• Douglas (5/5): - Tamanho da casa bom Chegamos a casa cheirava mal, na reserva dizia que teria café da manhã incluso, questionei o anfitrião que disse que o café incluso seriam 5 croissants e um café soluvel, para dois dias e 5 pessoas, um descaso!

• marco (8/5): Appartamento a San Giovanni Rotondo - Appartamento abbastanza grande. I bagni dispongono uno la doccia e uno la vasca, quello con la doccia era a tempo, quindi per farti una doccia dovevi fare veloce, altrimenti rischi di rimanere insaponato. Poi ho lasciato la tassa di soggiorno in contanti sul tavolo ma non mi è stato richiesto documenti per la successiva registrazione. Proprietario mai visto perché le chiavi le prendi tramite una combinazione sotto del portone di ingresso.

• Maurice (4/5): Pour des vacances au calme c’était pas l’endroit pour nous - Appartement spacieux et lumineux Appartement très bruyant pas insonorisé (on entendait la télé du voisin à fond et le bruit de l’ascenseur) pas de stationnement gratuit proche pour la nuit le soir c’est zone piétonne et nous avons été verbalisé de 60€ alors que notre hôte nous avait dit qu’on pouvait se garer là

• Catherine (4/5): Unprofessional owner. Towels were drying on the rack on the balcony. Beds were either not made at all or poorly made. Th - Location was in the centre of the town 1) Owner changed the code to open the key box without informing us. We could not open the key box when we arrived. 2) Owner did NOT answer our phone calls to her/him when we arrived. Thus, we could NOT open the key box to get the key Until a fellow resident came out of the building. He rang the owner on our behalf to find out the new code to the key box. Without his help, we would have been left without the accommodation which we have paid for. 3) There were No towels prepared for us in the apartment. We had to get the towels which were drying on the towel rack in the balcony. Owner was NOT prepared for our arrival to stay at the place at all. 4) The beds were only partially made. Pillow cases were torn. The presentations of the beds were most unprofessional.

• Mary (8/5): We had a fantastic time in San Giovanni. - Clean accommodation and very helpful staff. Antonio is very accommodating and informative. I wish there is a kettle and mug for a cup of tea / coffee.
