• Trollé (10/5): Parfait - Le logement est a proximité des transports et proche des endroits les plus fréquentés, le personnel est super réactif ! Nous avons passé un super bon séjour Pas de volet donc la lumière rentre (mais il y a des rideau donc c’est top)

• ALTAN (9/5): - Konumu temizliği elemanların ilgisi. Küçük ama ideal kullanışlı rahat bir mekan. Herşey gayet iyiydi.
• Sunell (9/5): For the price an excellent place with a good location. - Quiet to sleep in, some noise from train but that's just Tokyo and means that the place is close to a train station. Good location in every way as a walking distance from Shinjuku and one stop to Nakano. Comfortable beds and spacious for two people. Wifi was not working properly, it crashed very often. It should get checked out. Otherwise, with some little things the place could be freshened up, for example shower curtain could be changed. Also the towels were falling apart. But nothing too bothering.

• Campbell (9/5): The property was well equipped, owners were prompt to respond, really enjoyed my stay. - The place was incredibly immersed into a Japanese neighborhood and there were essentially zero other tourists ever in the area. This also meant that most food places around were excellent and very cheap. There is also a train station maybe five or so minutes away which was very convenient. The place itself is much larger than your typical business hotels, the shower worked very well, kitchen area was very organized and efficient, heating and cooling worked well. Overall very worth the price and I would certainly stay here again. Maybe it’s because I typically use washer dryer in daily life, but the wash a small amount of clothes and then air dry process was a little bit of a hastle and wrinkle magnet. Of course, this is only really a problem for longer stays and there are laundromats nearby to circumvent this if need be.

• Alessandro (8/5): Habitación amplia - Habitación muy amplia y bien equipada. Contaba con cocina, microondas, plancha y baño grande. Se encuentra algo alejada de la estación de metro para llegar a las zonas más turísticas, aproximadamente a 12 minutos caminando.
• Marina (4/5): - The space was good for japanese standars but nothing felt as clean as you'd expect and it made the stay really uncomfortable. Also the bathroom felt unusually old. The kitchen was decently stocked and the aircon worked well, but it was imposible to feel comfortable due to the lack of cleaning.
• Razvan (4/5): Bathroom is a mess - Its spacious and the wifi is good. The accommodation DOES NOT look like in the pictures. Probably the pictures were taken years ago when everything was new and shinny, but unfortunately this isn’t the case anymore. First of all, the bathroom is a complete mess, its by far the worst we’ve seen in any accommodation (in Japan or otherwise). The bathroom stinks because of the shower curtain and its as yellow as it can be (probably because of the wear and tear). Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the apartment is indeed disappointing - and I am not talking about vacuuming and washing the floor, I am talking about repainting the walls and everything. It’s such a pitty, most things wrong with this apartment can be easily/cheaply fixed within 2 weeks and get the apartment from a 3-4/10 to a 8-9/10. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend, even if the price is lower than elsewhere.

• Davidson (4/5): shabby and disappointing :( - the location was great, right in shinjuku with easy access to the train! the apartment was easy to access and the aircon worked really well. the beds were FIRM and so so so low to the ground, like kids beds! The apartment is old and the bathroom is quite dated with a sewage smell coming up from the drains at times, also the place smelled like it had once been okay to smoke inside of. The walls around the aircon were quite dirty and the kitchen sink leaked loads. the upstairs neighbors were quite loud and active at all hours of the night. The promised washing machine was a piece of junk long neglected on the "balcony" (which was not even big enough to fit a chair onto). Overall a pretty shabby / depressing place if i'm honest. Certainly a disappointing place to arrive at after a long long travel day.
• felipe (10/5): - El lugar está muy bien estaba muy limpio está equipado con todo lo que hace falta y está muy cerca de la estación del tren, tiene Aire acondicionado nevera una mini cocina, lavadora y un mini balcon donde puedes poner la ropa a secar. La única pega es que las escaleras son estrechas y empinadas, aunque a no ser que tengas problemas de rodillas o algo así no son un inconveniente

• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - It's a bit of walk to JR line however it's only 2 stations to the Shinjuku where we spent most time at anyway! Near one can find a lot of convenience stores but also big supermarkets (not always easily reachable in other neighbourhoods). The apartment itself was in decent condition and quite spacious comparing to other options we visited. It was also very quiet so we could rest nicely after long days of being surrounded by people. Very quick responds from the host! We highly recommend changing the lighting in the apartment. The very bright, cold-toned lights in the entrance, kitchen, and by the bedside, combined with the cool-toned walls, make the space feel quite uninviting. Additionally, the bathroom is of an older style and lacks shelves or surfaces to place cosmetics and toiletries.

• Mike (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect. 5 minute walk to the train station. Only down side was we had the first floor apartment and the noise from the apparment above was a little to much some nights.
• Barsharani (10/5): Beautiful location. Spacious rooms. - We loved the location and the neighbourhood. We felt like locals while staying there. It is within walking distance from the railway stations, metro stations, and subways. It is also very close to eateries and markets for shopping. The size of the room was big and very spacious. A lot of room for your luggage as well. It was very well equipped. Host was amazing with very timely responses. On the day of our checkout, we faced a minor inconvenience. There was no water in the building. However, the host was very kind and quick to help us out when we reached out to him/her. They sent someone as soon as possible as we had to leave for the station.

• Samantha (7/5): Nice area OK in comfort - It’s in a nice area, just a few minutes walk to a supermarket, a range of restaurants and a train station. The beds mattresses were very thin and hard and pillows thin. The above neighbours were quite noisy at night, unfortunately.

• Maciej (8/5): Very nice value for the money. - It has a lot of space for luggage, great for repacking during our stay! Comparing to the tiny hotel rooms this apartment felt really huge. It’s situated on the 3 floor and has no elevator, so getting the luggage’s up the stairs was quite challenging.
• Reymond (1/5): Bad - Host did not give instructions how to get the key, did not answer phone calls, ignored my mails. People there did not speak Japanese or English. So I just paid without getting anything.
• Rajdeep (10/5): Recommend it!!! - Our hosts were very friendly and patient with us. They helped us when we missed our luggage delivery and let us know when our room was ready. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay and the beds were very comfortable.😊 If you're staying in Shinjuku for your first time I would definitely recommend this place hop on to trains and explore. 🗾 Nothing!
