• april (10/5): Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful - Is a beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood. Wal-Mart and other stores close by. I did not like when we left house and came back we was locked out. Even with key pad code. Luckily we forgot lock side door.
• Wendy (9/5): Great stay for nearby family wedding - Great location just off the downtown square. Nice sitting porch on the front and spacious kitchen. Cute older home neatly furnished and comfortable. Layout was a little odd with bathrooms only accessible through a bedroom.

• Stephanie (7/5): Has the potential to be amazing owner needs to address the things listed above. - The house itself was pretty the original hardwood floors and such we loved the layout and it was clean and beautifully decorated. I didn't receive the code to get in, it took me several calls and text to get a response to get the code to get in It was 10pm at night in a strange city. , The yard was unmanicured and a run down really needed tending. The 3 main beds were awful like sleeping on rocks and there were no extra blankets or covers just sheets on the beds , pillows were bad as well. It had a beautiful swing in the sunroom I would have loved to drink my coffee in but it was broken bad and not fit to sit in. I looked for check out instructions at the house and there were not any and I received the instructions about 1 hour after checkout time, going from past experiences we just moved dirty linens (except bed linens) to the laundry room, washed dishes by hand (dish washer was broken) and left the premises lock.

Dishliquid and hand soap provided No broom, needs pest control due to critters in kitchen. Minor updates needed to bathroom, heat does not heat up back rooms. Swing on porch broken

• Crabtree (9/5): Superb - It's a unique old house but nicely renovated. It met our needs and budget for this trip. We had plenty of room for our family of six. Just a few things should be repaired for safety purposes. The front porch swing was broken, and my concern was my grandsons possibly getting on the swing. One of the bathroom faucets needs updating, and with a proper drain stopper that was missing

• Brenda (1/5): We did not have accessible entry to property - I liked nothing about the property because I was not able to stay there due to inability to access the property. Uncooperative staff for assistance and not even able to get into front door. A wedding was our priority and we stayed at a Best Western 17 miles away . Asking for a refund was like slapping someone in the face — unacceptable. Be careful when booking. This was a very unhappy experience. Everything to include management

• Angela (9/5): We had to make a trip for family. The home was very clean, welcoming, roomy and easy to get to. Host was wonderful. D - Very clean. Host was kind, available if needed, met us for check in. Price was very reasonable! I would definitely consider this location again if I am back in that area! Street outside was a little busy and there was some noise from the hospital. However, I know this is out of the host’s hands and it would not deter me from booking this home again if needed.
