• Liane (7/5): Drei Damen vom Grill in Amsterdam - Sehr gute Lage - ruhig, aber mit guter Anbindung an die önvp. Da vorher niemand da war durften wir das Appartement auch viel früher beziehen. Keine Möglichkeit, die Kleidung unterzubringen. Licht im Flur/Küche hat nicht funktioniert ebenso die Lüftung in der Toilette und da wir zu dritt unterwegs waren gab es keine richtigen Sitzgelegenheit da das Sofa zum Bett umgebaut war. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.
• danielle (10/5): Lovely room and great location - The location was good,close to the tram stops and in walking distance of shops and the room was presented lovely and clean. We liked everything snd would stay again but some little things that could improve an already good stay would be An information sheet would be useful for general info like the landing lights. A larger closet space for a family of 4 it was a squeeze More facilities in the kitchen area like a toaster and microwave for breakfast would have been handy.

• Bo (1/5): Stank fra afløb. - Godt indrettet lejlighed, ligger tæt på sporvogn og fine resturanter. Der var koldt i lejligheden, ingen varme regulering nogen steder. Der kom en forfærdelig stank fra afløb i brusecabine - der er ingen dør mellem soveværelse og bad. Vi måtte flytte ud af lejligheden pga stanken. Kontaktede udlejer gennem booking.com Vi blev tilbudt kompensation og sagde ok til det. Men det ændre ikke på de faktiske forhold.
• Siim (7/5): Decent. Great value for money. - The location was really good, the rooms were nice looking and clean. Check-in was very easy. The host was friendly, altough we didn´t meet him, he was always reminding us to stay in touch when we had any problems. Bed was comfy and big, wifi was free and very fast. There could´ve been more closet/shelfspace to put your belongings when on a longer stay or in winter time. Also, I would have put a little bigger table in the living room to make breakfast in the morning or teatime in the evening even more comfortable.
• Gaetano Arnaldo (8/5): Una location ideale per visitare Amsterdam - In posizione a ridosso del centro, facilmente raggiungibile con almeno due linee di tram. Il vantaggio è che la zona è tranquilla, ma non isolata, ben servita da mezzi frequenti e da negozi (incluso un iconico mercato). Volendo in centro si può anche arrivare a piedi. A due fermate di tram una deliziosa fromagerie. Si trova all'ultimo piano, per cui è disagevole da raggiungere con bagagli pesanti/ingombranti. Un po' caro, come del resto tutta Amsterdam. Può darsi però che la tariffa impegnativa pagata fosse stata influenzata dai festeggiamenti per il 750° anniversario della nascita di Amsterdam.
• larissa (8/5): Lovely space in good area of Amsterdam - Lovely space, well designed, good location, lovely host, comfortable bed! Automatic light in the toilet, too bright in the middle of the night, and it shined light into the living room where someone else was sleeping for a few minutes as you couldn't turn it off. Very squeaky door which woke others up at night when using the loo. Also, maybe not an issue this time of year but mosquitoes were finding a way in even with the window closed. Needs another mirror bides one in the shower room. This was awkward for getting ready to go out. Besides that its a great place to stay!

• Francesca (10/5): We loved it!!! - Everything was really nice! The apartment was clean, cozy and well suited for a group of 4 people and it came with everything you needed. Location was sooo great, a few minutes from multiples trams/buses so it was easy to get to everything. There are a few pubs on the same street so if you want to drink or get a bite even late in the evening you can, but it’s also a quiet street, and we enjoyed sitting outside the apartment looking at the canal. The host was friendly and accommodating: we asked for an extra key and in just a few hours they provided us with it. They were also quick at answering any questions we had. Overall a 10/10 experience. I would suggest putting up a shower curtain of some sort, and a mirror because there was only one in the bathroom and it was not a full mirror.
• Katrin (7/5): Sehr tolle Unterkunft, stilvoll eingerichtet, professionelle Abwicklung, Schlüsselkarte und beste Beschreibung - Die Unterkunft lag für uns sehr zentral, zwei nahegelegene Tram Stationen machten unsere Ausflüge leicht erreichbar und ließen uns jeder Zeit mobil sein. Eine Gastronomie gleich um die Ecke war auch gut zu erreichen Es hätte etwas Besteck und Geschirr da sein können, um das Frühstück in der Unterkunft einnehmen zu können. Neben der Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, einem Kühlschrank und einem Wasserkocher waren nur Gläser und Tassen vorhanden.

• Rani (9/5): A surprisingly good stay in a perfect location, with a friendly host - Great location between De Pijp and Rivierenbuurt, both beautiful neighborhoods close to the center, on the canal. Shops, pubs and everything else next door, yet quiet and friendly area. The apartment is cool - a separate bedroom, a liviing room with a sofa, a kitchenette, basically all you need. And a friendly and obliging host to boot. There are some details that could be improved - like a table for breakfast (we improvised, but it would be nicer not to), or more kitchen utilities (e.g. a slicing knife). But these are just minor touches. And maybe the place should be given a proper name - maybe it's just me, but I was suspicious until the last minute because of the "Luxury room etc." tag.
• Teepee (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean apartment, just a 10-minute walk from the RAI Amsterdam exhibition centre. There was a coffee machine available, which was a great touch, and a fridge—perfect for storing breakfast items overnight. The free Wi-Fi worked well. However, it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues, as the apartment is on the first floor and accessed via a very steep staircase. It would be great if the Wi-Fi password could be a little shorter and less complicated. :)

• Tom (9/5): Very responsive host and super comybeds! - Clean. Comfortable beds! Close to trams and walking distance to many sites.
• Teagan (8/5): Very good - Had plenty of room to fit multiple people and it was very comfortable. Separate toilet from the bathroom was also great, even as a solo traveller. The door into the apartment is glass and when walking up the stairs you can see through the bottom of the door straight onto the bed. Therefore if someone was staying in the other apartment, they could see straight into my place. Shower also creates a bit of a mess with the way the water falls.
• Gautam (10/5): Exceptional - About the host: Wieger is an exceptional host. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time and he happily allowed me access to the apartment. He is a very friendly guy & it was kind of him to offer to reach out to him in case I needed anything & he was happy to recommend amazing places to eat. I tried the Fries place (Friet Boutique) & another rest. he recommended - both were exceptional. Location: The location is not too far from Albert Cuyp Mrkt & the De Pijp area. A Tram stop is close by and the Tram takes you to pretty much anywhere in the centre in about 15 mins. If you are up for a walk then it's a nice/pleasant long walk through the neighbourhood or the main road. The apartment is in a quiet canal side neighbourhood. There are a couple of restaurants close by and a supermarket (Albert Heijn) is about a 5 minute walk. Perfect Location. The Apartment: The perfect apartment for my stay. Exceptionally clean, very good size & comfortable. As you enter, the stairs are a little steep which is mostly the case in majority of Amsterdam houses/apartments and this is on the 3rd Floor. Large suit cases will require some effort. Entry is into the living area which has a comfortable sofa-cum-bed. This is also the place where you'll probably have to keep your luggage. There are key cards provided in the apartment both of which work on the main door as well as the apartment door. There is a small Coffee/Tea/Fridge station with a Nespresso machine and pods, some tea sachets as well and a kettle. Some small stroopwaffles were a nice touch. There is a small separate toilet area with a tiny sink between the living area and bedroom. The bedroom is a decent size. Well lit. Very comfortable bed, duvets and ample pillows. The bathing area and mirror/sink is located in the bedroom area and there is no door just a door space between the bedroom area and the bathing area. Would 100% recommend. Could not be happier. N/A
