!
• Jane (10/5): Super cosy apartment - Super location at the harbour with parking . Walking distance to all facilities. Super apartment, warm and very comfortable. Bathrooms and showers fabulous ! Comfortable beds and lovely linens. No coat hooks and shoe changing/storage at front entry . A minor issue.

• Adele (10/5): Amazing break for our Anniversary in Tobermory… the apartment made our stay amazing! - Property was immaculate! Bed was really comfortable & had everything you could possibly need! Couldn’t ask for better! Sofa was hard but there was a comfy chair! It it all looked amazing!!
• Vanessa (9/5): We were staying for a family funeral and even on the saddest occasion we enjoyed our stay immensly. - Lots of space , modern and clean and a lovely view across the harbour. Maybe slightly comfier sofa/chairs however that’s a very small dislike.
• Lesley (9/5): Great location, beautiful appartment, with a couple of small tweaks it would be perfect. - Beautiful appartment, heating and air con, everything pretty much provided eg towels, cleaning products, toilet paper and tea, coffee and sugar which was very welcome. Lovely balcony. Fantastic location with great view of the harbour. Sofa was a sofa bed and was incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. No coat hooks and no shaver point or USB charging points. Steps to get to appartment were steep and were a little slippery in the wet so challenging carrying luggage.

• Susan (9/5): Beautiful flat in the centre of Tobermory - Beautiful brand new flat with lots of space and equipment. Lovely views across the bay and parking outside the flat. The heating was good and there was a washer/ drier, dishwasher and very large fridge freezer. We loved staying there. The outside stairs leading to the flat. We were lucky to have help to lift our cases up and down. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues..
• Margaret (10/5): Excellent and wish we had booked for longer. - The bed, the views, the bathrooms The access steps. Maybe not suitable for older people. I was fine with the steps but don’t have a head for heights and found them a problem. The mat in the living area needs to be pinned down as we both tripped over it!
• Laura (10/5): Exceptional modern apartment with unrivalled harbour views - Spacious modern self catering apartment. Some extra features were not obvious from the listing - the couch in the living space is actually a sofa bed, and extra bedding is provided for that. There is also a small travel cot provided
• Heather (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spotless, had great views and was in an excellent location not only for exploring Tobermory but also the whole of Mull. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I would certainly recommend it and stay again if I were ever to come to Mull. Get some hooks for the hall to hang coats!

Great location for exploring and boat trips. That there was no mats or coasters! Hated putting drinks down on lovely tables.

• Joanne (10/5): Lovely comfortable place with a nice view - Self catering location exceptional, premises brand new clean and very comfortable Trouble with been given the wrong code of the PIN number to get the key which caused some frustration in getting into the property but everything else exceptional. Parking a bit tricky.
• Alexander (8/5): Comfortable , quiet, and clean, I enjoyed the space within the apartment which allowed for different activities at diffe - Tricky to locate in the first place, once into the property, I was pleased to find that furniture and fittings were excellent, the amenities helpful, the layout was well designed, and the views of the town, the harbour, the sea and landscapes beyond the car park were excellent. The access to the property. Going up potentially slippery aluminium, fire escape type steps exposed to the elements did not fill me with enthusiasm when entering or leaving the property. There were no “ helpful hints “ or instructions for logging on to wifi, ditto about using the shower, and the same for the coffee machine. There were no back-up supplies of kitchen or toilet rolls
