• Liga (10/5): - We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within easy reach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything required for our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating to a request I made before arrival, which was greatly appreciated. I had read previous reviews mentioning noise from the nightclub down the street, so I came prepared with earplugs as we were staying over the weekend. They worked well and didn’t impact our overall experience. Overall, a lovely place to stay in a fantastic location, and I would happily recommend it to others.

• Johanna (7/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt Kostenloser Parkplatz Gute Kommunikation, inkl schneller Rückmeldung bei Fragen und hilfreichem Video zum Check in Für einen Kurztrip alles da was man benötigt Sauberkeit im Badezimmer etwas verbesserungsfähig An der nächsten Ecke ist ein Club, am Wochenende am Besten Ohrstöpsel mitbringen :)

• Gražina (9/5): Jaukus butas netoli senamiesčio - Netoli senamiesčio. Šiuolaikiškas tvarkingas butas. Patogi lova ir sofa lova. Galima gaminti maistą. Aiški informacija apie patekimą į butą. Puikus bendravimas su šeimininke. Dušo kabinoje nėra galimybės pasikabinti dušo galvutės patogiame aukštyje.

• Dominyka (9/5): - Butas patogioje vietoje. Didelis privalumas požeminė aikštelė mašinai. Išsamios ir aiškios atvykimo ir instrukcijos. Butas itin šiltas ir jaukus. Butas gana švarus, tačiau lubose matomi voratinkliai, daugelis indų riebaluoti, nėra švarios kempinės jiems išplauti, švaraus indų rankšluosčio. Butas yra netoli naktinio klubo, todėl naktimis girdima muzika, kuri jautriai miegantiems asmenims gali trukdyti.

• gvalantinas (10/5): - Priekabiu galima rasti visada ir visur. O čia vieta puiki su erdviu požeminiu nemokamu parkingu. Lokacija nuostabi, visos geriausios senamiesčio vietos pasiekiamos pėsčiomis. Be paaiškinimo rasti būtų sunkoka, bet šeimininkė atsiunčia aiškią video informaciją kaip rasti parkinga ir raktus. Tada viskas super 👌

• Kristiina (8/5): Erittäin tyytyväinen, kun unohtaa yökerhon melun. - Siisti asunto erinomaisella sijainnilla. Autotallipaikka sisältyi hintaan. Sieltä oli myös suora yhteys asuntoon. Yökerho oli kadun toisella puolella, meteli oli melko kova ja häiritsi nukkumista. Oli auki klo 23-06. Vierailumme osui viikonloppuun, ehkä meno on viikolla rauhallisempaa. Vuokranantaja ei laittanut etukäteen ohjeita majoittumisen/autopaikan suhteen. Ei vastannut viesteihin. Kun perillä tavoitimme hänet puhelimitse, saimme erittäin selkeät ohjeet.

• Aleksandr (5/5): - Красивая квартира. Под кроватью и диваном было много пыли, а также на шкафу в спальне ! Раскладной диван был очень жестким ! Всего два одеяла на 4 человек. Очень громкая вытяжка в душевой! Внизу прямо под окнами находиться ночной клуб, и пол ночи играла громко музыка , шумели пьяные люди и сильно газовали на автомобилях !! Я не спал до 3:30 ночи !!

• L.u.St.W. (8/5): Schönes ruhiges Apartment - Inmitten der Altstadt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist toll, da Parkplätze rar sind und nicht immer ersichtlich ist in welcher Parkzone man sich befindet.

• Adrian (8/5): Polecam na krótki pobyt w Rydze, dobra lokalizacja - Dobra lokalizacja, parking w garażu podziemnym, self check in, wyposażona kuchnia, WiFi Ręczniki i pościel były czyste, aczkolwiek w mojej ocenie były już bardzo zużyte. Rdza i drobne zanieczyszczenie pod prysznicem.

• Vartan (9/5): - Lovely apartment in Old Riga. Everything of interest is within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat and relax. Everything Riga has to offer can be easily reached on foot. We didn't use parking, but there is that, too. The place itself accommodates 2-3 people easily. The host was attentive and communicative. Easy to get in, clear instructions. Not only will we look for this place on our next trip, but also very much recommend to other short-term renters. N/A.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Riga, in pieno centro città ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. La proprietaria molto molto disponibile ad aiutarci nelle nostre richieste. Sceglierei i sicuramente ancora questo appartamento se dovessi tornare a Riga. Consigliato.

• Angela (7/5): Great location with underground parking garage and elevator access but a few little issues - Walking distance to the old town area. Only 4 mins walk to the House of the Black Heads. Spacious underground garage parking with elevator access to apartment. Use of the washing machine in the apartment was a bonus. There was miscommunication on arrival but it was later sorted out. On Saturday night, the noise from the nightclub across the street made it a late night for us too! The blinds in the bedroom were too light. The drain in the bathroom sink was slow to drain. The shower cubicle sliding doors weren’t very robust. Had to reattach so it could run on the track. Toilet seat cover was loose.

• Rafail (2/5): Very poor - Location The property owner did not properly instruct how to open the door to the apartment. We received a video for instruction but it is not well explained. There are no curtains in the bedroom and it is difficult to sleep in the evening

Recommend❤️ Outside I think working a guard, who is unpleasant, speak russian, raise voice when with car we drive not in this location.😀 so, for this apartment guard we recommend courtesy lessons:)

We found everything needed, there is a free private parking, apartment is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator. Host provided us with baby bassinet and gave great advice where to eat! Everything was great
