Dionysios (6/5): Below average standards. It could become much better with some very small and inexpensive changes. - 1. Spacious and comfortable. 2. Good air-conditioning. 3. Large supermarket nearby (2-3 min walk). 4. Toiletries & cleaning products provided (shampoo, shower gel, washing powder, mop, bucket & floor soap) 5. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer provided. 1. Empty fridge & cupboards. (a) There was no coffee, tea, or sugar. (b) There were no basic cooking items like salt, pepper, or cooking oil. (c) There wasn't even one bottle of water in the fridge to have a drink as you arrive in the flat. (d) I found just 2 rolls of toilet paper - that's for a 3-night stay of 6 people! 2. Not cleaned to a good standard. As I walked in, my black socks went white and grainy in three steps. I had to mop the floor twice to get it into shape. 3. Confusing electricity switches. When you turn on the hot water immersion tank, the kitchen gets isolated and vice versa. The switches look like light switches, which is not the norm in Greece, and are not signposted, so getting the hot water started was a puzzle. My first shower was with cold water. 4. Unkept and dated in several ways. There are several items that need a bit of maintenance and could be solved very easily. E.g. room separator doors don't close properly and appear to hang unevenly from their railing, the main door to the room has a window that doesn't lock safely and thus could be opened from outside, the shower curtain is too short, allowing water to leak out and flood the room.

Carter (9/5): I had a pleasant time while staying in zpiraeus - It was very good. Quiet place with all the necessites. Lots of stores around and not far from the center Not good views. Also not water pressure in the shower.

Iouliadamian (9/5): Quiet room and area, comfy bed, close to the port and centre of Piraeus - When you open the main door, it feels like you a take a walk through a Greek island and you forget that you are in Piraeus. Blue and white colours teleport you to Cyclades and summertime! Nice and relaxing stay! Parking was sometimes an issue, because the streets are narrow
