• Matt (9/5): - Host directions were clear, and about a 3 min walk to the center of town so very easy to get to - clean, and quiet. LOTS of morning sun, welcoming layout and comfy space and bed. I enjoyed my stay. no elevator - its a connivence for me but not necessary. Might be a deal breaker for other. Lots of keys on the ring- wish it was simpler or maybe color coded. Iwas always fumbling to figure it out. Also wish the garage door was easier to open and there was a motion light there like on the front door.
• VASILEIOS (10/5): A great choice for lake Como - Great spot, a lot of space, more than everything we needed was there, perfectly clean. It did not make any difference to us, but people who will choose this excellent accommodation should be aware that there is no elevator.

• Monika (9/5): Superb - We really loved the location – it was perfect for exploring the area. The apartment is charming and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. A big bonus was the free parking and the amazing view from the balcony. A great place to relax and enjoy your stay. Everything was truly wonderful, but if I may offer a small suggestion – updating the balcony furniture would make the experience even better. It’s such a lovely spot, and a more comfortable setup would add a lot to it.
• Guy (9/5): Ideal situation in a comfy flat that is beautifully appointed. - Feel of quality . Quiet spot away from the town bustle but only a short walk. Really comfy bed. Bit tricky to find as up narrow road but not really an issue.

• Petrauskaite (10/5): A cosy stay - This cosy appartment had everything that we needed for a short stay. Our priority was quiet neighborhood, further from the main streets so we could hear birds and not cars. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everywhere in the appartment was tidy and clean. And smelled nice, not too intence. The balcony is a huge bonus in this appartment because the view is stunning. I highly recommend this place for future visitors.

Location was in the heart of the town and walking distance from restaurants There was a parking area at the location, but better to have a small car as it's not easy to park. All.in all we had a lovely stay. TV kept going on/off as it had interference but the owner said that she would see to it. There are 3 flights of stairs but no lift.

• Dan (8/5): Comfortable stay near the lake - Very good location. the staff answers the questions really fast. Easy to check in and out. If you drive a big SUV, it is a little difficult to park, but at the end all works well.

We were very surprised when we arrived with heavy luggages that we had to carry them up these flights, which took several trips up and down the 4 flights. Also, every time we went back to the apartment, we had to deal with walking these flights. We feel that this should have definitely been mentioned in the ad, and it was very poor judgment to omit this pertinent information and deceitful

• Helen (10/5): Very good, apart from the climb up the hill and then the stairs. - The apartment is extremely well appointed. I didn't use the kitchen but it is well equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable and a proper wide double and there is a walk-in dressing room with very generous hanging, which is so unusual. There are views of the lake. It's in the centre of Cernobbio, albeit up a hill. Perhaps I overlooked the full description on Booking.com, but I hadn't realized that the flat is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. With a heavy suitcase and bad knees it was difficult.

• Daniel (10/5): Perfect for a short stay in Lake Como. - The host was proactive in sending all the information I needed, and was quick to respond when I needed to call him (having misread the info he'd sent). Great apartment and within easy walking distance to Villa d'Este etc. Driveway and parking are a little prohibitive on space, but as long as you don't have a massive car you'll be fine!

Appartment is spacey with a living room& kitchen, wardrobe, bathroom and bedroom with a cute balcony that faces Como lake! also it has a small desk for work in bedroom. location is great as you don’t need to climb on a hill from the Main Street. just a couple of minutes from main attractions in Cernobbio and bus stop. host is really welcoming. great value for money, definitely recommend! nothing to be honest there were comments about the third floor, but hey, it’s Italy, Como lake where everything is on the hills in old buildings. didn’t bother me at all
