It's also close to the town so it was convenient Just a few fixes such as the sink that has no mesh in the bathroom. Things may fall in there and customers may not be able to retrieve it. The holder for the toilet paper is also broken.

Left us chocolates on the bed, and was very helpful. Not necessarily a huge problem, especially considering the surrounding foliage, but spotted a spiderweb in the kitchen. Very simple fix, and nothing worth fretting over. Overall was a very pleasant stay, would recommend and would stay there again.

It is Pet Friendly, but not fenced. - Clean, spacious Friendly Host Very close to the N2 Property pet friendly, but not fenced, so didn’t feel comfortable leaving dog off lead. Bathroom needs towel rails!!

- Swart (10/5): Biesiesvlei, the home away from home. - Friendly owner Ena,welcoming us with our arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Plot is spacious, for a nice stroll, grass cut freshly. A pity we could not stay longer, but I can guarantee that we will be making use of their hospitality again when in that area. Little close to the main road, but surprisingly, the traffic noises didn't impede on my beauty sleep

- Heidi (3/5): Poor - The property was not enclosed so I needed to keep my dog on a leash. It was freezing cold with no rugs on the floors. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

- Riette (9/5): Lovely stay in Plettenberg Bay - The accommodation had everything we needed. The hosts were very caring and checked if we were okay after a day out. They even checked on my car when I had a problem. The road to the house was a little bit difficult to manage for my car. But luckily it's not a long way to drive on this road.

- Gee (8/5): A great stopover - It is a good stopover on the N2 with shops and restaurants close by. We loved that they are off the grid and we were not affected by loadshedding with good wifi. The bed is comfortable and the room clean. The shower is a bit erratic...shifting from hot to cold and back to hot.

There was no TV and we had brought the PlayStation, so Ena brought us a TV to borrow! The kitchen had everything we needed and there's a lovely braai area outside. The hosts really went the extra mile. The cottage looks a bit bare. It could do with some nice colourful decor items, both inside and outside.
