• Angelika (7/5): Sehr anonyme Anlage/Kontakt ausschliesslich per Whatsapp - Modernes Appartement. Die Küche ist soweit gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist super. Das Studio war nicht sauber geputzt viel Staub und die Geschirrwaschmaschine stank fürchterlich, 2 Tabs für 6 Tage ist schon sehr knausrig.

• Zinsli (8/5): - Location is great. Close to bus stop and walking distance to old part of town. Good restaurant across the street and grocery store and post office 5 minutes by foot. Clean apartment and easy check-in. Having a washer and dryer is a big plus! Paper towels and or kitchen cloth needed for counters/table as the sponge leaves wipe marks. The was a occasional thumping of pipes in the wall.
• Johannes (4/5): - Uns wurde versucht im nachinein 20.- pro tag fürs parking zu berechnen. Als ich darauf hinwies dass dies dieblstahl sei, sagten Sie mir es sei bei mir ja sowieso inklusive... Dann muss mann ein spezielles online formular ausfüllen wo mann diverse sachen bestätigen muss (wer liest schon die abg) ich hab mich dagegen gewehrt, es war ein tagelanges hin und her & dann musste ich es doch ncivt machen... Auch die 20.- pro tag falls ein Tier dabei ist finde ich völlig daneben. Achtung falls Sie was vergessen werden Ihnen 300.- berechnet für das zusenden des gegenstandes... Wucher und abzocke.

• Sokun Theary (9/5): - Die Wohnung hat alle was man braucht. sie ist ziemlich gross, schön und neu. Es gibt ein grosse Balkon. Leider waren wir in Winter können wir nicht benutzen. Wenn wir nochmals nach Tessin gehen, werden wir die Wohnung nochmals buchen. Pfanne ohne Griff Parkplatz ist teuer CHF 20 pro Tag. Es gibt einen grosse offentliche Parkplatz in der Nähe, am Abend und Wochenende kostenlos. Sie verlangen Ausweise von beide Personen, obwohl wir in der Schweiz wohnen. Meisten Unterkunfte in der Schweiz hat gar nicht verlangt.
• ROSINALDO (8/5): It's great for 2 people, but for 4, the second bed is uncomfortable. - The apartment has good facilities, is well located, well equipped, and easily accessible. I didn't like one of the sofa beds, which was quite uncomfortable.

• Martina (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war sauber, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hat super funktioniert. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, allerdings zum Wucherpreis von 20sfr pro Nacht.

• Jenner (9/5): Clean, comfortable and quiet apartment in a great location! - Clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. The staff were very friendly and responsive in the lead up to, and during, our stay. The location was great too - just a 15 minute walk into the old town. The only downside was the sofa beds which to be honest are never going to be as comfortable as a proper bed. We knew what to expect so we were not surprised by this.

Très déçue de votre service ( aide) ...je ne suis plus prête à revivre une expérience pareil !

• Anna (1/5): Payed for 2 beds, got only 1. Value for money is really bad and hosts unhelpful - The apartment is decently sized and easy to find. The bathroom and the kitchen were ok. The is a big balcony, but we didn't use it for one night. The hosts are really unhelpful, unfriendly and the vibe is pretty cheap/stingy. We booked a 2 beds room because we wanted to use 2 beds. They only made one of them, without asking about our needs and just assumed we will sleep in the same bed. They didn't even leave extra linen, so that we could prep the second bed ourselves. When I asked for extra linen, they refused to help, even if it was only 17:30. They even tried to gaslight me and say that they prepped the room like in the pictures - except that in every picture that was posted at the time of booking, the beds are both made. Additionally, the beds are really uncomfortable anyway. I honestly feel scammed - payed 2 beds, got 1. And to top up the bad experience, we got 3 or 4 messages threatening about fines for every possible thing before arriving (eg. 300 CHF if you forget something and you only get 24h to retrieve it before they dispose of it), but they couldn't send one message to ask about the beds.

• Jos (4/5): Not very nice - Het appartement was schoon We hebben een uur gedaan om binnen te komen, met de ingewikkelde incheck procedure met een bedrijf op afstand. De locatie is in een buitenwijk, erg ongezellig. 'S avonds veel rumoer en agressief gedrag op straat, onveilig gevoel. De bedden zijn bed-bankjes. De inrichting is kil.

• Patrizio (9/5): - Appartamento comodo e ben fornito. Bagno spazioso. Presenza di bidet. Bello il terrazzo. Possibilità di parcheggio sotto all'appartamento (a pagamento). Posizione comoda per visitare la città. Nelle giornate in cui abbiamo soggiornato sono state registrate alte temperature e faceva molto caldo nell'appartamento essendoci solo l'apertura sul terrazzo. Apprezzato il ventilatore presente nella stanza.

• Daniel (10/5): A modern apartment with lovely views from the balcony - Cleanliness. Communication with host. Clear self check in instructions. Beautiful balcony and mountain view. The sofa could use another layer of mattress to make it more comfortable (it is fine as it is but can be even better) and the occasional ambulance driving on the main road can be heard from a mile away. This is not a big deal and certainly not the host's fault that ambulances in the canton of Ticino are almost as loud as ambulances in Italy (it is totally unnecessary in my opinion as there are rarely if ever traffic jams on the main road but that is how it is)..
