• Laura (9/5): A very comfortable relaxing stay in this well located apartment - We stayed for 4 weeks in this lovely apartment. It is in a very good location close to restaurants and bars and a very short walk to the beachfront, from where you can walk to the marina in 15 to 20 minutes and to Altea in around half an hour. There are buses to Benidorm and Altea stopping very close to the apartment. The apartment is well equipped. There is a small outdoor area, which in February was in sunshine in the morning till early afternoon, will no doubt be in full sun for most of the day during the summer months. The sun room was the perfect place to relax on cooler days and still see the mountain and pool view. The TV had a large number of UK and other country channels and wifi was good. There is a supermarket within a short walking distance and a larger Consum supermarket further away on the main street, which for us was within walking distance. We found the pillows to be extremely soft, and offered no support, so much so that we bought additional pillows after a few nights of poor sleep. We did not contact the owner, or agent, perhaps we should have as they may have provided replacements.

• Veronavarro26 (6/5): Buena ubicación, colchón incómodo y limpieza de horno y aires acondicionados deficiente - - La ubicación, a dos calles de la playa y múltiples restaurantes y bares. - La plaza de garaje cerrada con mando a distancia y ascensor a un paso del apartamento. - La botella de vino de bienvenida. - También la piscina comunitaria. - Los baños estaban muy limpios y bien equipados. - El alojamiento contaba con lavavajillas y lavadora. - El colchón, nada firme, muy blando y terrible para mi espalda, así como las almohadas, muy pequeñas para una cama tan grande. - El anfitrión no dejó servilletas ni papel de cocina, tampoco detergente para la lavadora, ni estropajo para lavar la vajilla a mano, aunque sí dejó dos pastillas para el lavavajillas (insuficientes para una estancia de cuatro noches). - La ausencia de limpieza del horno. Había acumulada grasa en la resistencia, en la puerta del horno, en las bandejas y en las paredes interiores. Al encenderlo empezó a humear y apestó toda la cocina y salón (cocina abierta). - Los filtros de los aires acondicionados tenían pinta de no haber sido limpiados en meses (los comprobé porque noté que los aparatos no estaban enfriando como deberían, y los encontré absolutamente obstruidos de polvo). No descarto que el malestar de garganta con el que me marché fuese provocado por la falta de higiene en los aires acondicionados. - El proceso de check-out consistió en dejar las llaves sobre la mesa del apartamento a una hora especificada, pero el interruptor para abrir la puerta de la finca estaba averiado, por lo que una vez cerrada la puerta del apartamento no pude abandonar la finca hasta que otro vecino me abrió la puerta. De no haber habido otro vecino cerca en ese momento habría tenido que esperar a que el anfitrión acudiese a limpiar, o saltar la verja.

It’s in a great location, not to far from the beach with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby I can’t think of anything

• Katherine (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments are great. Here you'll find everything you need for a jobless holiday and more. The owners really pay attention and respond quickly. They're always in touch. For us, it wasn't a problem, but just a heads-up: the beach has quite large pebbles.
