• Al-Dam (8/5): Gut gelaufen. - Größe Wohnung Finster waren nicht dicht. Beim Lärm ist es laut.

El apartamento estaba en condiciones inaceptables: sucio, sin papel higiénico, sin suficientes toallas ni vajilla para 6 personas, muebles dañados, solo una ducha, luz del baño sin funcionar, chapas de puertas dañadas y WiFi inútil. Ropa extendida en el balcón y colgada en algunas puertas Claramente no estaba preparado para huéspedes. Desde el inicio intentaron sacarnos más dinero: no permitieron que otra persona recogiera las llaves, nuestro vuelo se retrasó y quisieron cobrarnos una multa, además de intentar cobrar una tasa de estancia superior a la indicada en Booking. El trato fue aún peor. Los porteros fueron extremadamente desagradables y agresivos, incluso echándonos del edificio mientras esperábamos que nos abrieran. Durante toda la estancia sufrimos acoso constante: acusaciones falsas de tener más personas, llamadas amenazando con que iban a llamar a la policía y golpes en la puerta de madrugada. • Mourad (1/5): NIET HUREN JE WORD OPGELICHT!!! - Het is enige positieve aan het appartement is de locatie , maar er valt niet te slapen in die herrie! De eigenaar is gewoon een ordinaire oplichter. In de advertentie staat duidelijk dat er airconditioning aanwezig is. MAAR dat is helemaal NIET het geval. Hij was heel erg sluw met zijn manier van praten aan de telefoon. Hij vertelde dat hij het geen enkel probleem vond als ik gratis wou annuleren. Nadat ik 2x een gratis annulering had aangevraagd zei hij dat hij niks binnen had gekregen.(daar loog hij al 100% zeker. Zowel in de booking app als via de mail heb ik een bevestiging ontvangen dat de gratis annulering was aangevraagd). Ik vertelde hem dat ik 1 nacht wou slapen, omdat ik met 2 kinderen daar stond om 20:00uur ‘s avonds. De volgende dag wou ik booking.com bellen om het verhaal uit te leggen. Toen werd hij zeer agressief aan de telefoon en vertelde mij dat dat absoluut niet ging gebeuren. Of ik ging nu weg en mocht een klacht indienen of ik moest gewoon blijven en geen klacht indienen. Doordat ik mij zeer bedreigd voelde ben ik snel weg gegaan. - het appartement is net een sauna in de zomer zeker 30graden binnen! - het appartement is erg vies. Er zat schimmel in de badkamer en de vloeren was niet gedweild. Haren in de badkamer op de grond. - veelste veel herrie! Alsof je buiten naast de boulevard op straat ligt te slapen. Dit soort mensen verpesten Marokko en jagen toeristen weg uit hun land. Ik ga ook aangifte doen in Marokko tegen deze man.

• Patrick Andriese (9/5): Fantastisch appartement op goede locatie - Net appartement op een goede locatie, dichtbij alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Makkelijk te bereiken en ook eigen parkeergelegenheid. Mooi gelegen met uitlijk op het strand en de zee. Uit eten kan op loopafstand en is niet te duur in de omgeving. Ondanks dat het appartement heel goed is en mooi vind ik wel dat er wat aandacht besteed mag worden aan het onderhoud. In 1 slaapkamer een plank die half van de muur afkomt. In de keuken een afzuigkap die niet is aangesloten en zo zijn er kleine dingetjes die opzich niet storen, maar als het goed onderhouden was zou het de ervaring nog meet fantastisch maken.

• FATIHA (8/5): Très bon séjour à Tanger, une ville magnifique où on ne ne s’ennuie jamais. - Appartement bien situé en bord de mer et à proximité de tout (cafés, restaurant, supermarché). Abdelmalik nous a bien accueilli, bien conseillé et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le seul point négatif est le bruit dans la rue qui est très animée durant la période estivale.

• Nazaret (6/5): Spacious apartment near the beach - Close to the beach and restaurants, spacious, good space for families, facilities to cook, has a balcony where you can have breakfast Too noisy, we couldn't sleep because of the noise from the cars non stop throughout the night. WiFi didn't work if you were far from living room. Apartment not very well looked after. We had to wait over 1 hour for someone to come and let us in and there was someone inside the flat fixing something when we arrived. Communication was difficult.

• Moncef (9/5): Had a great time with family. Enjoyed preparing meals in spacious kitchen. - The location is perfect. Right on the beach. Near restaurants and nightlife. Short walk from the train station. Apartment is spacious. Neighborhood can be a bit noisy at night.

It had a lovely sitting room and a king size bed. We were able to self cater and wash and iron. The location was very central. We could not get the TV to work. We had difficulty finding the apartment and had to keep ringing the owner. Some street noise.

The host was very friendly made sure we had everything we needed. There were no blinds in two of the rooms which made it hard to sleep in the early morning.

• Bennani (10/5): Fabulous apartment opposite the beach - Fabulous appartement, location and host...the apartment had everything I needed for my stay, and the host was extremely helpful. He even picked me up from the aeroport as my gps struggled to find the location, the train station was only 5 minutes walk. There was also a courtesy basket of fruit , which was a kind gesture. A great value for money , I hghly recommend this appartement for families with kids. Trendy area in the evening.

• Tomas (10/5): Above and beyond expectations: clean, safe, spacious and modern apartment - This apartment is perfectly clean, well maintained, sunny and spacious, 3rd floor with a lift, 3 bedrooms and even a kids room, a balcony with a nice view (street and side sea view). Fully equipped, I especially appreciated the Nespresso capsule coffee maker. It is not easy to find a modern apartment in this location, but this one is definitely worth a booking. No dirt, no dust, no smell and no old equipment. Safe and protected building. A perfect place for families with kids, the kid’s room designed like submarine will definitely entertain the little ones for hours. The location is central, just between the municipal beach and Malabata beach, both literally few steps away. Shops, cafes and restaurants are all around, we had a lovely breakfast at Kandinsky Café, next to the apartment building. Typically Moroccan, delicious and with kind staff taking a good care of you. The nearest shopping mall is just around the corner, main train station 5 minutes away with connections to Rabat, Casablanca and many other cities. The old town can be reached by a 20 minute walk. I was met by the owner on arrival and got the keys and few tips for what to do and what to see there. He’s very polite and flexible as my flight was delayed and so I arrived around midnight. No issues at all, still I was approached in a very professional way. I enjoyed afternoons on the balcony observing the city life and evenings walks to the marina and Medina. It’s a beautiful place to stay in, a lot of things to do. See you next time, Tangier ;) The are two things that were not an issue for me at all, but could cause some discomfort for others: No air conditioning yet, but since the apartment is spacious with many windows, the fresh air is circulating through the entire apartment. And a ventilator was provided by the owner. I stayed there end of July with day temperatures reaching 30 degrees of Celsius, dropping down to 21 in the night, no problems at all. A little noise coming from outside as there are cars passing by on the road, again nothing what can be an big issue, but nothing for light sleepers.
