• Alexandra (10/5): Minunat - Proprietatea este foarte curată, accesul direct din stradă este foarte ok, deoarece eviti scări de urcat. Pentru noi a fost perfect având în vedere ca au fost și copiii cu noi. Proprietatea este foarte curată, totul nou și modern, utilată cu de toate, cartier curat și liniștit. Am găsit și loc de parcare ușor. Minunată locația!

• Mihaela (9/5): Curat si spatios. - A fost prima oară când am rezervat o astfel de cazare. E un concept interesant și civilizat. Zona este linistita si sigura. Studioul este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Camera este foarte frumoasă și mare, amenajata cu spatiu de gatit, loc de luat masa, spatiul pentru dormit si spatiul cu canapea si TV, insa toate in aceeasi camera. Este și un parc liniștit în fața blocului, unde se poate sta până mai târziu seara. Baia este mare, curată și dotată. As fi preferat o cazare cu mic dejun inclus. Nu are terasa/ balcon. Iesirea dă fix în trotuar, insa localnicii sunt foarte faini. Nu este compartimentat, desi este afisat ca fiind pentru 4 persoane. Este o singura incapere. Pana sa sosim acolo, am crezut ca este apartament pentru 4 persoane, asa cum apare in descriere. Posibil ca noțiunea de apartament să fie definită în alt fel în diferite părți ale lumii. Priza este doar pe o singură parte a patului. Pretul mai mare chiar si decat camera de hotel. Serviciile de curatenie sunt contra cost, desi la hotel sunt incluse. Ca turist, nu prea vrei sa speli prosoape sau sa dai cu mopul. Ușa se deschide doar cu aplicația din telefon. Dacă rămâi fără baterie...cam aia e! Pentru booking.com o mare bilă neagră, deoarece era menționat că ne oferă transfer gratuit de la și către aeroport pentru această proprietate, însă nu s-au ținut de cuvânt. Am căutat șoferul în aeroport la sosire, pancarte cu numele noastre, însă...nimic. Gazda nu are nicio vină în această privință!

Ideal si te desplazas a Valencia con vehículo propio, quieres disfrutar de la ciudad y disponer de un apartamento con cocina propia. Para mi que viajaba con una pequeña de 6 años fue muy cómodo el tener la posibilidad de volver al apartamento después de estar todo el dia por Valencia y poder cenar tranquilamente en el apartamento. Puedes ir andando a comprar a un supermercado y a un restaurante de comida rápida. El colchón del sofá cama es fino. Para un niño con poco peso no es un problema, para una persona con mas peso puede ser incómodo.

Quelle insolence). Alors que je suis um maniac de la propreté. Pas de draps dechange ( quand j'ai effectué une demande on essaie de m'expliquer avec une attitude désagréable qu'ils sont disponibles que pour les séjours de plus de 10 jours, alors que j'en avais pour 7 nuits). Ils les ont finalement ramenés.

The location was convenient: although there's no metro nearby, tram and bus stops are close, and you can easily get anywhere in the city with one transfer. The area is quiet and safe, perfect for working or relaxing. The apartment stayed pleasantly cool even on warm days, as it doesn't face the sunny side. Also, the check-in via app was super convenient — no need to worry about keys, plus the app includes a map and useful tips about the area. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions There was no dishwasher, which would have been helpful during a longer stay. Also, there were some minor drainage issues in the shower

Z klimatizácie išiel smrad tak sme ju nepoužívali. Asi je to potreba vyčistiť. Počuť každého kto je na ulici alebo keď ide okolo dverí.

• Carroll (3/5): Disappointing and stressful due to accommodation error by property - The lack of support from the property in resolving our accommidation. The apartment was listed as 1 single living room, 1 SEPERATE bedroom. On that basis I booked what I thought was 2 rooms for 3 people where in fact it was only 1 room. The 3rd party had to share the 1 roomed apartment with us (a couple) which was extremely embarrassing. The property refused to engage with us and it was only through booking.com that our issue was examined and accepted. The property did not in any way try to resolve our issue and through booking, com refused any compensation for their mistaken description. MY FIRST BAD REVIEW OF ANY PROPERTY.

Maar de ergernis vooraf om via een chatbot te moeten communiceren over een locatie die niet voldeed aan het genoemde adres, was bepaald vervelend. Ook vind ik het absurd dat je een aparte app (78 Mb) moet installeren om binnen te komen. Geen mens, geen code voor een sleutelkastje, maar een app. Het kostte ons een uur om binnen te komen!
