• CHANTAL (10/5): - Idéalement situé près de la quinta, du Walmart, de la station ADO.. Les personnes font le maximum pour que le séjour soit des plus agréables.
• CHANTAL (9/5): - La qualité de l'accueil, la propreté des lieux, le confort de l'appartement, l'emplacement idéal. Nous espérons y retourner prochainement. L'appartement est un peu bruyant mais rien de surprenant. C'est un appartement en plein centre.

• Natalia (10/5): Lugar central, limpio y accesible - El lugar es muy central, cerca a un walmart y a una estación del ADO. Fuimos con adulto mayor y había ascensor. El aire acondicionado funcionaba. El lugar estaba limpio, con suficientes toallas e incluso secadora de cabello. Se nos dio botella grande de agua. La comunicación con el dueño fue fácil y rápida muy atentos No aplica

• Virginie (1/5): BEAUCOUP TROP DE NUISANCES SONORES ! A évitez si vous souhaitez dormir - Les nuisances sonores sont épouvantables ! Isolation inexistante. Le bruit de la circulation est présent 24h/24 (klaxon, gaz, etc...). Nous avons quitté le logement après 2 nuits ! Aucune proposition ne l'hôte n'a été faite. La salle de bain n'est pas propre... une douche dégueulasse et des WC avec les restes de diarrhée des précédents utilisateurs ! La piscine n'est pas conforme aux image (petite et défraîchie) Pour le prix ce n'est pas conforme à la qualité attendu! De plus, on vous oblige a porté un bracelet bleu en papier afin de pouvoir entrer dans l'immeuble....bref
• Dimitar (5/5): Probably there are better alternatives - The location was great, at the accommodation looks great at first glance, but there are a lot of shortcomings. It is spacious, and there was a quite well equipped kitchen (that we didn't use). Roof top has a swimming poll which we didn't use, but it was ok for watching sunset. Private parking undee the building was nice. It is near the ferry (our main reason for choosing it) The accommodation is close to a frequent street and has a poor isolation so it is NOISY though out the night. On top of that the pillow cases looked dirty. The shower was unpleasant - instead of even streams from top, it was all over the place and one side was more like poring from a plastic bottle...The air-conditioner was dripping water... To summarize: a lot of annoyances and unpleasentaries - avoid (unless no other options)

• Adolfo (10/5): Soggiorno super eccellente - Posizione ottima vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e alla quinta Avenida ma nonostante tutto la sera è tranquillo e silenzioso e si dorme perfettamente. Appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort come lavatrice, asciugatrice, phon, piastra, ferro da stiro e aria condizionata. È possibile usufruire delle due piscine sul rooftop e di una vasca idromassaggio, l'ambiente è pulito e ordinato. Parcheggio gratuito incluso e videosorvegliato. È impossibile trovare difetti, per cui super consigliato. Per chi sceglierà questo appartamento andrà sul sicuro. Voto 10 e lode Nulla, è tutto perfetto

• Miguel (3/5): Great location. Check in was a nightmare. Had to look another place last minute. No response - Location was everything. Condo is located 2 blocks from 5th avenue. Restaurants and convenient stores were on walking distance Arrival was a nightmare. Staff weren’t aware of my reservation. They sent me an email with all information but I was provided with the wrong box code to collect the key and every contact was unresponsive, until next day. Had to look for another place to stay. I traveled with my mom, a 72 years old lady who was left on a hallway, tired from a long trip, stressed and not knowing where we were going to spend the night. Property manager Frank Ruiz Realty Group didn’t care
